Very efficient and helpful service. Staff is patient and helpful. Usually here just for car maintenance which had been pretty satisfactory for years. Waiting area is spacious and has some refreshments provided. They keep the place clean and up to date.

I am a very experienced car buyer. Ive bought many and its always a hassle. Im pretty no nonsense about car buying. I do a ton of research up front and I have no problem walking away if its not the deal I want.This was hands down the easiest car buying experience of my life!I knew what car I wanted and they were the only ones I could find that had one in stock.I called ahead and they got it brought in from a sister dealership the same day.I told them what i was willing to pay for the car, what I needed in my trade in and the financing rate Id accept (I knew Hyundais mfg interest rate specials.)They said, okGot to the dealership, drove the car and had the whole deal wrapped up in 2 hours. No drama. No checking with the manager nonsense.I got a very fair deal and I love my new car.If you go there, talk to Tyler.

I am so glad I went to Laird Noller and worked with Joe Kelly!! I went to multiple places and looked at multiple cars.A. - A lot of the sales people were very aggressive or knew nothing about the cars or company they were selling.B. Most of the companies out there don’t offer the warranties and programs that Hyundai offers with their cars.This will be my 2nd Hyundai and I have always been pleased with the company, the services and representatives. Joe was amazing from the time I walked in the door until I drove away. Joe was not pushy, extremely knowledgeable about the cars and the company. I was with a sales consultant who made sure I understood the features, programs, etc. before and after the sale. I can’t explain how happy I am with everything. I just recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Laird Noller in Lawrence. I had a 99 Honda Accord that broke down and i had to scrap it. I have never bought a new car before or even made any kind of financial purchase as large as my new vehicle.From start to finish I was helped by Joe Kelly through the process and he was very helpful. I was quite nervous coming into the car dealership and was hesitant to even go in, but he helped me feel confident with my purchase.I was expecting for the employees to be pushy trying to get me into a vehicle, but Joe was the opposite. I went on a test drive the first day and afterwards let him know I was not intending on purchasing the vehicle that day, but would return tomorrow and he was supportive of the decision and set up an appointment to meet me the next day.The Financial Manager, Daryl Posey helped secure my loan and walk me through what warranty options were available and how much they would cost. He was very friendly, funny, and kind and made me feel secure in my purchase while also feeling welcome in their space.Over all my experience has been nothing but positive and Im sure that they will continue to be supportive as I return to the dealership to do basic maintenance, oil changes, etc. on my newly purchased vehicle.Highly recommend this dealership!

I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. The building was clean and open and the sales staff was great. I was able to take several test drives and got answers to all of my questions. They didnt have exactly what I finally decided to purchase the first day I was there but they were able to tell me how long it would take to get it and they kept me posted on progress as the month went by. The vehicle arrived when they said it would and it was ready in a timely manner. We went over the required paperwork and I was shown how the numerous systems in the new vehicle worked with all questions answered once again. All in all a very pleasant buying experience. I love the new vehicle and it satisficed all of my needs and then some. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to check out one of their new vehicles.

Here we are yet again. Our 2015 Hyundai Sonata shut down on the interstate this time. It happened when we were passing a semi with one behind us. If not for my husbands quick thinking we would have been in a terrible accident. The last time this happened,we were assured by the service manager that our engine had a lifetime replacement warranty and should any more issues arise our engine would be replaced. Now we are being told that the warranty is no longer valid. I will NEVER buy another car from Laird Noller. I have been doing business with them since 1992. Oh, one more tip given to us by the current service manager, start the car 3 times and the service code will likely disappear.

There was no pressure for a sale and they were able to work with our suggested loan institute to get us the lowest loan rate keeping our payments in a comfort zone for us. Great experience! Im a single woman and walked in alone. I didnt feel like anyone was going to take advantage of me. I wanted a Kia Stinger, but the dealerships near me didnt have the color I wanted with the options I needed. So, I drove almost 4 hours to Laird Noller. They were up-front with their prices and kept their word. The finance manager is real chill. He didnt use high-pressure tactics, just showed me options and let me decide what was best for me. I bought a brand new car in November but am already dealing with some faulty parts so I spoke with the service manager Kyle. Kyle was condescending the whole call, acting as if I had not looked into other options (especially as a woman I know to be fully prepared and knowledgeable before going to any car dealership) and started telling me I made no sense? Luckily, I had a man listening in on speakerphone and when he took over the call he said the EXACT same things I said and Kyle completely flipped a switch then started talking poorly about me as if I couldn’t hear. The worst part is I don’t think he thought there was anything wrong with the way he spoke to me. Go somewhere else if you need anything.

Josh, the GSM, was also great to work with and made sure our questions were answered as we worked to secure a hold on the vehicle. Daisy Lutze was my sale persons and Josh is the sales manager I had a great experience from the both of them Daisy took time even after work to fix my blue link app for my car even on her days off she went out of her way to push Hyundai to fix my profile for the app and let me mind you that she already sold me a car and she still treated me like a new customer I have dealt with pass sales people from other dealers and after they sell me a car its like I was in there review mirror and didnt get great service after the sale but Daisy surprised me on how much she still cared after the point of the sale if your looking for someone to be there in the long run go to her she wont disappoint you. Josh was the sales manager that was dealing with my deal he was very fair on everything I told him/showed him my service files and he took all that into account to price my trade in he even was fair when I put down money on my car he even helped me the best he could to get me to my payment a month without having to take a huge loss which is understandable because new cars dont have a huge markup he did the best he could and I got to say he did a great job and didnt jerk me around. I will be buying here again for another car in the future. Thanks again Daisy and Josh. I wouldnt have written this story of my experience if I wasnt happy or if I was okay with the service. You better keep these two Laird Noller.

