Easy to find but sometimes the staff looks a little lost

This game stop was amazing. It was my first time visiting GameStop in a long time as I’m not and haven’t been a habitual gamer in a long time. However, since my web search for a specific pop figure of Maleficent send me to this particular location, in I went.First, the line was incredibly long. Today is Christmas Eve, so frantic parents pretending to be Santa Clause rush all business, especially those that sell games, at the last minute in hopes of going through what’s been left behind by those parents that are either more responsible or have had more time in their hand to properly prepare for Christmas.Since the place was packed I decided to look for a little figurine of Maleficent that my web search had specified could be found at this particular location. To my dismay, it was nowhere to be found. Tired, about to give up, I decided to ask one of the over burdened employees for help and graciously, without missing a beat or even exhibiting the most minute form of frustration, this young man started going over all the different Pop figurines in the entire store.After maybe 20 minutes and having looked over hundreds of the figurines, we were about to give up when alas, in the middle of a pile, in what can only be described as the last place to search for anything, we finally found the Pop Maleficent figurine I was looking for.If that’s not good customer service, I don’t know what is. I wish I remembered the young man’s name to thank him properly. I hope that if he reads this review he’ll recognize himself and accept my gratitude. He exhibited what a true customer service really is, and in doing so represented GameStop with his actions.

Its a place I went for a gift. For some one I care about. The guys are usually very friendly and informative.

Not sure if the employee tried to rip me off, but I wanted 2 games that were new. He brought me 2 opened games and said they were new but only opened cause they were the last ones they had of that specific game. I was a bit annoyed, because once a game is removed from the wrapping, its considered used. Either way, I bought them and left. Jus feels very odd 😕

I used to shop at GameStop, regularly. GameStop outright steals from people via their trade in policy. Im not expecting them to pay full price for a game, however 10%-20% isnt acceptable. If you still dabble with hard copy games, sell them to Best buy for store credit. They offer 5-10$ more for games, and you can buy games there too.

The staff here is very knowledgeable about the games they sell here. Also there is an abundant amount of games available for sale at this store. I have never saw anything like this. Also pricing here is very good. Excellent customer service here too. Will definitely come back to this store - and location for that matter.

Love this GameStop the guys here (and girls) really know their stuff; theyre good with the games, they know about the systems, they know all of the latest news and theyre personable, charming and always polite. Another thing that I really like about this GameStop is every time I come in here someone always greets me and tells me what the specials of the day are. And thats why I spent $150 today. Great job folks!

Small space to shop..with your children

Just left this store. Had the displeasure of working with Anthony. He was so rude and had the nerve to say that this is not the time for customers service because we asked a question about a product in which he replied in a rude manner. He absolutely needs training for such deplorable customer service skills.

GameStop wont be around for much longer and this store is why. Corporate only cares about getting as much money as possible. Besides some of the sales on used games being good, youre not really saving, even with the Powerup card. Although the employees try, they are paid minimum wage and get no rewards for going above and beyond. Employees are punished for all types of sales stats and numbers which often are out of their control. Press F to pay respects

I used to love coming to this GameStop because it’s local but not anymore because of ONE associate Alitmar or whatever his name is, on more than one occasion he’s given me and probably several other customers issues with trade ins, I know that the values are system generated, Alitmar wants to go above and beyond his job to make sure you get the lowest offer you can get for your PlayStation or iPhone X, I left to another GameStop and the entire process went smoothly, great for shopping here good location the other employees are fantastic but this guy treats customers like they’re stealing or trying to get one over. Good job Detective Alitmar!! Creating bad customer experiences every day. Here’s your badge. One Star.

Went to the store last night @12:19am to pick up Fifa 17 that I preordered and they were closed .whats the purpose of having a midnight launch and yall close in 20mins after launch. getting my refund today when they open Ill go to best buy.

Called the store to confirm the midnight release of injustice 2 which they told me it would be when I preordered it, I called at 10:20. They said they released the game at 9 but no one informed me so now I have to wait until they open to get my game, so unprofessional. This is why I dont understand why I even preorder games!

Pressured me into buying a game lucky I was smart enough to return it 3*s because its the closest game stop to me so thats where I get most of my games

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS GAMESTOP...DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR STORE POLICY...bought several used games, some games were brought back within return time peroid...i was told by someone who works there(an asain guy) that this is not a video game rental, okay...i had bought 5 games, i was returning 2....within the policy period....plus the other staff looked like drugies and they would talked more with each other than helped customers,so you stand there for five minutes enduring their arragance..AND they try to rush you out the store(like hurry up and buy and get out)....look bottom line -I WOULD GIVE THIS GAMESTOP NO STARS,but they didnt have that choice...I vote with my money, and i will not shop at this gamestop, and when times are hard -low class stores like this disappear.....
