My experience with the Selection was hands down the best one I’ve had buying a vehicle. I was expecting once I got on the parking lot to be sharked down by a salesman and hounded but that did not happen. I had to approach them and when I did was handed the keys saying if you have any questions I’d love to help you out.The people at the Selection were kind and helped me get into my dream vehicle at an adorable price. Helping me get a lender for pricing made it even better. Honestly I’ve never been more impressed with a used car business before but they went above and beyond.Shortly after purchasing, I had an engine code come up. I brought the vehicle back after checking with O’ Reilly’s what the engine code was. I had a catalytic converter fault to the point of needing a new one. When I left my vehicle with them, the next day was called back saying they have ordered a new catalytic converter and would be able to put it in the truck coming up in June because of inventory back order.The Selection DID NOT leave me high and dry. They could have said, pound sand sorry kid; but they didn’t. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

I definitely would not recommend their auto detailing services. Its almost as if they wet my seats and door handles but did not apply any cleaning agent or brush/scrub them at all. There were also areas on my steering wheel and auto mats that were missed. Considering that so many details were missed in my auto detail maybe they should add a disclaimer stating they can only service vehicles with leather interior.

This place is a joke. The only reviews they have are because they hound customers to give 5 star reviews before even leaving the showroom or purchasing a car. If you would like to spend your hard earned money being weaseled by a used car sales man This is definitely your guy. Luke was able to sell my little sister a Mercedes with a malfunctioning mass air flow sensor causing the car to stop in the middle of the road and highway. Although this is an obvious safety concern, and an issue they promised to fix prior to driving the car off the lot they have already received her money and sold her car used as trade in so unfortunately for her she is being ignored and told there is nothing they can do because it’s not their priority. You would think a business called premium selection would sell at least a decent car but unfortunately for us they sell lemons disguised as nice cars.

This is the most unprofessional business. Wish I could give zero stars. We went in on a Saturday to purchase a car. Ran out of time to complete purchase so we were told if we called on Sunday somebody could come over to help us. We called Sunday and never got an answer. We went over on Monday morning to test drive the car. Told them we wanted to purchase the car and would be paying in cash and asked what we needed to do to finalize the purchase. We were told that they couldnt actually sell the car because it needed to be serviced. Yet, as soon as it was serviced they would call us to complete the purchase. Went back Monday night to test drive again and find out if they had got it scheduled to be serviced. While we were there they informed us that another couple was there to test drive it that had driven out from Missouri but that we were first in line to purchase the car as soon as it had been serviced on Tuesday since we had come in Saturday to buy the car. Tuesday morning we received a call letting us know that they had decided to sell it to the other people because they were able to get approved for the loan. We had already made a cash deal but they said we could not actually move forward and finalize said deal until the car was serviced then they sold it out from under us. Very unprofessional.

I had the worst experience here with Luke he said if the right tire kept getting low to take it back and they would exchange the tires and they didnt they sent me to big o tires and I had to buy 3 new tires on a $20,000 dollar car. Then they said they would pay for an updated map for my recent purchase of the 2016 infinity and Luke said he had ordered it and was waiting for it to come in and I must have called him 10 different times and he has not contacted me sense after saying he placed the order.

Purchased a car from this place in May, when purchasing they promised to deliver on new Range Rover emblems, a plastic window clip, and a spare set of keys. Day 2 of owning the car the check engine light came on, it took a month to get back in, they did not fix the problem. Windshield started leaking and we find out it was not even secured properly to the car. We received the window clip for the car a week or two after purchase. After roughly 6 months, we ended up filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. That is when we finally received the new emblem for the car, but they sent bits and pieces of our conversation to them to make it look like the problem occurred a month after the purchase. We still have not received the second Fob even though they told the Attorney General it was ready for pick up at our local store. Our local store had no clue what I was talking about when I called to go pick it up. I could go on and on about the problems I’ve had with them, but I strongly recommend paying attention to the 1 stars they have been getting recently and not taking your business there.