It is dealerships like this that are the reason I do not generally frequent dealerships for vehicle maintenance.Most recently I went in for a relatively simple oil change, and to have a recent recall taken care of. I specifically requested that the maintenance personnel not touch my tires, as I have a tire issue I am already aware of that I have scheduled to be fixed at another business. They appear to have left my tires alone, but did not have the sense of mind to change my reciept/description of services. So, if you were to look at the description of services, it is clearly listing services that were absolutely never rendered. Along this same line of reasoning, they claimed that they took care of the recall and I should see no further issues. Yet within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership, my check engine light came back on implying that they had claimed another services that they blatantly did not complete.The last time I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told my services were complete and that I had no issues with my car or my tires. Within 24 hours I was stranded on the side of the road with an entirely flat tire. When I brought this up to the Service Manager, he first attempted to blame me for the issue, then tried to charge me the price of the replacement tire. Fortunately, the sales manager stepped in and resolved the issue quickly, as he seems to be one of the few employees knowledgeable and personable enough to do his job well.

I know it was his job to satisfy the customer, but he struck me as the type of person who would be helpful to anyone. I was very happy with my recent purchase experience. I have purchased Hyundais from Laird Noller in the past. I went to test drive a Hyundai Tucson but I was not necessarily looking to purchase that day. I was pleased with my trade-in value and the price of the new vehicle so I decided to purchase that day. Todd was a great salesman and Daryl was terrific on the financing side. My only issue was a short time after the sale when I contacted the dealership with a question. I reached out to the dealership a few times and no one made an attempt to contact me in return regarding my question. I ended having to figure out the matter myself.

Just purchased a used vehicle from here. Overall, the experience was just ok. I’ve bought and sold A LOT of cars over the years from dealers all over the Midwest. I’ve had some good experiences and some bad. Showing the vehicle here was a good experience. The salesman was pleasant and helpful at all times. I truly appreciate his help through the process. The problem is that they were so short handed the salesman was trying to juggle multiple customers and paperwork by himself. Although he did what he could, I ultimately had to drive over to the other Lawrence location to finish paperwork as there was no finance guy at this location. I understand things must be flexible but I secured my own financing and notified the dealership well in advance of my arrival so they could be prepared and they weren’t. I was also told that the finance guy would come to me and he did not. Had I been informed of this and expected it, it wouldn’t be a problem.

Nice people and fairly comfortable and quiet place to wait. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because they didnt offer any coupons for the service I needed (oil change). They used to send them in the mail but now they post some on their site. I only have one car that needed an oil change and the coupon was for 2 cars.

I negotiated a deal for a G80 that included the dealer making it a Certified Pre Owned (CPO). When I went to purchase the vehicle the salesman and the finance manager did not know what a CPO vehicle entailed. The salesman told me I only get 3 months of the connected service, I told him he was incorrect and showed him where to find details on the CPO program. After that encounter the manager tried to sell me an extended warranty because he did not know that a CPO vehicle already comes with one. After telling him I was not going to purchase the vehicle he went out of the office and called the GM and was told that I was correct on all accounts. It was embarrassing that I knew more about their product than they did. This could be overlooked but now it has been almost a month and Genesis still says that this is not a CPO vehicle. Every time I call I get told that “they have done their part” and it’s up to Genesis to fix this. YOU ARE GENESIS. I would think that they have sold a CPO before and this process would be streamlined but I guess not. I guess once again I will have to do their job for them and try to fix this myself somehow. Poor product knowledge, poor customer service, and poor employee attitudes would make me, and hopefully you, never buy anything from this dealer.

Just got my 10 K service, after using a coupon I got in the mail, the price was more than reasonable. It took approx 30 minutes, and I was on my way. I could not ask for more. Great people. Buying a car is a stressful process; these folks made it seem less. They were helpful, kind, and downright honest. A good salesman is a good person with good intentions. A bad salesman is someone who separates theirself from the role and takes advantage of their buyer (especially the inexperienced) to turn a higher profit. These are really brutally honest, down-to-earth folks. Aside from the great new car, I appreciated that the most.

I talked to Ali via messenger about a van I saw on their website. He got back with me very quickly and answered all my questions. We went to look at the van and they had it clean and ready to go for us. We love our new to us 2017 Grand Caravan. Ali was friendly, funny and easy to work with. The whole team that we worked with at Laird Noller Hyundai was incredible! They not only were great with taking time to answer any questions or show us anything that we had questions about, but they went above and beyond to make our 6 year old feel welcome! They brought out a bag of HotWheels as we were filling out our paperwork and told him that it’s only fair if mom and dad get a new car that he does too. A team of individuals that care just as much or more about making kiddos like my son as happy or happier than selling cars, they are the team that I will always come back to purchase my vehicles from. Kyle greeted me by name a few minute before my 08:00 appointment. Kyle was fully prepared and immediately took my vehicle in for its initial oil change and tire rotation. Kyle carefully and kindly explained the 7,500 mile threshold for new Hyundai cost-free oil changes. Nonetheless, this was a more a timing and convenience appointment as I work an hour away and most often six days a week, so have limited opportunities for servicing. The work was performed within the 45 minutes that Kyle promised. Additionally, Kyle responded to my request to look at a factory condition that allows my fuel door to hang low in the pocket, but could not be addressed without extensive, more invasive exploration into the vehicles quarter panel for further examination and correction. I was very satisfied with my first visit to Laird Noller Hyundai on 9/5/2020 and will come again for my next service before returning home to North Carolina near the end of the year.
