Poor customer service. No problem taking my money but would not ship order. Several attempts to contact them via email and phone with no reply’s.Ironically, they finally responded to my email instructing them to cancel order.Looked elsewhere for parts.....stay away from these guys!!

Excellent parts for my harley and made in America made this even better. Glad I found these guys.

Ordered KLR650 CVK40 slide. after 12 days still no confirmation of shipping, Company promptly billed my credit card, but as of day 12 still has not shipped order. Have attempted to contact company to no avail. No customer support phone number.As of today, very poor customer support and therefore cannot recommend purchasing any products from this company.

The local Harley dealer buys carb parts from these guys so I bought direct from CVP instead of the dealer. Very happy with the quality and my bike runs great now.

***Final update*** 5/22/2021Please read my entire review if youd like to know my experience with cv performance. I just received my order 4 days after cv contacted me via email. The entire and correct order of quality parts. These guys have been in business for decades so I was very concerned when I didnt get my parts when I should have. However, it turns out the USPS is at fault for that. I personally believe it. Whether you do or not is up to you. If you order parts from them, keep an eye on the tracking number. If you dont receive your parts in 10-12 days, send them your email and order number through the contact us menu on their page. They will respond in less than a week. If they dont, dont be afraid to contact a few of their authorized dealers. I am very satisfied with my parts now that they have arrived. I will be ordering again in the next few days and will post a review for that order with hopefully little to no complications. Thanks CV. My bike now runs like it should.**Update** 5/18/2021I got an email from them today. It looks like it was on USPS losing the package. I sincerely hoped it was USPSs fault since this company came highly recommended. They are shipping me a new order priority mail. Same thing everyone else is saying. No contact from them, nothing other than shipping label created. Definitely starting to get worried.

Been weeks so far ans Order has not updated or shipped. Have sent multiple emails to their customer support and no response. I should have known after 1st order last year that they dont think their customers need the parts that were ordered. Be nice to have parts to get bike running again

Ordered product almost a month ago. They took my money and has never shipped my parts. They will not reply to any of my inquires. Do not do business with this company.

Starting to worry that this company is a scam. Order placed at the beginning of June 2020, said it shipped and still has not arrived. Was sent a tracking number, Tracking never showed it was picked up, only a label made. Where is it?? Company has zero phone number listed and once you find it through a google search you can never talk with anyone directly or leave a message... only asks you to submit your request online, which I have done. I understand this is a trying time, but customer services is still important and this company is poor. At this point, Im done with them and just want my money back.

I placed an order for 2 parts exactly one week ago, have had 0 contact since then, still no parts, no tracking info, but they yank money out of your account instantly. No phone number, no customer service line, nothing. I dont care if its Covid related or not, this is unacceptable.11/13/2020 Edit, Still no word or email from this company regarding my order. I will be canceling my order and taking my money elsewhere. Absolutely garbage business practices, garbage customer service and absolutely unacceptable to blame it all on Covid. Almost every other business has figured out how to operate, theres no excuse for it.

Zero stars from me but it forces you to pick one . I ordered parts two weeks ago . Looked up tracking number ( this is eleven days after they said it shipped to me here in Florida ) and it says there was a number made for the items and it is still in Las Vegas . I have been scammed before where the shipping sticker was in Las Vegas and I never heard from them again . I e-mailed them in their contact us but I dont expect an answer back . If I dont hear anything or get my part I will post about them on my Youtube channel and call my credit card company to report them . Funny their door at number 3 has no signs at all in the window . Stay far away from these people !!

Ordered a part 2 weeks ago. Web site says it will take up to 5 business Havent got it. Cant get ahold of anyone. Tried emailing and calling. I dont recommend ordering from this place. UPDATE : 8-19-2020 Only got my money back because they seen my review. Then they got ahold of me because they were mad. Best of luck on your business.

Similar to other reviews, I ordered a few parts two weeks ago. I saw the COVID update saying it may take an extra 5 days, but the USPS tracking still shows Pre-shipment. Im hoping it will come soon as I need to get my bike back up and running. I sent a couple emails along the process and never heard back, there is no phone number on their website and the one on Google has no voice mail option :|

Paid for a product and you don’t get it then not able to contact them. Buyer beware!
