Overall we had an excellent experience with PriceCo floors and highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Our salesman Ash was very patient and explained all our options and offered some solid recommendations. We had our entire upper two levels of our homes floors replaced with luxury vinyl plank and hardwood stairs. Ash was very helpful in choosing the right brand and color that fit our needs. He came to our house twice to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The install team worked three complete days and were very diligent and professional in completing the fairly large job. They cleaned up behind themselves and made some minor adjustments that we requested. As far as pricing PriceCo is very competitive and our Armstrong was better priced than the Home Depot home brand.

Just bought our first home and knew we needed to update the flooring on two levels of the house. Ash and the PriceCo team were able to fit us in for a quote, did the measurements swiftly, and had great suggestions for materials and design. They were able to perfectly match the original hardwood flooring on our main level, and installed beautiful carpets expertly upstairs. On top of that, they quoted us a reasonable price and were able to get the work done on our quick move-in schedule (within 2 weeks for both jobs). I wasnt a fan of having carpet in my foyer and felt it didnt make a great impression coming into my home. PriceCo Floors replaced the treads with oak and matched my flooring on the landings to create just the feel I was looking for. They were great! Visited PriceCo as one of many carpeting companies. While we did not ultimately go with them for the installation, the prices were fair and most importantly: they stood out for being willing to provide actual specs on the carpet styles and transparent customer service. A welcome change from most places I visited and I would visit them again in the future.

PriceCo had samples of carpets from all major carpet brands. Sales person was very knowledgeable but no pressure. Price was very good. Installers came on time, and the installation was flawless. Extremely satisfied / highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with PriceCo floors after talking with a quite a few other companies. They scheduled an appointment for the same week we called, asked what we were looking for and brought 5 samples that fit the bill perfectly. The salesman (cant remember his name, but he was great) had us walk on each sample to help us decide and answered all of his questions. Install happened a week later, within our scheduling limitations. PriceCo was on time, did a great job with installation and we absolutely love our new carpet! Other companies were big on discounts or gimicks, PriceCo felt honest and delivered on everything we wanted by just listening to us. Got a pretty unbelievable price on 3.5 Brazilian cherry for almost our entire home. Service in the store and in home / before, during and after installation was excellent.Ash came by to explain/touch up things in a few spots after installation making it a really great experience overall. (Also left us an extra box of wood)Will update in a year or so with how things are holding up but at this point would definitely recommend Price Co

This is the third fabulous experience I’ve had with PriceCo. They carpeted my daughter’s basement and did an exceptional job. So good, we referred them to friends of ours and their experience was the same. Finally, they just carpeted our bedrooms and basement and again, their performance was outstanding. Excellent experience. We had initially tried shopping at a big box store, but were disappointed in the lack of customer service there. Ash at PriceCo was very knowledgeable, providing good advice without coming off as trying to sell us the most expensive product he could. We purchased carpet and vinyl flooring for a significant portion of our house at a reasonable price. It was installed in 2 weekends, and the installers were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.

I was a little doubtful in the beginning since the price was unbelievably cheap compared to other companies but believed the reviews and got out carpet changed in 4 days of the first contact date.. really nice staff, very prompt responses, and no complaints of the carpet work. Based on great reviews from various sources, I decided to give PriceCo a try. I met with Ash many times before finally selecting the wood flooring. Each time I met with him, he was always available to answer my questions, offer sound advice, and provided me with samples to take home. Mr. Azari came over quickly, took digital measurements and showed me vinyl tiles that look like hardwood flooring. This flooring was installed today by a very hardworking crew. I can not emphasize how horrible our experience was. From the first phone call to picking up our product, every step was a nightmare with this company. Stay away at all costs, the owner is extremely rude and the service was terrible. Unprofessional and unbelievable, I will spend a few extra dollars to make sure I never deal with this type of service. I purchase 600 sq. Ft of hardwood and when I went to pick it up I was told I couldn’t cause no ones available, mind you I called the day before to ensure it was good to go. I came back a few hours later and waited over an hour at the warehouse to load the wood in my truck MYSELF no help nothing, I was in shock that this was how they operated cause the guy at the warehouse didn’t know how to operate the forklift, This was all a nightmare, and then I had a company come the next day to install the floor, guess what? The boxes were different colors. Yes the wood I was given wasn’t all the same, and I don’t mean slight variation cause I know all wood isn’t identical but a completely different color. The return process was just as bad, do yourself a favor and don’t purchase from here. And on top of all of this, at the end when the return was processed the owner had the audacity to tell us that he knows our kind, because we are middle eastern just like him. This was a poor experience, I wish I never went with this company.

