Do NOT for whatever reason buy your cars from this establishment! They sold us a car with NO oil! Drove from Lawrence to Worcester with NO oil! Since then, we have spent over $2,000 trying to rectify this! Spoke with “Rubio” who listed the vehicle & his response, your going to have to take us to court! Save yourself the money & the headache!!!

Incredibly unprofessional. Do not give these people your time and definitely dont give them your money. If you do, youll never be able to get in touch with them again. They convince you that the car youre buying is in full working order, only for it to fall apart shortly after and not even pass state inspection. Customer service is not in this dealers vocabulary.Some digging shows this dealer has already filed for bankruptcy at least once. Its amazing that he still has an active car dealer license and the state hasnt shut him down yet. The dealership even attempts to withhold public information and documentation if they catch a hint that you may be bringing legal action. They use intimidation tactics, and try to blame you (the buyer) for not knowing any better. This place is the embodiment of why people are mistrusting of used car dealers. They are not there to help you; there are there to take your money.There are no redeeming qualities about this place.

Compare motors is the biggest scam ever! Do not buy a car from Kelvin (the owner) or his puppet Rey. I bought a minivan, VSA light was on, they claimed it was because it had been sitting a while. Bull. I brought to a reputable mechanic, and this car 2000 dollars worth of work, and Kelvin claims i did not buy a car of the year, go figure lol, i was aware of that fact, just didnt know i was buying a unsafe pile of metal. Then Kelvin says he will fix it, and cuts a wire out(out of the wiring harness, to make the VSA light go out) a and leaves it in my van, now the van needs much more work then it originally did. These people have 8 open lawsuits against them, you can search it for free on mass.gov. including my own lawsuit in which i will probably will never get paid. I settled for a much lesser amount then owed, to just end it, becasue i truly believe in karma, and personally sick of seeing this idoit in court. Good luck, because he doesnt show up to court and will tell the court he never got the notice, and Lawrence district court gives him a free pass every time. He buys these cars from auctions out of state, and doesnt even check them before he sells them, nor does he have title for any half of them (i did not get a title for over a week). Dont bother calling the attorney general becasue they dont care and neithier does the city of Lawrence. Good job Mr.mayor, 👍👍👍. I wish I can give this dealership a 0 star because it is by far the WORST dealership ever! Helped a family member find a car, the owner named KELVIN is very rude, a day after the car passed the inspection a check engine light came on. When brought back to the dealer since it was still under warranty the owner said to keep driving the car and he took of the light stating that the car has been parked for a while. After the light kept coming back on he finally sent us to his machanic. Charged us for checking the car a $60 dollar for a “co pay” saying it was in the contract even though it was a motor issue. After numerous calls and messages and visits to his dealer waiting for the so call part that he claimed he order the car has etc to be fix. It’s been over 3 months by this time. Every time we go there it’s a story he comes up with. This guy is a scumbag! Wishing many failures for this business. Please don’t not ever buy any car from here because I guarantee after you purchase there will be an issue!

I bought a car from kelvin rosado in January 2019. I told kelvin that I had just gotten into a bad accident and needed a reliable car because I travel an hour or so to work everyday. He sold me a 2007 Subaru with 122,000 miles on it. He said it worked fine and that there were NO ISSUES. He could not stress enough about what a good working car I was getting for 2,000$. I drove it off the lot after a test drive. The only present issue was that the interior smelled like a cow farm. Drove it around some and before it reached 100 miles of driving after purchasing tote car the check engine light clicked on. Called kelvin and he verbally instructed me to drive the car around some more that it had been sitting for a while. I did just that and then took it back at exactly 100 miles after purchase. He had some child put a liquid down my gas tank and told me to drive the car and that it was fixed. Nope. A giant nope. Took it three times and he kept it each time for over 24 hours and he never once fixed the issue. He also knows exactly what is wrong with the car he sells. That’s how he prices them. He buys junked cars from other states, in my case VT and sells them to people he knows won’t go to court to fight his scamming. Please don’t buy from this phony. Purchased a truck 1 week ago, paid in full. Still no title and he has been extremely rude and will not help me by giving a day I should expect the title. Horrible customer service!

Worst dealer ever. Owner is very rude, he does not care about clients, cars are not reviewed before sale. So expect issues after buying a car at this place. I had issues and someone else found me there having issues. Because the warranty is 1,000 miles, the owner tells you that the car need to be driven if you encounter issues. If you do so, he tells you after that you are over the limit and you have to pay to fix it. Lol!!! My firm advice: DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS PLACE. Do not say that you was not aware because I warned you!!!

I tried to buy a car off this guy. Took $3000 from me and told me he didn’t have the title. I ask him how long it would be to get the title and he said a couple of days. 2 weeks later he still had my money and I had no car or title. Worst place possible to buy a car, avoid his scams and don’t buy a car from this guy

I bought an SUV there. They took my money, gave me all the signed and stamped paperwork, let me leave with the SUV and never sent me the title. I cant register the SUV without a title and therefore cant drive it.
