Got an alignment last month from here. Im not so car savvy so after it was done I assumed it was fine car was driving ok. I brought my car back to my mechanic since he doesnt do alignments yet for something else and he said that I need an alignment when I got one from here last month. Went yesterday to speak to shop but there was nothing they can do for me but to reach out to the owner who wasnt available or there. Sad that their customer service isnt a priority. They said I will most likely have to pay for another alignment since its been over a month. Not going to pay for something that should have been done the first time. Went to Town Fair Tire and they even showed me how bad the alignment was before and then after they did it themselves. Tenares is cheap but you get what you pay for. Not going back here again. Used to go here for tires too but theyre always trying to sell me new ones when I just need a used...or they lately dont have my car tire size. I dont normally leave reviews but heres a photo to show. They should invest on explaining to their customers on what was actually done for the services they provide.

I would not recommend this place to no one, the young lady and gentlemen that worked in the office on Wednesday were very rude, they speak to people like animals and do not care. The girl clams to be the owners daughter but I believe she should not be allowed to run the show when she knows nothing and is very disrespectful along with the gentleman. Will not be going here ever again or ever recommending it to friends. PS do a better job

Awesome..in and out in 20 min, the used tire they put on was in very good condition with very little mileage on it..they matched my tread as close as possible and weighed and balanced properly..all at 130 am ...got me out of jam in the middle of the night because they are open 24/hrs..not going to find that anywhere else.

When I needed new tired and a rotation and alignment for a good price I was able to get a good price and put it on credit and got approved to do small weekly payments where I also got a oil change as well less than $250 altogether definitely recommend this place good service, prices, and quality work no complains here!

Worst experience I had with Paula Auto Sales, in my life with the purchase of a 🍋vehicle, reps were not upfront with the title detail or carfax, nor did they inform of vehicle, reconstruction, owner was so irresponsible not return the money mind you the repair work was messy, no effort to damage of fixtures correctly! I would never recommend this place because of the dishonesty of the sales person & owner! I was a victim Ill be one to save you from them negative 0 rating thats Lawrence full of tricksters

Went to fix a flat and everyone was running around and nobody tending to the customers I even called them and they ignored the phone I saw a guy taking payments and asked about getting service and he pretended not to work there or not to care. Won’t see me again.

I dont usually ever leave reviews but Im gonna make an exception. I went there to put my old tires on my new rims. At first I thought it was great because the prices were low, considering they moved the TPMS and tires from my old wheels, and balanced them on the new wheel. After I left and got on the highway a shake was immediately noticeable. I went back and they attempted to tell me my tires were warped, but they have been fine for a year, until I went there. I even added hub centric rings to insure the fitment of the wheel wasnt the issue (which I asked them to check before installing the wheel) when that didnt fix the issue I checked the tire pressure. It was around 60PSI in each tire... 30 is what its supposed to be. After lowering the pressure the shake is still there, so I can only assume the wheels were not balanced correctly. (I also rotated my wheels which did not solve my issue) Also nowhere to park, getting in and out is a nightmare, which they had me do 3 times while installing my wheels to allow other cars in and out, and rude service. Dont recommend at all.

Never thought I’d need to go to a 24-hour tire place. After a long day at work, drove by an accident and caught debris that puncture my tire. My mornings are super busy and I searched for and found Tenares Tire service. Tire was fixed in minutes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I was very unhappy with my experience, the service I received was horrible, not sure if it was because I was white and everyone there spoke Spanish but the young lady in the front FRIDAY night is very rude and SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. Also the gentleman there supports her actions which is not tolerated I will not be bringing any of my vehicles here or recommending anyone. Have more respect toward your customers

I think the girl in the front with the long braids is completely rude and her attitude stinks she was very rude to me. If you guys are going to have someone what a stinky attitude working with your customers that maybe you should think twice about your company. Train your employees better

Happy ending to a flat tire. My 2004 Toyota Matrix had a flat on the way to Lawrence. After changing to my spare, I proceeded to Lawrence to finish my business, then thought, where might I get a correctly sized used tire to replace the flat on my old jalopy. When I called Tenares, their staff was able to confirm quickly that they had the tire in their used stock. They were nearby, and thanks to a diligent crewman at Tenares, I drove off 20 minutes later with a perfectly good, correctly sized used tire for the great price of $40.

Got out of work at 5am on a Sunday and walked out to a flat. They were one of the few places open and were busy but very quick. Was a very good price as well

Had a flat yesterday, spare tire blew out this morning! Purchased a new tire and a used for the spare from the best tire shop in Lawtown! Pulled in at 7 and was gone by 7:40 with 2 tires mounted and balanced. A pleasure to do business with. Jay runs a great operation.

