Took them almost 3 months to repair our zero lawn more. Called many times. Waiting on parts. Or it will be ready in a few hours. Husband gone to get it now. No Im sorry we took so long. Only bill is 642. Asked owner for discount because they just pushed the job back. He said No. This company has no people skills. And they dont want a returning customer either.

Most folks in there are very knowledgeable. It takes a few minutes to be waited on if theyre busy, but Ive always got the parts I needed when I needed them.

NOT HAPPY!!!!! I called Friday the 1st of April,so I take off to go order them that day and was told that my parts would be there on Monday the 4th n then I got there n paid for my purchase, well after I paid almost $200.00 for parts,they said that they will be here Wednesday, well its Friday and no parts still!! I just may throw a ass chewing for some kind of money back or tell them to throw in some blades,this is some unprofessional, inexperience, bullshit*T!!!!!
