I would like to thank Jocelyn and Joanna for such a warming welcome into their community. I was having a hard time finding a place for my elder mom around town. These days it is hard to find senior apartments with covid going on. These two ladies made the process for my mom easy. She just closed on her home recently and is very excited to move into her own place that she can call home. The community is quite and clean and there maintenance man is very helpful and friendly. Again thank you ladies.

We love it here. Its quiet.clean.Im in a wheel chair and I have no way to get out out my home.There is no help for me so Im stuck inside with Norway to get out

Good neighbors the management is slow to fix things but we like it, dirtier than it needs to be they cut water to trees in back all dying sad

Great community well maintained all properties are spotless very excited that we decided to purchase a home there.

Jocelyn responded to my online inquiry promptly, and was very clear and knowledgeable about the information that I was looking for.She was able to show me some homes and reviewed all the information with me that I needed to know. What a great gal.

I liked this place. Very quiet, clean, and the current residents seem very friendly. Its in my short list of places to move to.

Would be a nice place if it was truly a senior park but kids in their 20s and 30sare living in a home and the office wont do anything about it

I have lived here at River Oaks since 2006 and just love my home and my gardens. The desert is amazing,but you cant take a garden gal and plant me on rocks

Attn: Sr. Manager! A former resident at yr park 16 yrs. ago. Yr. Park was full - no space empty then. Now you have 70 spaces empty. Why dont you cut down yr space rent and then attract more residents. How come yr. management see the LIGHT?

Its hard teaching the entrances control panel for the front gate.

I love it here! Its so quiet, no gun shots, racing cars, loud music or groups of people hanging about. Lots of dog walkers 😃

Beautiful 55+ mobile home park. Very close to shopping and fairly close to The Strip.

We regret moving here! This place WAS beautiful, the residents interacted with each other and was secure with 24 hour security that kept strays and the homeless and children cutting thru our park out and us protected!... UNTIL new owners bought the park! 1st thing that went was our 24 hr security which now leaves us with children from the family park stealing our animals and lawn ornaments as well as the homeless randomly going thru our dumpsters! And since a lot of the older residents are leaving and taking their houses the lots are being filled with a few new double wides but many single wides which have NO porches or carports, just stairs on both sides of the houses! And as if this DOWNGRADE was not enough, our rent has been raised 4 times! If 20/20 were hindsight we NEVER would have moved in!

It a trailer park so it is what it is. I don’t even know why I was there.

Very good I had A marvelous time.

Senior park that is high lot rent with little to nothing in return. The club house is locked up after 4:00p.m. Also suppose to have 24 7 roaming security and this was all taken away with new owners. If looking for a senior park look some where else not River Oaks oh and we are residents and looking to move soon.