My family members have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I thought that this dealership would have some respect for that fact but I was wrong. I test drove and made a very fair offer on a vehicle. The salesperson was rude and dismissive of my offer and did not bother making a counteroffer or calling me back when he said he would “talk to his boss and get back to me”. I based my offer on research of the KBB value range and the service history, which indicated some sort of unreported accident had occurred (which the salesperson pretended wasn’t a big deal). Furthermore, features were added to the MSRP that were already included in other packages, meaning the MSRP counted the feature twice and artificially raised the price. Vehicle was advertised as “non smoking” but showed obvious signs of being a smoker’s car, as evidenced by the smell and a cigarette burn on the floor carpet. Very disappointing experience and will not be giving them a second thought.

I bought a car at the beginning of March, and since then, the car has broken down 5 times and has left me stranded in Texas for 3 days. They cant seem to get a mechanic to me when it breaks down, as promised, and barely get a reply from anyone when I am without my car for days at a time while its in the shop, or when its broken down.This has by far, been the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. They keep wanting to fix it. But fail to do so and Im stuck with the same problems. It has been 3 months and the same problem keeps happening and theyve done very little to rectify the situation. I cant even get them to give me a rental while my car is in the shop for all of the trouble I have been through. Guess my next option is court.

Highly recommended! What attracted me to them was their high-quality inventory and the service agreement that comes with the car. They pay close attention to the service records and carry vehicles that have good maintenance histories and are in good condition. They also have their own mechanic and for vehicles that are purchased from them, they offer service at a reduced rate and parts at cost . This appealed to me since I have always wanted a German car but was too scared of the high cost of maintenance and repairs. They have a mechanic who is experienced working on higher end German cars, and this helped helped make buying one more feasible for me. I found an older, modestly-priced Audi A4 in great condition. It has needed a few initial repairs, but I dont fault the dealership for this, and the extended warranty I bought and the service agreement I mentioned earlier have helped to keep costs reasonable. The buying experience was painless. I filled out a credit application online and really only had to spend about 30 minutes at the dealership signing papers. For the loan application, they apply to local lenders, and the rate they found for me was better than you would see on some new cars (excluding heavily subsidized offers).

It brings me no pleasure to write a negative review about this car dealership, but Luke wasted three hours of our time. Just before making the two hour drive, my wife called to confirm that the care was still available. Yes it is. Well see you in a bit, Luke said. An hour and a half into our drive he called to say that it had sold. Incredulous, my wife asked what happened. He said that a coworker had sold it within the previous 30 minutes. We were shocked to hear him then say I have an Audi Q5, as if wed still be willing to do business with them.Id like to think it was just a misunderstanding, but with minimal regret offered, Im not so sure. Anyone can make an honest mistake, and if he had owned it, Id be writing a different review. One has to wonder if a dealer such as this can be trusted. We dont.

EDIT: Forgot to add the shady issue with the tires. On the website car listing they post 4 pictures of the tires tread. You would think that would be one of each tire. Turns out its the same picture posted 4 times (Of the best tire)! I had thought I checked the tread online so didnt need to check it again. But after getting the car back I notice one side had brand new tires and the other side had very old tires, uneven wear and nicks in the sidewall. This was listed as 40% wear on their website. Guess they averaged them.Let me preface this review by saying that Brandon never returned any of my calls as promised. I always had to call him, that should give you some idea of their service.The initial experience was fine. I had a specific car I wanted and was ready to buy. Brandon gave his whole speech about how they only buy premium vehicles and excel at customer service. The experience fell apart after that.The next morning I hop in my new car and the radar cruise control has failed, I call up Brandon, 12 hours after buying the car, and they say to bring it back in 3 days once they have a mechanic again. I do bring in the car thinking it’s a quick fix. It should have been but was not. The issue was the emblem on the front had been previously cracked, they had my new car for 10 days and still ended up putting the incorrect year emblem on but I am living with that.While this was going on we were still waiting on the second car key to get “found”. See the evening we were signing paperwork Brandon said there was a second key, his mechanic had just taken it home. This drug on for 3 months. Then Brandon said there never was a second key, and he was not willing to pay for what was promised. We all know new keys are not cheap, and had this been known when signing, the deal could of been altered. We were told it would have been mailed to us 3 months earlier.Lastly, the bank they use for financing is terrible. I think this banks till operates in the 80’s. You have to mail a check every month with a coupon. No online banking and no direct withdrawal unless I want to drive to Lawrence during business hours.Good luck if you decide to buy from here.

