As a senior citizen, I went in this store to buy thumbtacks to hold my cars headliner up since it was falling down, and I asked an employee if he could put them in the headliner for me since I have very weak thumbs and cannot (I unsuccessfully tried once before), but I was told by manager Jeremy no they cannot because of covid, with his saying it was company policy. Now, none of the employees had a mask on (not required in Lawrence) and there was no one in my car and the windows were rolled down since it was still nice outside. There was no danger in their doing this, and it was obvious they just didnt want to. When I mentioned that no one had a mask on, the mgr. said he was vaccinated, which I am also, as I told him -- and if so, then the danger is even less, since the vaccination protects people. Its obvious Auto Zone just refuses to go the extra step to provide good customer service and I wont return. Ill go to OReillys and ask if they will do this and I predict they will.

Just want to thank those working at this location. My daughter is a student at KU. She discovered she had a headlight out this evening, and was able to purchase it and have it installed, before I was even able to watch YouTube videos to see how difficult it was.Thank you so much!From a very appreciative Mom!

45 minutes failing to figure out what battery my wife needed for her truck. She brought the old battery with her, a part number, and SKU number from the AutoZone website.

This was undoubtedly the worse experience I ever had here at autozone. These ladies were very bad at what I normally have a great experience with. I will never walk through these doors again. I sat here and heard mistake after miserable mistake with other customers and vendors. They were concerned about me being out in the cold and asked me to stay inside, I do appreciate that courtesy?

Best service and best staff. I can get my engine light looked at for free and great advice on how to fix it. Id go here for engine issue before going any other place.

This store has really went down hill in past 2 years employees have no idea what your asking for they have to find it on computer and most of the time they can not even do that if you need more than a basic part go to a different auto zone

Aaron Jim and Andrew were beyond helpful. I won’t get into all they did but above and beyond isn’t enough to say about these guys. I had to do a wheel bearing and had very little with me. Had a bad battery. Arrived 30 minutes before they closed staff was extremely helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes!Stopped by a competitors first that say that they will install a battery, but they said my electronics were to complex. I will never again go to O O xxxx. I have been here twice and had pleasant experience every time. I feel that they really care about customers instead of just selling stuff. The first time we were here to buy some microfiber towels and saw there were two difference promotion price tags for them, so we asked the cashier which promotion price we should pay, and it turned out that the promotion had actually ended but they only charged us the promotion price. The second time I looked for a dent puller, but one salesman suggested that the puller they have wont work well for the dent on my car and its easier to reach the fender from inside and pump it up. Im impressed :)

In and out really quick getting exactly what I needed. Aisles are clearly labeled and you dont spend forever looking for something. Although I didnt need any help I was asked by two employees.

The salesman did a great job putting my headlight bulb and he had never put one on a Kia before now he knows how to do it didnt break my car or the new headlight bulb

The guys here was able to read and point out my problem in my car as well as had the part to buy and tools to loan in the store. I was able to fix it right on the spot and be on my merry way 😊.

Our Autozone guys rock. Took an expensive unused part back for a refund that could easily been refused, in fact the computer did. They put their heads together and got me a full refund. They did not have to do that, could have just said tough luck. Thank you so much Lawrence Autozone.
