I was very happy to have a quick diagnosis of the problem and quick repair. My phone is an Apple 11 pro and I was not interested in driving out of my way to the apple store. Right to repair from shops other than Apple is definitely a good thing! Thanks so much!

Had them replace the screen on my phone. Two weeks later the screen starts to crack. Take it in, and they say there is a physical defect with the phone which isnt covered under warranty. But they can take the $145 to fix it without letting me know there was a defect that would void the warranty.Reply to their reply.Let me be clear here, the defect was there before they put the screen on, and they did it anyway, collected the money, and then it was void.

Previously, CPR had done a great great job replacing my failing iPhone battery for a good price, so when my MacBook Pro seemed to be having some kind of trackpad issue, I took it to them. The person who helped me checked it out, right then and there. She determined that it was not a swollen battery issue, as I had thought it might be, but simply a trackpad gone bad. She ordered one for me, and let me know when it came in. Meanwhile, she set my computer to ignore trackpad so that I was able to use a mouse. (I could have figured that out, but it was nice that she took care of it.) When the time came, she replaced that trackpad within an hour, and its working fine now! Friendly, reasonable, professional service!

I will never go back here i brought my apple ipad here i went to go put it in case and it broke didnt even put pressure on it and cracked and wont replace it unless i pay 140 dollers again his old screen never would have cracked buy putting it in the case i would give them a zero star if i could never again

I pretty much have up on my Mac brick air. My old cat hacked in my computer, and in my panic I grabbed what I thought was alcohol to clean it, but it ended up being witch hazel. Fried the thing and killed my power button. Couldnt turn it on. Sat on a shelf for months. Was blessed with good friends helping me get this fix funded. I expected very little to be fixable or that Id have to wipe it. Instead, got fixed, was able to get into my foolish forgetful account, and vastly cheaper than I thought and expected it to be.Long winded version of theyre awesome and you should use them

Went to have my iPhone screen repaired. They had fantastic customer service and had my phone fixed in less than an hour. Their prices are also much much more reasonable than the other repair shops in Lawrence. Overall an amazing experience!

I only spoke with them over the phone. They were upfront with me about what they could and couldnt repair.

I took my sisters I Phone there last week for an issue and the technician quickly resolved it. We had a different issue today and the same person helped, took about 10 minutes. Both times he was polite and refused to charge us.

Never once was I contacted by them, twice I called and requested an update on status, both times I was told someone would call me back and they never did, so today I finally got my answer they dont know were it isthis is how the call ended,..... so you lost it? My kid left an IPhone XR on the bumper of my truck and needless to say it didn’t stay on the bumper. I recovered it from someone’s house after the find my phone app was used but the screen was smashed as it had been ran over in the roadway. I called a couple places one who wanted double the price to change the screen. But CPR charged $135.00 and I thought it was fair pricing. They had it done quickly and were very courteous explaining that it came with a one year warranty. The only thing I would change (don’t even know if possible) would be when they checked the phone to see if everything worked they could have texted or called me and told me the camera didn’t work anymore and offered replacement for a cost. That would have put their service over the top and a six star review! I am very happy and will use this service anytime I need a phone repair. For them to take a phone that was ran over to looking brand new again is very impressive.

So, my iPhone 7 was unrepairable BUT Stormy’s customer service was most excellent. I ended upgrading and am really happy with the price and warranty that comes with this upgrade.

Prompt, professional replacement of my phone battery. The $50 charge was the same as Apple charges, and I was able to walk in and wait for it. The new battery is working fine so far!

Went to another place and they tried to convince me my phone needed all sorts of other repairs other than just my cracked screen. They said they wouldnt work on it unless I agreed to all the repairs. Called this place and they were cheaper and didnt lie to try and get more money out of me. Repair was done in just a couple hours. Would highly recommend.

For starters I was told to replace my HDMI port it would take about 2 hours. I brought it in there just to be told that the guy had gone on vacation. Took me 5 weeks to get it back. Still had to pay full price. I do not recommend this place. Werent very helpful. Gave me an attitude when I complained about how long it took. However they didnt get it fixed 🤷🏼‍♂️. Just five weeks too long

Great Experience! First time I have ever broke my phone screen. The lady was nice and had my phone ready to go in 40 minutes.

I was able to drop my phone off on a Friday evening and the screen was replaced within an hour! Incredibly fast work and the lowest prices around. I made sure to call several other repair shops in the area and they said my phone would be ready after the weekend or Id have to wait several days to get it back. Being in nursing school that wasnt really an option for me. CPR had the best prices and they even replaced my glass screen protector as they are Zagg compatible. If I encounter any phone issues in the future, they can count on my business again!

Waited two and a half hours to pay too much for a new screen, I think I saved 25$ from just going to the Apple store.My phone has been in the same case that protected the original screen for years through some pretty significant drops without issue (and same with the previous model), but this new screen couldn’t even survive a fall off my nightstand onto a carpeted floor... it’s got two completely separate cracks from what any reasonable person would call very minor falls.

My phone randomly stop working right before I needed to leave town for a baby shower. Luke was able to get me right in, and helped me out within 10 minutes! Amazing! So thankful.

Quality of replacement screen was poor which caused the display to be very dull and discolored. Adjusting color settings helped some but my phone has lost the vibrant iPhone display.Within about two months of the screen being replaced, I noticed the side appeared to be coming unglued. I took it back in to have it repaired since I was told they guaranteed their work for a full year but was informed unless the screen became unusable then they wouldnt replace or repair it. Wouldnt recommend this business.

I went here in October to get my screen replaced on my MacBook Pro. I came back a few days ago because my screen wasnt working. They said it was not covered under their warranty and that it was the motherboard that would need to be replaced. They said the cost of this would be 400$. I took my MacBook in to the KU Tech Shop after this and the tech guy fixed my laptop in under 10 minutes for free. I would not recommend going here as it feels like somewhat of a scam. Very frustrating when the issue was so simple.

Not only did I go into iGurus not knowing what was wrong with my iPhone 5 but I went in borderline panicking. They knew instantly what was wrong with it and started getting it repaired. Their perfect balance of professionalism and understanding helped me calm down. I was practically dancing as I left with a phone that was working again. I cannot rave enough about the iGurus located in Lawrence at 31st and Four Wheel Drive. I took my 5-year-old Mac Book Pro in to them a week ago, assuming it was a total loss and just picked it up from them in flawless new-looking condition. It wasnt even able to boot when they got their hands on it. They pulled my photographs off the hard drive, saving me a great deal of heartache, fixed the innards and installed a new battery and put a new screen on. It is as good as new! I was amazed, too, how affordable their services are. (And I didnt have to purchase a whole new computer) Highly recommend these folks. Young, energetic team--always eager to explain things in a friendly manner. Love it that they are open until 7 p.m. most days.

The staff was most helpful and courteous. They installed a new battery in my IPhone, and are repairing another that a different repair service told me could not be repaired or resurrected.

Thank have three kids, each of us has had either a cracked screen, power button, or other repair to be made. Service is friendly, they give a clear estimate, extremely fast service (one hour or less depending— the button repair took longer), very helpful.

Chad in Lawrence helped me recover 2.7TB of data from my external hard drive that crashed. The first few programs he tried didnt work and I began to loose hope. Chad didnt give up though and took the hard drive home and worked on it there while also looking after his wife who was about to have their first child (congrats Chad!). After a few days he was able to finally access the drive and recover all of the data! I think he and the iGurus team went above and beyond their duties to help me out and Im truly happy I chose them with my data recover needs. Not to mention the cost for their services was extremely affordable compared to any other places I could find that did data recovery!