They werent ready to sell the car at all. When the car was bought they were in such a hurry to get the money calling and texting every day but then when they got the money they wouldnt detail for for 3 days! Then after driving it for a month it already has an oil leak and makes terrible grinding noises. Would not recommend at all.Update: I didnt purchase the car my SO did.We also have since discovered part of the car is ZIPTIED together. It was not like that when we looked under the hood. Do not buy a car here.Update, now 3 months in the car has significant damages. It was leaking oil so bad my partner was going through about a quart a day and had to pay about a grand in repairs. We found out that there is a lemon law where you can return the car 3 days after purchasing if it is bad and dealerships have to give you your money back. One has to wonder if thats why they waited 3 days after our bank gave them the money for us to get the car. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE

I purchased a 2014 Acura MDX from Brandon last month and he was awesome. He was honest, knowledgeable about what was on the lot, amenable to fixing what I requested and never pushy. When I called my mechanic to do a once over after purchase, his comment was, I dont think well find anything because they usually sell clean cars. Would definitely do business with them again. And he can try to get whatever you want. Dont see it on his lot? Ask him to find it.

Easier to just find somewhere else.Edit: since I cant reply to their response, Ill do it here: Budget IID staff have always been professional and polite. I called at noon on 11/15 and spoke with someone who specifically said they dont do the Budget IID and that was the person who was rude. Ive called in ahead of my maintenance many times before and its never been a problem. This time it was. I went to another Budget IID service center.

I WILL BE CONTACTING THE KANSAS ATTORNEY GENERAL THE FTC THE KANSAS DEPT OF REVENUE FILING COMPLAINTS SHOWING THE SELECTION DOES FRAUDLANT AUTO SALES

On July 9th 2018 I went in to Selection Premium Auto Sale to test drive a 2006 Pontiac G6. It barely had enough gas to test drive 10 blocks. Upon returning to the car lot I mentioned to Brandon I had recently sold a 2015 Ford Taurus Sho. He informed me that they had a 2006 Infiniti M35 that was close to the size of the Ford Taurus. When testdriving the Infiniti it too only had enough gas to drive 10 blocks. I was fooled by the quick test drive and the quick sales tactics! After a 30 min buying experience and two salesman talking during the paperwork signing. Upon returning home I heard a clanking noise in the front end. Decided to do my own car fax and discovered the vehicle has been in 3 previous accidents and also used as a leased vehicle. If my health condition was good I would have been able to catch all the dirty tactics this carlot used on me. After trying to return the car the next day on their own 24 hour return policy with the picture of this vehicle in the add along with unknown accident disclosure. The high priced and multi accident vehicle that was sold to me under false pretense of being a premium used car with car maintence history record. I am left with a time consuming and a stressful situation that I have no other choice but follow thru with all the buyers regulations that are in place to help the used car buyers that get taken for a bad car ride. I have researched enough to know that this car lot does not sell the premium cars they claim but high priced and unlawful selling vehicles that they are very aware of the cars history but sells these cars under their claims of the well worn out vehicles that they describe as premium cars. SHAME ON YOU BRANDON FOR NOT SELLING AND DISCLOSING THE VEHICLES CONDITION AS YOU KNOW IT! THE ONLY THREAT I MADE WAS I AM A FIGHTER WHEN I KNOW I HAVE RECOURSE AGAINST BUSINESSES LIKE YOURS I WILL FIGHT TO GET MY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER TO GET WHAT I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING FOR THE $8100 I PAID FOR THE FAR LESS THEN PREMIUM CAR YOU SOLD!
