My car was damaged in a non-traffic accident and I used CarStar for the repairs. They were professional and very accommodating during the whole process. I hope I dont ever have to use them again, but if I need body repairs they will definitely be my first choice!

Had hit a deer in my new work van. They were a preferred repair facility through my insurance. Took a while to acquire all of the parts but that wasnt their fault. A lot of parts were on backorder from suppliers. Car star did a great job on the repairs. Would highly recommend.

The personnel really did a nice job on restoring my vehicle after my cars run in with a deer. Would definitely use and recommend them in the future.

I had dents fixed that were caused by another driver opening her door into my car. They worked with the insurance company and set up my rental. All I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up when it was finished. They did a great job on the fix. Im very pleased with it!

Great friendly staff, helpful. But need to pay better attention to customers when they are showing the damage. If we say the vehicle didnt have this before the accident then usually that means it should be fixed.With that said the end result was fantastic. My car looks great. Had an exceedingly great experience dealing with Lawrence Carstar! Jeremy Snapp was a wealth of knowledge, extremely courteous and communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process. My repairs were phenomenal and completed 3 days earlier than initially anticipated. I even gave Steve a socially acceptable 6’ separated “high five” when picking it up. Great work!

I have been to this place of business a few times before and was satisfied. This time I was not told directly but found out later in an email that I would not be able to be taken care of for quite a few weeks. The estimate was not sent to my insurance company for some strange reason . Eventually I had to go to another place to get my car repaired

Steve helped me. He was very informative an very detailed with explaining all the steps. He helped with car rental on same day brought car into them there at car start. It was there waiting for me. He thought it would take 4-5 days. He called each day to update me on car.He. I was surprised 3 days later saying car was all done an ready to be picked up an that was nice. SO fast. They communicated very well with the process of getting my car fixed. I was given updates twice a week. The work was finished ahead of schedule, but was very well done. I even got my car back cleaned inside and out. I am extremely satisfied with their work.

Took my Camaro in for fender repair. I was given daily updates on my car. After I had paid and was going to leave my car would not start. One of their employees(he didnt give his name) came out and got my car to start(my fault, old battery). This business has quality employees and I highly encourage taking any car body damage to them!!

When I reached out to CARSTAR after my vehicle was damaged, I wasn’t overly familiar with dealing with the insurance company, but they simplified everything and walked me through it all. I didn’t have to worry or stress about any of it because they knew what they were doing and they were polite and professional too! They kept me updated on progress, finished everything right on schedule and the car looked even better than before. Also, the fact that they have Enterprise rental pickup and drop off onsite is super convenient too. Would HIGHLY recommend 10/10!

Went here originally because my car was hit in a parking lot and this was the best-rated repair shop in town. I didnt want to go to KC to the dealership to have my car body fixed. No issues with the fix and they were kind and professional. When I came back a couple months later because the same panel had an issue (wasnt due to their workmanship or anything), they were able to fix it for me because of their warranty without any fuss, since something came up in the repair and they decided to cover it under warranty. Wouldnt hesitate to come back or recommend.

I backed into a truck in the parking garage at my work (embarrassing!). I smashed the taillight pretty good and manged to pull off some paint. Anyways, that was the first time I had ever hurt my car enough for actual body work. I was pretty anxious about the process but the guys at Car Star were friendly and answered all my questions! That put me at ease. As far as the work the did on my car- OUTSTANDING. They washed the car and even vacuumed and dusted the inside. The car looks brand new, inside and out. The work they did was completed in a timely manner as well. While I hope to avoid any future damage to my car, I will definitely be coming here again if need be.

They were very helpful, kind, and willing to answer my questions when I totaled my car, was stressed, and had no idea what I should be doing.

While they were working on my car there was great communication, and they finished a little bit earlier than originally anticipated. Im very Satisfied.
