What a lovely community!!! We went to Three Crowns to find our next home. The place is well maintained, quiet, and clean. Joanna, the sales coordinator, went over and beyond to make us feel welcome. She took us to several available homes to tour and immediately made us feel at home. Her exceptional professionalism, respectful demeanor, and courteousness was second-to-none. Joanna didnt rush when my husband asked a gazillion questions. She answered each one thoroughly. We left feeling like we had just met a new friend. Though we decided to not purchase a home at Three Crowns for now, we know where well go when we do!

Thank you Victor and Joanne for taking such good care of my mother and making her a part of your clean, fun, beautiful Senior community. Fun activities with acool refreshing pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna. She loves having her own porch and yard for her small garden.I think we found her forever home.Great job!

Dont do it! Update 4/30/21 you say anything to anyone suddenly you are labeled as a complainer, then you start getting harassed by management. So you shut up and keep to yourself. Then hope and pray nobody complains about you!

Looking to rent but I dont like the area

I live here and I love it. its secure and very quiet neighbors are lovely and theres enough space between the lots so that I can play my stereo at a reasonable valium any time day or night. its also located next to convenience stores and a gas ⛽station and a DOTTYS 😉

I went to inquire about a mobile home to purchase, Diane was the manager that greeted me, very friendly and the young lady behind the desk was also very friendly, the mobile home community was very well kept, I was impressed.

And extremely discriminatory....They had a turn away answer before anything came out of my mouth, the claim Senior community and further on have a rule against a senior man having any children.... Last I checked men produce till they die why does a baby exclude me the right to live among my peers Ive earned the right by age. I left embarrassed and feeling that two youngsters just told me My years mean nothing and I dont deserve to live peacefully

I just have a message I would like to share...I dont ont live there but from the looks of MOST of the reviews I do live in a similar situation... Oasis Mobile Park owned & run by Mexicans the help are illegals & owner has single handedly destroyed our once friendly livable community - hes got the health dept in his pocket n he just wants to be a SLUM LORD! Now we have graffiti the yards are nothing but dust except mine because im not easily intimidated. Us tenants need to take responsibility of our communities and report parks like these to authorities and make sure our rights NRS 118a & 118b are not violated! Vote somebody as the park advocate and fight back dont allow these bullies to ruin your home

I applied a week ago, and now I rent in one of new mobile home.

13 years here. Never has rent been higher and amenities are gone. Pool is so hot you can not swim. Hot tub dirty and slimy. Many residents preparing a class action due to front security gates chained open to let squatters and homeless wander in. One complaint of a homeless person banging on a residents door demanding food and a shower was ignored by the office. Theft, gang activity, and break ins are common along with vandalism. Water system is shut off several times a month and water is un consumable unless boiled for several minutes to kill parasites in water. FEMA housing reportadely purchased at auction for opening bids of as low as $100 are being sold at $44,000 and up. New manager had a gay mans car illegally towed with no warning while 8 other cars went untouched the same day proving claims of discrimination. Office uses write ups for things like weeds in the yards as a tool of intimidation and threats of eviction are common. And i have barely scratched the surface. Official complaint forms have been distributed to several residents to file with the state investigator in hopes to have some relief from the stressful surroundings here at 3 crown. A employee here has been reported several times for looking in windows and casing homes for unknown reasons and making residents uncomfortable. Some homes are being moved to other parks offering to move them at no charge. If your looking for a no gate, no age limit, no amenities, rising crime rate, and rent increases to soon reach $1000 per month, well, you have found it. This place has a huge heart with a positive attitude about its present and future . Every mobile home comunity is going to say with our friendly staff they have one uP on tho other MHC they have a loving heart, positive attitude, focused on our present & future. U should come by and have a look and feel for yourselfs

Rent is raised every year by 25%. If you are on a fixed income and get a cost of living raise, three crowns will take it from you. There is no actual security. Dogs barking all day and night. Not little dogs, but big loud dogs at 2am that wake you up because its allowed to bark for hours. When a house moves out they never clean up the lot. Its just left as is with dead plants every where and debris. Each lot has an ash-like dirt on it that gets in your home, car and lungs. If a neighbor has a pine tree and the needles get all over your home and yard, you have to pay to clean it up, not the neighbor with the pine tree. Every time Ive gone to management to help with anything, all I get is some rules and regulations speech, never a helpful response. The gate is old and doesnt work half of the time. They shut the water off at least once a month without notice. It always smells like cigarette smoke. No emergency response when needed.

