Carpet installed in my apartment is beyond perfect....the problem is they broke the base of my $600 dining room table and have yet to fix the problem. I have called and emailed and had conversations with the owner with no resolve. Ive sent information on how to order the base and the price along with the store and receipt of my original purchase. No one has reached out to me and Im sick of reaching out to them so my next attempt is walking in the store and talking to someone face to face and if nothing happens Ill see them in court....I have more than enough proof! Great job on the carpet HORRIBLE JOB WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! JUST A TIP DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!
