Worst vision center I have ever visited. The manager is so rude. I went in to get lens made for my new frames and when I got them back i noticed the focal point was at the bottom of the frame make it really hard to see out of them. I have had lens made at A different Walmart vision center before and had no issues. So I called that Walmart vision center and ask them to explain to the vision center in Laurel how to measure the distance between the lens and my pupil. The manager was so rude to the other vision center manager and refuse to speak to her and told me that she would not measure the lens as I requested that her store didn’t do that even though the other Walmart vision center did. I ended up marking my pupil with tape around my new frames and sending them in the mail to the other vision center.Don’t come here if you’re trying to get new lenses and have a high prescription.

The lady is so rude and cant do her job correctly. She always has an attitude when ever I come in. Need to get rid of these workers asap. They really hire anyone. Btw its the larger Hispanic lady with blonde hair

With my limited insurance, this place became one of my only choices in town, but it became the best decision I could make. The staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I recommend this place for all eye care.

I had a great experience at this vision center. The staff was busy, however, they were pleasant. I was greeted when I arrived and was seen shortly after. The female doctor was a pleasure to work with and she made sure my contacts were perfect (tried 2 difference brands) before finalizing the script. I would recommend this office.

The doctor at the vision center was wonderful. So kind and compassionate. Absolutely one of the best doctors Ive ever met. :)

I’ve been going here for several years and the doctor has always provided good and friendly service.

Today I had the bad experience of going to this place, I was super poorly attended, I stopped doing an exam, glasses and a lens because of the bad service from a young attendant who seemed to treat someone who was asking for something for free, I do not want a service like this to anyone.

Poor customer service. Lady could not locate my prescription from another Wal-Mart Vision Center so I had them to fax it, she then claimed she couldnt read it. So they faxed it again and she has yet to check for the new fax. Literally have had several associates walking around not busy and not have offered to help when I been standing here over 30 minutes waiting.

Best Eye Doctor in Town!! Dr. Blemard is amazing! Very geninue and caring. Almost bought tears to my eyes!!

Always get my glasses here because the optician is fantastic.

This Wall Mart is terrible. They have about 30 lanes but 10 open most of the time and customer service is poor. I also think they need a better dress code women and men look horrible

It’s never a doctor on sight since I’ve been coming here the last two years. It’s always the same older women working here who is never no help except for when she wants to be. She not very knowledgeable at all.

This is the WORST walmart Ive ever been in, long lines standinging in line for well of 20 min, unexecutable. the are rude, the store is dirty, the shelves are empty, I rather drive way out of my way to shop at another walmart, this is the Ghetto mart. I HATE THIS STORE AND WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, AND I ADVISED ANYONE ELSE TO GO TO ANOTHER WALMART.

Dr. Blemard is wonderful! Staff friendly but is understaffed.

Horrible customer service by the doctor, I called an hour earlier to my appointment, I got there early and waited for 30 minutes(it was my first time there and when I asked about my appointment, I was asked to wait in line). So, when it was my finally my turn, the doctor said i had schedule another appointment. There was no other clients. What a waste of time!