We had about 950sf of maple replaced with Brazilian Chestnut after water damaged the existing floors. Working with PriceCo Floors was a good experience from start to finish. I got estimates from several other flooring companies in the area, researched every species and finish of wood I could think of, and after all that work, walking in to Price Co was reassuring. They have samples of everything, work with you to find something that you will like, and their pricing was competitive. Ash came to our house to measure and bring samples, and after much deliberation, we ended up going with the wood that he recommended initially.The delivery and install was impeccable. Two teams showed up on the first day and they got to work immediately. It was evident that they were very experienced and efficient, and I didnt feel like I had to watch everything they did. On the second day, they even removed a piece of wood that I didnt like and replaced it.The work was just completed, so I cant speak to the durability or longevity of the workmanship yet, but I do feel that if there are problems down the road I wouldnt hesitate to contact Price Co again. I highly recommend them.

Ash and his crew were very professional and accommodating. Ash worked with us to get a hardwood floor installed before our holiday party. The crew was careful, and did a great job cleaning up and putting the furniture back. The price was less than the other estimate we got. Prior to this, PriceCo had installed carpeting in a rental property, and our tenant was very pleased with their work.

I needed carpeting in my basement including the stairs. Im so glad I went with PriceCo Floors. Ash came out for my scheduled appointment which I forgot about and wasnt home. He was very understanding and rescheduled the appt. When he came out again. He bought samples based on what I was looking for. He quoted me a great price for carpet, padding, installation and hauling old carpet away. The installers were on time and very professional. They were done in less than two hours. I told my friend who used to do carpet work the price I got and he said it was a great deal. My basement looks great! Ive already recommended PriceCo Floors to two friends who needed carpet.

I could have sworn I reviewed them before because I have used them for 2 other jobs in the past, hard wood (matching existing floor too) and 2 different carpet jobs. Now I have used them for a third time and was impressed again. Ash was so helpful and when I had an issue, I knew that he wouldnt stop until it was fixed. The issue is now fixed and I am a satisfied customer for the third time! I will be using them again! Not to mention, I also shop at least one other place just to see what prices are currently and Priceco has always beat the competition!

Ash was great and patient as a salesperson. I never felt any pressure from him regarding the project. He was personable and very thorough about the options available to me when considering flooring. When I eventually decided on the flooring, we scheduled a mutually agreeable installation date. The two servicemen who installed arrived on-time (actually they were a bit early, which was fine by me). They were very efficient, quick and clean. Once the project was done, they even helped me move the furniture back into the living room, which was a life saver. The floors look fantastic. I would work with them again for future projects.

PriceCo Floors has great customer service and a superior product line. Ash, the salesman I met with for the estimate, is a consummate professional. He arrived for the estimate with the perfect hardwood sample. It was so easy! It matched my cabinets and bannisters so well that I didnt have to look any further. The price he offered for solid hardwood was so reasonable that it beat the first estimate I got right out of the water! The work team arrived on time with the appropriate number of workmen and they did their work with clockwork precision. Like master craftsmen. I am so thrilled with the results. WOW! far exceeded our expectations. Ash was wonderful to work with. The installers were awesome! We got 500 sq. Feet of hard wood and about the same in carpet. PriceCo Floors did an incredible job on the hardwood floors in my home. I like the fact they are family owned and operated. I called them a year ago and had them come out for an estimate.
