The ladies working here are incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond what most stores I’ve been to have to offer in terms of customer service. Made for a very pleasant shopping experience.

Dont bother! The lack of inventory is mind boggling, like how is this store still open?! I get most of my gear online but sometimes its nice to browse and be able to physically see and touch. Lets just say I was left wanting. The womens merch that was there was cheap quality and out of date. I hadnt been to this location for yeeeears, I decided to check it out cause I was near by. Happy I didnt go out of my way, big disappointment.

See, I normally don’t like this location because the service isn’t that well. But I went in today for one item and the customer service was excellent!!!!! I was purchasing some sweat pants for myself and wasn’t sure how they was going to fit and I was hesitant to ask but I did anyway and I was was helped!!Excellent customer service! Definitely definitely appreciate it!!

When you call the girl that answers sounds like she has a bad attitude and talks really low like she doesn’t want to be there. So calling to ask about certain releases or products is a waste.

Great store lay out, a large variety of shoes clothes and outer wear. Largest size for men is 13 and the largest size in men clothing is XXL. Great customer service small women’s clothes section. Didn’t find and small kids clothes, may teenage size clothing. Open late til about 8pm. Two doors down from the Marshall’s home goods and the sprint store. Great if your looking for something to wear last minute and don’t feel like going to the mall!

Always greeted when I enter and the staff is extremely helpful and always take care of me when I enter, they provide me constant updates on foamposites and when they will be out as they know that’s all I buy

This location is good I just wish they had more options for female clothing in Nike brand.

Horrible experience! Was not greeted when I came in and was never asked if I needed help. You can clearly tell that it was based on my race. They looked at me and said this lady is not buying anything or shes not hood. Theres no point in talking to her.I had just received my tax return and was going to buy my grandson and my other grand kids 3 pairs of shoes each but I ended up going somewhere else.

Walked in and was not greeted I could not tell who was customers from workers because they were equally unconcerned with my presence.

This location is decent. The staff speak to you when you enter but its kinda like they are miserable when they do it like someone is making them speak.

The customer is always right is NOT a theory this store practices. I needed to return a pair of shoes but got completely stonewalled. They had NEVER been worn, I had the box, and most importantly, I had the receipt. I simply wanted my money back. However, they have the most absurd policy they wont allow a customer to do ANYTHING after 14 days. NEVER in my life have I encountered such a policy from a store and I was thoroughly unprepared for it. I live very far away, in Florida, so it was 20 days before I could make it back. The employees were extremely condescending and seemed delighted in the fact they were victorious in ruining my day. So do yourself a favor and DONT SHOP THERE!!!!!!!!!

Need a better selection of shoes its cool for buying kid shoes.

This store is more for younger smaller people. The clothes are cut small and even extra large wasnt large enough. The shoes in my size were too small also. This is not a place for me.

This place is worst shoe city ever stay away. i waited 30 minutes to get helped by a white guy that could not tell a size 4 from a 7 he bought me a size 4 in a box that said size seven. the customer sales guy was white and he had a bad attitude as well . i had to stop going here i did not want to find myself in jail messing with the sales rep. i take my money somewhere else.

I literally asked one of the floor associates for a size 13 in these retro Jordans and he looks in the tongue of the shoe and tells me thats the size right there and walked off to flirt woth a female customer. He never came back and I never got the shoes.
