This is indeed a book store! It has books; lots of them in fact. Some are about cooking, history, romance, fantasy, and even about health and herbal medicine. When you first enter, you are met with bestsellers, and trinkets related to some of the stores book selection. Some of the trinkets are merely tools utilized solely to enhance the reading experience. The farther back into the store you traverse, the more literature there is to be emersed in! Yes! Yes, this indeed is in fact, most certainly a book store.

Customer service and selection of books is fantastic. Their quality speaks volumes! 😉

Always love going here. The cashiers are so kind, and the atmosphere is calm. It smells like books, instead of like a cafe, which isnt that important but I prefer that smell to, say, coffee. The book selection is always wonderful, and I love that theyve started selling used books too.

Ive been going to this Books-A-Million for a lot of years. Had a membership almost as long. Always have a good selection of anything and everything you may want to read and carry a lot of older books as well, which is nice. Have a million and one knick knacks and book related paraphernalia which is great for a quick gift. The personnel are courteous and knowledgeable. Sadly, they are closing. I guess the Covid 19 shutdown and reduced foot traffic, loss of business was too much. They will be missed. Were losing too many brick and mortar stores to this stinking virus and on-line stores. Personally, I like to see what Im getting. A picture just doesnt do it.

This place is great. They have an awesome selection of current literature on specialty topics. We were interested in finding books on home decor, cleaning, and cooking and we found plenty of quality material. I give four stars only because there is nowhere to sit in that entire store, which makes it hard to look through more than a few books comfortably. We browse books prior to buying to see if they live up to their titles. But other than that, we were greeted when we came in and everything was great! Thanks!

Mainstream bookshop, good for small presents and mass market books. Parking is free. Wheelchair accessible. They take cash, credit and debit. Be careful in the parking lot, people are trying to find their stores to park nearby, and not paying attention to the other drivers very much.

This location has a big sale on certain items at the moment. Otherwise selection is well organised

A clean and well-organized bookstore! The staff is nice and do not pressure you while you browse and keep the sections neat and tidy to make it easy for me to find things!There is a good selection of popular plushies and reading-type items (laptop tables/journals) spread throughout the bookshelves.There is a bargain bin towards the back for discounted items if you want to pick up a small gift or had your eye on trying a new hobby kit.Also, the free parking lot up front makes it easy to make a quick stop in between food or gym workouts.

My go to spot for discounted comic books! Keep this place open. Some chairs would be nice, like the.....ahem, other book store. Give people a reason to sit down and browse through a book before buying.

Its a smaller bookstore but they still seem to have what Im in there for most days since my partner is following a series as the books come out. I only saw one employee at the register with noone else working back in the books or walking around, so its good that I knew where what I wanted would have been if theyd had it (which they didnt today)

This isnt the biggest location that Ive been to, but it is very well organized and has a pretty good selection! Ill definitely be coming back :)

Id give them a higher rating but theyve stalked me and my kids twice despite the fact that Ive spent hundreds of dollars there easily and couldve saved by shopping online. Nice selection. No place to sit. This is not a place to get coffee or tea. Lots of parking spaces but its between a Chuck E Cheese, a large gym and a few other businesses.

I went into the store to see what manga they had. Although they didnt have a huge variety they covered almost every genre and had almost every volume of each manga. They had a large pop figure collection to choose from. The store had a wide supply of fiction books. They staff were nice and welcoming from the very moment we walked in.

Their selection is pretty good, I mostly go there for table top books and shopping for friends. The staff are really great though, randomly asked one of them about plush spiders, he showed me over and helped me search that section with no luck. As Im ringing up the rest of my order he comes up with a 50% off halloween spider that he found for me. Very happy.

I went in for a recommended book, which wasnt there. I found books that were of interest that I bought so its worth browsing the store for ideas.

This was on the smaller size of a BAM location with a lot of options of the bigger locations like Columbia or Arundel Mills just not the variety. I still dont understand having to buy into the loyalty program as this doesnt really drive loyalty in my opinion with Amazon available. I think the bookstore experience is on the outside looking in as I didnt find what I was looking for at this store.

I was talked into subscribing for three magazines for free for the first three months. Not only have I not received any of those magazines by now but it turns out that it is more challenging to cancel without having to pay any ridiculous fee (by ridiculous I mean any fee - even just $2 per magazine for the next 12 months which I dont want, I simply want to cancel everything). Never again Books A Million! And never again the Laurel location!

Well, this is an OK place to get books and such, but I mostly come here for squishies and other little toys/novelties. I think they can use an improvement on their book selection. To be honest, I, 100% sure, without a doubt, prefer Barnes and Noble. Im not saying that other Books-A-Millions are bad, because, Id have no experience to say otherwise. On another note, Im saying this as a person who always checks the manga/comics section; Im not to sure about the other subjects/genres. The only reason I come here is if I cant go to Barnes & Noble, or if I am in need of squishies or other things of that nature.

The Service agent at the desk was super super helpful with everything. She helped when I needed to find a certain magazine and went out of her desk to refer other magazines if I wasnt satisfied with my choice.By the end of the evening, I had registered for coupons and discounts with BAM. I woukd definitely be a regular at this bookworld.

Horribly over priced, but mostly friendly staff. However, when I tell you more than once that Im not interested in your membership program, listen to me. Im really not interested. Pretty bad selection, but book stores have gone downhill, so Im not sure how comparatively bad it is.
