I received a cordial welcome and past info about my 2013 Chev Equinox. I was advised about recommendations for the mileage and given opportunity to decide whether to follow through or not. I decided not because of my time restaints. Bathroom was clean and complementary coffee was available. My complete oil change took about 20 minutes. The only drawback was my having to change the oil reading on my computer. Overall, a pleasant experience.
