I frequent a lot of smoke shops and I will say they have a good product selection but the markups are crazy. Pack says $1.25 and they charge $3.50. Thats a crazy markup.

Best shop hands down! Their product selection is on point and their customer service is even better! Don’t listen to these other guys before me. Idk what they are talking about but this place is the bee’s knees! Lindsay was great with her product knowledge and customer service! She took care of me and made sure all my needs were met! A lot of other shops have forgotten about customer service but not Lindsay and this shop!

I just wanted to say I love this place, as a fellow 420 friend I love the selections and prices, and the great employees! The young man and woman who work there... so helpful and nice, truly make sure your every one of your need is met. Awesome place!

I wouldnt say Im a regular but I stop in from time to time. Always have a great experience in the store. Recently Lindsey took some extra time to help me find a product to meet my needs. Her recommendation was outstanding. I always see her taking time to assist customers with concerns or needs. Highly recommended

HORRIBLE STORE. Ive been a regular here and brought 3 Hookahs from this store. I just purchased a hookah for $130 on October 30th and it broke on November 15th, not even 30 days. They wont let me exchange or refund me for even being a loyal customer. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION ON ZERO STARS THEY WOULD GET IT!!!!! Offended that Ive spent so much money at this place. NEVER again!The staff told me they would have recommended another hookah but she didnt. So they will watch you make a bad purchase and not say anything to you! F.They will be reported the BBB.

Unfortunate Ive been a patron of this location often but this business has TERRIBLE business practices and customer service. I’ve received counterfeit cash as change on one occasion and the new young black female employee has terrible customer service skills. Instead of explaining something she turned it personal. Shop here for sure (fairly decent prices)but be weary of the transaction.

A friend of mine sent me here to pick her up a pack of cigarettes that were rare (Native American Spirit Menthols). The lady at the register was extremely kind and helpful. I also saw that they have very nice vanity items even if you dont smoke such as, collectable tin trays and knick knack rastah collectable ash trays.

They have an overwhelmingly great selection of bongs, cigars, and useful knick knacks. Prices are good too.

Product tampering: Purchased a $90 Deucecig from James Lees Tabacco Depot in Laurel Maryland 4/17/13 and found out later that it had been used and required a new wick. The old wick was burned up. Which also means that the mouth piece was used. The gems that could have been caught from that. with the many other complaints how to these guys stay in business. The next time I buy from a store Im not familiar with, Ill search the Net for complaints first. This store has many complaints.

Bought a vape and it broke in a day. Went back to exchange it and he gave me a new one with a free e-liquid thrown in.
