I love Jitters, the workers and lovely and kind. It is a chill environment and such a good place to just relax, they now sever boba as well!! Its delicious!

Really love this place, and its frappes. My favorite is the mocha, but I love the other ones as well. Really cool, and friendly staff as well.

We stopped on Sunday for coffee and were disappointed. The coffee was terrible! My Americana was so bitter that we had to stop for sugar on the way home to mask the taste. I do not like sweet coffee, so it was not a good experience for me. Hubby got a mocha and said that even the chocolate couldnt mask the bitter taste. The service was great and we really wanted to like the place.

I cant espresso how much I enjoyed my coffee from here. I got the iced bourbon caramel coffee, and the ice cubes were made of frozen coffee! My drink didnt get watered down at all! Also, they were super reasonable in their prices.

Many choices available. Very good service eith recommendations. We took the suggestion of a frappuccino with whipped cream. It hit the spot. Drive through service to boot! They will get my business again.

Jitters is my home away from home! I moved to another state recently and I try to come back as often as I can for the coffee and atmosphere. The employees are kind and always make my day. I have never found another coffee shop that makes me feel so at peace.

My husband and I are visiting from out of state, and were looking for a local coffee shop to try. We googled and found Jitters, so we decided to go. I got a maple chai latte and he got an Irish cream latte. Both are exceptional! The staff were nice, friendly and greeted us as soon as we came in the door. The barista washed and sanitized his hands as well as wore his mask. He was quick and efficient and our drinks are delicious! I highly recommend Jitters if you’re in the Laurel area. Try the iced maple chai latte - it tastes just like a ginger snap cookie!

This place has really good coffee! I love the frozen coffee. The atmosphere is very nice. It seems to be a great place to relax and enjoy a great coffee.

This was the worst coffee I have ever had. If you enjoy real coffee then you would probably agree. I had a simple double shot of espresso and I got it in a styrofoam cup and it tasted sour. I do not recommend this place.

Sure wish our review could be like the rest. Maybe it was an off morning but our experience on a Wednesday morning was disappointing to say the least. We walked in and said hello and where not even greeted with a hello or smile back by either of the girls working just what can I get for you. It seems that an empty coffee shop would want to provide the friendliest service to guest that walk in on a rainy morning. We ordered an Americano and cappuccino and it was served in a styrofoam cup??? The coffee was good but nothing to be remembered. We sat on the porch because we noticed that they had an extension cord nearby and we where planning on working on our computers. My wife plugged into it and there was no power so she went inside to ask and they said it doesn’t work and didn’t even offer to try and make something work for us. Needless to say we left and went down the street to Lee’s Coffee & Tea where we where greeted with a smile and we felt valued as a client.Suggestions- Friendlier service, no styrofoam, and treat your guest like you want them at your establishment.

If it’s worth berating a customer for not parking by your expectations then it is worth having the lines in your parking lot painted so they are visible.

The staff was very nice. I love the fact that it was wheelchair accessible. Quite and cool place for my guest and I to visit. The coffee was AMAZING. Will be going back

I took my first trip to Jitters only looking to do something nice for a friend having a bad day. Even tho I dont drink i left that day with a new favorite place to get my hot cocoa AND WITH WHIPPED CREAM!! I could even begin drinking it right away without burning my mouth. Im just cant get any better than that.

Absolutely love this place! Im a frequent visitor. I usually get the soup on Fridays. They dont have a large food selection for lunches, but the soups they make each day are INCREDIBLE. The roast beef sandwich is good too. My favorite coffee drink is the Truffle. But Im on a diet so they make it a Skinny truffle. They actually LISTEN to what your requests are. The best part?! They remember you. If youve been once or 100 times. They remember you and your order. Its a cozy place for quiet time or a great place for meetings! MY FAVORITE LOCAL PLACE BY FAR!

Great place im satisfied its just the occasional Hey we are closing get out! The closing time they advertise is not at all what they usually close or at least i have seen since i like to visit on Thursday the most. I enjoy staying around night time and read or work on my 3D art but other than that this is a great place to spend some time.

Even though it was a little small with only a handful of parking spots, the service was great. The coffee is delicious. Studying here is comfortable with couches and multiple tables and chairs around.

Cool vibe. The coffee tastes like its community coffee, and the barista was unfamiliar with the menu. I ordered a macchiato and received a latte even after explaining why the cup size didnt matter to the barista.

From out of town and went to two other coffee houses and walked out. Found Jitters and staff was by far the nicest and had great coffee! ☕

Coffee was good but the bookstore was what I came for and its no longer there so I was disappointed to find there is no bookstore.