The office staff is totally unresponsive and ignore all questions, even when they are in writing. They contracted to buy my place on 9/3/2020. Was told by the regional manager I was going to get the check right away. Still waiting. They dont return calls and when they do answer the phone its always a different answer. Hope I am not needing to take them to court on breach of contract.

Not gates. No age requirements. No car wash. No pool half the time. No library as offered. No toilets that work in locker room. No hot tub. No activities. No drinkable water. No plans to fix anything says manager who has no people skills or class.. manager towed gay mans car for parking on street for 15 min. No others were towed. Racist to the max. But what do I know? I have only been here 13 years.

Place has a private feel to it isnt to shabby to live in. The construction gets REALLY bad some mornings as if they dont care who is sleeping. If you dont mind getting woken up my loud noises this place is ok

I only gave five stars because its been my Mothers place of home since 1996. She has lived comfortably there in her home. Has many friends there. Attends bingo and bunco. Also, has coffee every weekday morning at the clubhouse with other tenants for years. That being said....the management....which God knows how many they have went thru over the years! One comes....one goes. Changing rules, not doing there job sometimes, interrupting the routine of the elders schedule and fun with their bunco, bingo, and morning coffee time at clubhouse. They raise the rent on these poor, nice people every year....when first off they cant afford it. But they stay... because they have no choice. So I suggest that the management do their job correctly, do not interrupt their schedule of doing things, and make sure the garbage is picked up when its supposed to!

My parents moved in back in 2000 when they retired. I moved in January 2006 after my mother passed away. The rent went up every year by 25% and for that we got nothing. No security. The water was shut off without notice every month for what they called an upgrade. After almost 9 years one would think they would have great plumbing, but no. The laundry room is horrible. The pool is a urine pool. The reviews about loud dogs barking is spot on. Not just little dogs yelping, but hound dogs with a decibel level that should be outlawed. (If I had played my music that loud, I would have been reprimanded.) I read about someone suing and winning for such loud dog barking. The girl that works in the office is a robot She is black with braids, hazel eyes and squeaky voice. She has no human emotions to speak of. When my father passed away, no even a condolence was offered to me although he had been there since 2000 paying his rent on time and we never disturbed anyone. I feel sorry for my neighbor who cant afford to move out. I sold my dads house to some people, but I specifically told them to move it out of this mobile home park and they did. If you go there, you will see many empty lots. People were moving their homes out fast in the past five years for all of the reason people are listing in these reviews. It looks like now they park is changing its name to get people in there and offering free rent on the home if you pay the lot rent which is too high a price to pay imho. I live in Summerlin now. The only positive thing that came from my fathers passing, is I no longer live at 867 N. Lamb Blvd. and I no longer have to put up with the horrible conditions of that mobile home park.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place IS horrible!! They are always pulling sneaky tricks. I had moved out over a month a go, turned in my keys and paper work in and completely left there and im just now after being moved out for almost over a month im getting a statement saying i havent paid my electric bill, and water bill for this month and im being charged late several late fees because i didnt pay in time. I NO LONGER LIVE THERE AND THEY STILL WANT TO KEEP CHARGING ME! This place is messed up. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

The people who own this place are terrible millennium estate next door is owned by the same people. Rhp properties management is bad, they tow your car when ever they want rent is almost 700, they dont get it we are your customers and your treating your customers badly dont buy here or next door
