This company has been the worst from the start. These are pictures of the leaky gutters that were replaced because the original was installed wrong. We have had to call and call and call. Only and got a response when we said our attorney would get involved. The replacement gutters were supposed to be in 2 pieces as you can see 3. And they could have put the small piece on the other end so not as noticeable. But if there wasnt a quarter inch gap maybe it wouldnt leak. Supposedly there is a piece inside that is chalked and guaranteed not to leak. Yeah right. Then you have to call and call and send pictures. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE. Even the steel beam has water run down the inside towards the house how the heck does that happen? Not professional communication and no follow up. Like the shade cover but had been a horrible experience that we have dealt with for 6 yrs. They came out and cut holes in the top of cover.. OMG. We want to add another cover over another section of yard but will call someone else.

These people are the BEST! Perfect Home Products installed our 14’x24’ patio cover and we absolutely love it. We visited their showroom and Eric the manager was very helpful and showed us options so we were able to customize our patio cover just the way we wanted it. Jill is wonderful to work with; she guided us through the entire process and was amazing.The entire team was fantastic to work with, very friendly and professional. Maria handled all of the HOA paperwork for us too. Anthony was great, he came to our home and drew out a plan for us so we knew the exact measurements and placement. Travis and Grant came out and installed it in one day. They were very professional and meticulous in their work. We are more than just satisfied with Perfect Home Products who recent installed a sunshade over our patio. They arrived on time, did an excellent job in less than a day and cleaned up. We briefly considered the entire list of 55 companies who say they install patio sunshades in Las Vegas. We finally narrowed the list to the top six with the best reviews and received four quotations. Finally we picked Perfect Home Products. The price quoted was not the lowest. Why did we choose them? Because of the professional manner of their salesperson. He listened to what we wanted, made several suggestions, listened some more and finally after a design was chosen, he provided a quotation. A week later the installation was completed. This organization is PROFESSIONAL at all levels. The office staff and installers as well as the sales staff. We are very satisfied and would hire them again!! Five Stars.

We had a patio cover installed and love it. Everything from the initial appointment for an estimate to the final installation was completely professional and competently done. The installers were on time, efficient, friendly and left the site immaculate. This was the only company of all the ones I received estimates from, that even mentioned the need for a permit (which they arranged). They were definitely more expensive than the other companies but the way the installation was done and the final result made it worth every cent.

My patio cover turned out beautiful; I am so pleased with the outcome. Anthony and Maria are the most nicest people at this company; they handled all of the authorizations (HOA) and permits, which gave us peace of mind and stress free. Weve had some REALLY bad experiences with Las Vegas contractors, so we are always leery when we look for a professional to work on a project. But thankfully our dealings with Perfect Home Products in Las Vegas was extra GREAT! They showed up on time, were respectful, very helpful with suggestions and even cleaned up after themselves. They finished on schedule and did a wonderful job. Additionally, their pricing is exceptionally competitive; what more could you want! They actually did what they said they would. That is so refreshing. We are very appreciative and send a super THANKS to Al who is a great craftsman and a very nice guy.

Perfect patio was there name before. Well the installer never cut the corner water metal flashing so the flashing wasnt pointed down but was tilted backwards towards the roof. Also the installer caused damage to the roof pushing flashing up. Causing the roof to leak. Instead cutting the flashing he made excuses. I had a roofer come out and cut flashing. And fix roof. Well its leaking again same stop. Totally fixable in 30 mins. With minimal time and materials.

Perfect Home Products was from the first phone call, to the estimator, and the installation crew, polite, knowledgeable, and on time with all appointments and installations. The process was easy, they did what they said they would do and completed the job on schedule and left it cleaner than when they started. The finished product looks great! Best customer service ever and product! From Jill & Maria in the office, Anthony designing an awesome patio cover and free stand cover and to Al and is hard working crew. I did my patio last year. They were so good I had them do my free standing patio a year later. You will not be disappointed!

They did a great job. Patio Cover looks great! Only a few things kept them from getting a 5 star review was they were 2 hrs late (all though we did receive a call the day of to tell us they were going to be late) and they could have cleaned up a little better after the job was done. There was tons of little scrap aluminum pieces all over, which isnt that big of a deal except we have a little dog whos paws could easily get cut from the sharp pieces left behind! Overall Al did a great job!!!

In the beginning, i was concerned as we missed each other phone calls. but, once we got our timing and your guys arrived. IT WAS GREAT!! your guys are very professional and worked very efficiently to get our aluma wood cover assembled and up. they answered any questions that came up; they left our patio area clean. and they again stressed that if any issues or concerns came up after they left, we were not to hesitate and call immediately, so any issues would be handled. GREAT MATERIALS, GREAT AND EFFICIENT PEOPLE.

Our project turned out great and was even better than we expected once we saw it completed. Working with Anthony our designer was very easy and he was able to deliver a design to meet our desires. Rain gutters in Las Vegas??? Alls it took was one deluge to determine that my new home needed rain gutters if I intended to keep my landscaping from washing away when the storm clouds formed. And Perfect Home Products was who I called.Not only were they quick to respond to my inquiry, but they provided excellent service at a great price. They didnt even collect any money until the gutters were installed and I was completely satisfied with their workmanship.I wholeheartedly recommend their product and service!

Mike and Jeremy were great. They built the entire Alumnawood porch cover in one day, returning the next only to match my brick pavers. Both were very polite and professional. You could tell they take pride in their work. The porch cover looks perfect. Oh, and Maria, at their office was the epitome of professionalism and efficiency. She was on top of the workers and my schedule. They all made this project very easy for me.

As a Christmas present my father wanted to get a pergola installed on our back patio. We got a quote from every company in town and the material and cost were pretty much identical everywhere so he said to go with the company we felt the best about which was Perfect Patio because of their salesman Anthony. My father being a contractor designed the pergola himself and had us send them the drawing. They came to install it and it only took a few hours. While it looked nice it was not to the plans my father had drawn. He ended up talking to Eric the owner who was very nice, understanding, and apologetic. They spent a whole day to take down and rebuild the whole thing, allowing me to take pictures and ask questions along the way to make sure it was to plan. They were a pleasure to work with all the way theough, even with the hiccup. And we ended up with exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them.

Awesome experience! When they came to give us the quote, we were currently doing demolition in the backyard, but wanted to see if they could still give us a quote on a patio covering for once we had the concrete poured. They were able to explain what detentions it needed to be and still figure it out under the current crazy condition.Then they got us in within the week of calling them for an appointment. Then when they came to install the patio covering, they called to let us know a timeframe, called when they were on their way, and got there in the timeframe. Also, they were friendly and professional and did a great job. We wanted a support bar installed for a future fan, they installed it and used a different screw, and explained it to us, so that when we do go to install the fan we know where to do it. They also gave us the left over paint for touch ups. Really really friendly and professional! We were informed through the whole processes and they made sure we looked it over and were satisfied when it was done.Only down side was that we were told that someone would contact us to set up a time to get the inspection done for the permit, and instead we came home and found the permit paperwork stuck in our door. We had to call the city and set up the inspection. I dont know if it was suppose to be the city that contacted us to set up a time or if it was suppose to be through the contractors/builders of the patio covering. Either way, after a lot of messages we finally got the inspection done and it passed with flying colors.GREAT JOB and are loving the patio covering- Perfect time for summer!

We are building a pool and the 3 roof scuffers would have poured dirty, dusty roof runoff in to the pool every time it rained so we called them to get a gutter and down spouts. They had the lowest price, matched the material to our paint color, and did a quick clean installation.
