This company was very eager to come out and give me a quote right off the bat. Some months later when I was prepared to pay for the installation of the shutters, I called their office on three separate occasions and was told that I would be called back later in the day. I never received a call. As a last ditch effort, I contacted the gentleman that initially came out and gave me the quote and did not receive a return call from him either. If this company wasnt interested in my business, they should have let me know right off the bat instead of giving me the run around. Your estimate was on point but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
