I went to this store to change my tempered glass under my protection 360 plan. I was told that in their system it’s showing that I’m not eligible and I need to contact customer service. After being on hold waiting for customer service for almost 30 mins the agent said I do have coverage so they should change it. They spoke with the assistant store manager who told them that if it doesn’t show that I’m eligible they can’t change it or they would be charged back.After standing and listening to the back and forth, I took the phone and left. I went to another store, where they changed the tempered glass without question and I ended up upgrading my XR to an 11 pro.I will NEVER go back to this store for any assistance. Waste of time.
Wow. Where should I start? My friend went there as a new customer wanting service, then found himself having to run his credit twice! Twice I tell you!!! Unheard of. You know what makes this Metro ordeal rather piquant, he still didnt get his phone! They ran his credit twice, he paid his deposit, got a phone, but the store clerks didnt know how to process it!!! Amazing. Never knew ineptitude was the heart beat and backbone of THIS Metro location. Not to mention, that one of thestore clerks was rushing out of the store because her shift ended, even though there was a line. Talk about a team player. It goes to show, some employees bring value to an organization and some can only move boxes....THIS particular metro location obviously has the latter. Theyre lucky one star is the lowest I can rate them, because in my opinion they would be be in star-debt. Absolutely unbelievable.
Very poor customer service from retail manger and very knowledgeable about issue I was there for. He was very unfriendly as well. Very unsatisfied with my service there. Complete of my time! I will NEVER go back.
This store is amazing the guys are so helpful they take the time to answer and explain all the questions that you might have in a polite and respectful manner while being friendly in a professional manner. Thanks guys you rock. I am one happy customer.
This is great store, they new management team are amazing, they go above and beyond to help you with everything. I went there to get a device exchange and they transfer all my data from one phone to another even though it was late. thanks for everything i really appreciate the service.
