Worked with this body shop through my car insurance. They were amazing throughout the entire process! Kept me up to date with everything and also finished my car before the timeline date! Very busy but very nice. They do great work, and handle everything for you. The only drawback is parking should you need to stop in for any reason...its very limited.

This place is awesome. The work was done to perfection in my car was ready 4 days early. To my surprise and delight, they even fixed a big scratch for free! I didnt even point it out to them. They just saw it and fixed it!!! Will definitely go back for any future autobody needs.

I got into a bad accident during the winter storm and brought it to A&M because of the big GEICO express sign I had seen in passing and was pleasantly surprised by the overall service! They were very on top of returning my calls as a small business and were able to communicate to me the damages, repairs, and timeline of my repair as well as work with my insurance company to quickly return the car back to me! I was floored by their attention to detail and work ethic in getting the car back to me much faster than expected with the car looking brand new! Fantastic job.

A&M auto body is a great body shop. They send you texts and alerts as your car is being repaired to keep you in the loop....I really appreciated that. They repaired my car in a timely manner and made the process very easy for me. David was AWESOME! He is extremely sweet, patient, and has very good people skills. He definitely knows what hes doing. Everyone in the shop was very nice and professional. My car was perfect and they did a fantastic paint job. If you are ever in an accident I strongly recommend this shop as they went above and beyond for me.

Its been a few months since A&M worked on my 15 mini Cooper. They replaced the hood, did some bumper work and replaced a few trim pieces. The quality of work and painting is great. Has held up well through a few snow storms and is matched to the rest of the car perfectly.

I would of given them a 5 star review, the car repair and service was fast, friendly, and of good quality . Just that when I picked up my car I noticed some of my personal items left in the car were missing, after making sure and searching for them several times, I decided to call them so they can make a note of it that it doesn’t happen to another customer and my intention was not to retrieve the items back, just to make them aware . The gentleman on the phone was very resistant when I was telling him and stating “ he knows his guys “. In other words he doesn’t care nor believe what I was saying . Customer Service should be followed through the end and a neutral reply would of been sufficient.

Before working on the vehicle, they should call the customer and let they know, the total cost, before starting to work, also they stole tools that I left in my trunk, they are dishonorable,I don’t recommend this place.

The owner Angelo was very rude when looking over my car, he belittled one of employees who said to him “ Angelo can you come here when you get a chance I have a question?” And he replied “ you don’t call me Angelo you call me THE BOSS!” It must be a insecurity issue.

Great experience, very friendly people, i was greeted with smiling, happy faces each time. Kept me up to date, and answered any/all questions i had. Great place to go, regardless if its through insurance, or personally. Absolutely recommend. If my car is ever involved in another accident (hopefully not) i will absolutely bring it here.

Let me start off by saying I have had so many bad experiences with auto body shops over the years. I own Maximum Transportation and we have a fleet of 8 vehicles ranging from sedans to suvs to large vans and I was never as happy as I was when I found A and M auto body. There owner Angelo is amazing and the guys he has working for him are just as great as him. I have had entire cars painted as well as just front bumpers and rear bumpers. They do better work than any dealership in the state. There prices are great as well as they can be trusted. I had a person run a light and destroyed the entire right side of one of my Lincoln town cars. All I did was drop off the car at his shop and they dealt with the insurance company and took care of all the paperwork then got me a rental car and the car came back brand new within the week you cant even tell that there was a accident in fact the car looked better than it was before it was hit. Last week somebody hit one of my cars in a parking lot and drove away ad with a 500 dollar deductible it wasnt even worth calling the insurance company. I called Angelo he had a bumper ordered the same day and had it painted and on the car the next day you cant ask for better service than that. The best part was I called around to get estimates between 1100 to 1000 and not only did they do a 5 star job but his price beat everyone by 500 dollars. If you need a body shop that you can trust and will treat you right and give you a great price go see Angelo at A and M auto body it will be the best move you have ever made I promise you they are the best. Thank you Angelo for the years of loyal service

This a great, honest shop in East Boston who truly cares about the quality of workmanship they give you. My mother was rear ended, we got the claim number, Mr. Angelo is a really nice guy who helped us with the whole process and even got us a rental car because we didnt have it on our plan. Great Job, even though I dont want to be in a car collision, but if I am, this will be where I bring my car.

A and M offered an excellent turn around on repairs. As a Fleet company our customers experienced short down time and quality work. I brought my personal car there for repairs and Angelo offered me a great deal. I would send anybody there for their auto body work!

I havent been in an accident before so this whole experience was new to me. A friend of mine told me about this shop so I checked it out. Im happy I did, I dropped my car off and got it a couple weeks later. I called ahead of time, and the owner took care of me. When I got there, I dropped my car off, signed a DTP and left with someone from enterprise. The process was very easy, and the owner was very nice. If you ever get into an accident, I highly recommend this place.

We had a harsh winter last year and my front bumper was severely damaged from driving into a snow bank. Someone recommended A & M to me, I went and had my car fixed in no time. I certainly would have gotten ripped off at the dealer and the nearby body shop where I live told me it would take more than two days to fix it because they had difficulty getting the part, too many cars to fix, etc: Angelo the owner of A & M was incredible and did it in less than 2 hours and gave me a reasonable price. I recommend A & M to anyone.

Stopped by here for times and was patient waiting for an estimate that was never provided. You can only try so hard to give business to a place before you have to move on. Cant imagine what it takes to get your car back once they have it. Possibly a blessing is disguise!

Showed up there after being called and told the car was ready and found work that wasnt done. They agreed to cover the extra rental fees, which then got charged to my credit card so they never paid. Horrible experience. Do not use.