Very unprofessional. I brought new tires to the shop. Only needed to be balanced and mounted. I requested to balance all 4 tires and he wanted to balance only the two front tires cause it was a front wheel drive. Ive told him to balance all four tires. Once the job was done. I drove my car to the highway and the car was vibrating on 65 mph. So I brought it back to the shop and explain the mechanic the situation about the tires not being balanced properly. So I asked him to check all four tires if they were balanced. He only wanted to do the front tires. I said no, I want all tires checked. So he had a heated argument with me. They only rechecked the front tires and one of them wasnt balance at all. They never check the back tires even though I payed all four tires to be balance.So once again I drove the car back to the highway and it was a little less vibration. But I wasnt satisfied. I didnt went back again. I went to town fair tire and they fixed my problem. Now my car drives like brand new again with my new tires. I dont recommend tenares at all especially if you have a car that is 2010 and up. Very unprofessional and rude.

I was shocked to find a 24 hour repair shop somewhat close, so we all drove down and was amazed at how friendly everyone was. Super busy spot, but they were able to get us in and out in record time, maybe 15 minutes. Only $10 too! So glad we found Tenares, I’ll be back here in the future.

Said my vehicle couldnt be aligned after it was aligned 4 months prior without an issue. They pointed at the tie rod ends (that had minimal rust as the vehicle is clean overall) and said too rusty. Took it to someone up the street and its good as new. Do not take your vehicle here, the mechanics have no idea what theyre doing.

I bought 4 used tires from them that were in pretty good shape and only planned on using those tires for the summer since I bought my rims. It turned out that 3/4 tires were good so I asked them to put another one on it. The mechanic who doesnt speak in English like most of them put on a tire that was the same size as the other tires (245 40 18) but smaller. I didnt notice the difference until I started to drive the vehicle, I took the car back and the owner (Brian) lied about something being wrong with my springs, which didnt make sense. I took my vehicle back and gave it to another mechanic to install my H&R lowering springs, he took forever to install them. I bought in the car at 9am and he said hell be done at 11am. It was 1pm and he still wasnt done, I complained to Brian and he said he spoke to him. The mechanic like most of the other mechanics were on their phones and just hanging with nearby friends or just socializing. After, my springs were installed I took them out for a test drive...everything seemed fine at first like it always does. When I started to turn the vehicle ie, doing a 3 point turn, or a u-turn you can feel the springs grinding and making some strange noise. i knew he didnt install the springs properly. Since I bought tires from them I get lifetime oil changes if I bring in my own supply. I bought my car for an oil change and they didnt have the wrench to take out my oil filter, they changed the oil but not the filter. I would not recommend this place, the prices are very cheap so you pay for what you get. never again am I taking my car there if Im getting high quality parts installed! The owner doesnt even care about customer satisfaction, as long as hes making a quick buck then hes all set

One Saturday night last winter during a blizzard, we got a flat tire. It took AAA six hours to get to us. Fortunately, we could run the car to avoid freezing in the blizzard conditions and the windshield wipers AAA towed us to Tenares and they are open 24/7 EVEN DURING BLIZZARDS!! They put two new tires on our car at very reasonable prices and we are very grateful that they keep such long hours. Where else could you go to get tires during a blizzard on a weekend night? So my first experience was great because they leard me in. Second time there i got taken for 1500 and when i asked why the work was not done they said they had nothing to do with the mechanic but the mechanic works for them so dont go unless you want to get robbed!

Rude. Unprofessional. If they dont have the right size tire for your vehicle they will put whatever else they want without telling you. If you arent a friend or buddy of one of the employees they ignore you, skip, you or make you wait longer. Ive given this place multiple chances especially in a pinch and always end up disappointed. Waste of money. Waste of time.

Called at 8:30 in the morning for an alignment, they said they’re 24 hours but only would do alignments that night until 9. I said I would be there at 6, and showed up at 6:15 to find that the mechanic who does alignments was on his last car of the night and would not do any more. They said to come back tomorrow, Thanksgiving. Also, there were kids in the shop. Very unprofessional and a violation of OSHA regulations.

Brought my car in for an alignment because it was pulling a little right. I left with a Steering wheel that had to be sideways to go straight and pulling more to the right. Came back 15 mins later they fixed the steering wheel and attempted to fix the alignment which is pulling even more to the right. Car left worse then when I brought it to them. I wouldnt recommend their alignments. Complete waste of $70

Im giving 4 stars because one of the workers accommodated me . I pulled up to the back and he repaired my tire. I would have given 5 stars had the cashier not had me waiting until she finished her personal conversation to cash me out.

On February 13 around 10:40 pm I called forA service and the person who answered the phone was really rude by hanging up the phone on me when I kindly asked if they have a towing truck. I decided to call again and the same person answered and when I asked him why he hung up the phone on me and he hung up the phone again. I strongly don’t recommend this place to anybody. Well they broke a bolt on my car while changing my brake calipers, so they left my car as is and never told me. One day driving down the highway the brake caliper came loose and messed up my wheel! Terrible terrible have your car here fixed at your own risk. Some of there mechanics are not so honest i was lied to.

We will be giving thanks for Tenares this Thanksgiving! As we were heading North, we realized that the mechanic who put on our snow tires earlier in the day neglected to spin and balance them. We looked for a nearby tire place but everything was already closed. And then we saw the listing for 24-hour Tenares, which seemed too good to be true! Not only did they fix the problem in a jiffy, they welcomed our family - including our dog! - out of the freezing night air and into the waiting area. Muchas gracias, Tenares!
