Weve done business with the McNeils for 14 years. They do what they say. Our Kubota tractor has been dependable and one of the best purchases weve ever made.
IF THERE WAS A 0 REVIEW, THIS IS WHAT I WOULD CHOOSE! Customer service was great buying the tractor, but the service later is terrible. We were quoted one price for an oil change including pickup and delivery and got there to pay only to realize they had charged us $200 more than quoted. Let me add that I went in to pay for this service before they did it and Micah told me no to just wait and I confirmed the price standing in the lobby. Now Micah says it was a miscommunication----no, it was lie. Complete ripoff. Do NOT get your tractor serviced here!
