THEY GAVE ME A RENTAL CAR THAT STARTED OVER HEATING, MISSING THE IGNITION COVER AND ENGINE COVER. THE CAR WAS FILTHY AND VERY POORLY MANAGED. THEY OVER CHARGE YOU FOR RENTING AND DO NOT REFUND MONEY. THE BUSINESS OWNERS ARE RUDE CARRIBEAN PEASANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE AN OUNCE OF PROFESSIONALISM. THE LADY WHO RUNS THE BUSINESS IS SO RUDE AND TASTELESS AND ACTS AS IF SHE DOES NOT CARE AT ALL. THE POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED BECAUSE THESE VULTURES DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS PROPERLY OR PROFESSIONALLY. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. A trusted friend of ours recommended this establishment to us to get our car serviced, unfortunately I WILL NEVER return only because the owner is a pompous condescending Douche who acts like his is doing you a favor all while you are paying your billThis guy does not know the meaning of customer service

Had an engine replaced, it started overheating. There was almoat NO fluids in the engine! The most basic thing! Seriously unprofessional, rude to deal with, not worth a fraction of what was charged!If you ask me, I would recommend Boookies Garage and Nail Salon before this place!Save yourself the stress and money,Go elsewhere!

Antonio rents death traps. He gives black and Caribbean business owners a bad name! He is rude and impolite.Unfortunately, I have had to deal with him in regards to both car repair and rentals due to the dealer that sold me a vehicle. Hes disrespectful. Has raised his voice to me on the phone when I was locked out of a rental by him less than 30 mins after leaving the lot. With the key to the vehicle in hand the car would not unlock. After several attempts in the cold rain, outside of Target on 198. I finally called and he said hed send someone... the shop is 6 min away. 30 min later.. no one.Luckily, a friend was close by and drove me to the office to address his disrespectful tone. Prior to, in my sencond encounter with him in Ocrober, I told the dealer I no longet wanted any interaction with Antonio. I could list atleast 4 more reasons why you should avoid this place. Go elsewhere.
