This place took my money and never sent my paint. Customer service was great up until my order didnt show. Then they didnt answer my calls or emails. I see they are temporarily closed but I hope they are permanently closed so they cant rip off anyone else

Worst customer service ever.. they will not answer phones after placing order.. when he does answer he will curse you out and talk crazy mess.. quick to take money and not ship out any product... always lies to you.. I will never ever use them again.. I hope you dont either.. they are scamers.. only worried about taking peoples money..

When we were searching for paint colors they were great at providing colors thoughts and going through the process. Once we gave them payment for paint they stopped answering their phones and responding to text messages. After a week we sent a text saying are you still in business or what because we had not heard anything they text your paint is going out today. Three days later when we didnt get the FedEx confirmation they said we would get they said they were broke into and promised it would go out next day. After another week of no one answering the phone or responding to texts or face book messenger we went to the bank to dispute the charges and get our money back. Our bike shop will not be dealing with this company again. If they are a legit company they are not very good at business. Buyers beware!

This company is a joke!!!! Funny how you only have 2 reviews and they are 1 year and 5 years ago. You ripped my husband and company off and took our money without sending us the products we ordered that were 200+ dollars. This is unacceptable, the better business bureau has been contacted as has our lawyer. We will get our money back as well as punitive damages for failure to get the products to our customers.

Worst customer service in the business. They never answer the phone, and in the rare occasion they do, they will just lie to you about why you never received what you ordered. Thankfully PayPal had my back and I got my money back.

These guys were the only ones who could come next day, and they came despite my insurance (Allstate) being a nightmare. They got the job done right, despite my insurance giving them the wrong item number and putting red tape all over it.It didnt hurt that they were also very nice and polite. I will 100% use them every time.

Wow, this place was great. I had a truck flick a giant rock driving into Las Vegas from California. When I made it to town, This was honest the 6th or 7th place I called. But let me explain why it was amazing. 1. The price was the cheapest. 2. They didnt have some difficult scheduling process, they came out the next day. 3. They came to my house, and did the full replacement right in the driveway. 4. The guys they sent were professional, the phone call was professional, and it was a pleasant experience in my opinion. 5. HIghly Highly recommended, and I would definitely use again....

Horrible place ordered 400 dollars in paint and now now one will answer phone or return my messages
