The service is mediocre, you have to ask to be helped instead of the personal shopper feel you get at other luxury stores, also they ask anything else ? When they could actually show you and do their job. A lot of people are there simply to look, but how will they know if they aren’t actively engaged ? I got the purse I wanted and the salesperson name was not even mentioned. This is how disconnected the sale was . NEXT . Box was perfectly packaged along with the perfect bow.

Visited the womens shop. Upon entering I was informed who would be my personal shopper. Personal Shopper didnt even bother to introduce herself. I cannot even tell you her name since she didnt even include a business card with my receipt. I was browsing to see if there was anything that spoke to me. I walked the store and debated upon 2 handbags. I asked PS a couple of questions pertaining to said bags. She answered in a way that made it seem as if I was wasting her time. I took a picture of both bag and told her I was waiting on my husband to arrive. That he was currently at the LV store for mens. She took it upon herself to put bags up even though I was not done with either of them. I continued to wait and went to sit down since I was still waiting for my husband to arrive. I was sitting for about 5 minutes when PS came and told me that they were close to closing and if my husband was on his way. Not only did I feel rushed, unwelcomed, but I also felt stereotyped by PS. Finally my husband arrives and PS notices my husband did on fact purchase some items at the LV Mens store. Instantly her attitude towards us changed. Started to offer up additional bits of information about bags. I decided on my 1st LV bag and needless to say the entire experience was awful. At this point I feel Ive experienced better customer service from shopping at Target. I realize that they probably receive several folks who just walk in to look and never buy. But how about you treat all folks that walk as a potential customer. So if cashier YX02 sees this review, I suggest you work on your people skills and dont judge a book by its cover.

Although my favorite bag, I’ll not be buying a bag at this store again. I’ve always had a manager that I’ve worked with who pulls any new bag that comes in for me. She calls and I go pick it up. Well, she’s no longer there. I see online a new bag. No way to get anyone on phone. I go in to get inline and am checked in. I asked the man if they have the specific bag I want. He assures me they have it. Almost an hour later I get inside and they have never had the bag yet. Why would the tell me this having me wait an hour. The whole store has almost zero bags to even choose from. I gave up on getting a bag for myself, because as sad as it is I had every bag the store had. I tried very hard to justify my hour standing there and thought I would pick a few bags to keep on hand for gifts. Bags that I am very familiar with were now I minimum of 20% higher. Horrible customer service, unbelievable stock shortage, and I’ll be doing my shopping online

The personal shopper, Joseph, was not helpful and not nice. Asked him if he had 2 different products in a different color, he said no, as we continued to shop found the exact items in the color we wanted. Sister purchased a pair of $765 sunglasses and Joseph gave her the wrong ones. Live out of state and did not realize until at the airport. I had an item I was going to purchase, but decided I wasn’t going to give any of my money to what is supposed to be a luxury store and the associates think that because they work at LV, they can be disrespectful. Even caught him looking at the next people waiting to come into the store while he was supposed to be helping us. It was like he just wanted to rush us out so that he could get more money from the next person. Not the type of customer service I expect going into a LV store

My experience at both stores is not satisfactory. Sure, we are in a pandemic and and we have to wait in a non-social distancing line just to get into the store. But, the personal are going way to far. They are asking our names just to enter the store. Sorry. That’s not important. They require you to sanitize your hands upon entering the store. Ok. I found a pair a shoes and I ask for a size11. The store employee asks if that is a US size? Really? Yes, I am in the US. These people act like they are doing me a favor. They didn’t even have the size shoes I wanted. The largest size is 8.5. Okay. Good luck selling men’s shoes when you only have 8.5. It’s easier to buy online. Please do not ask me my personal information to simply enter your store.

Michaela helped us during our shopping experience. She was AMAZING!! You can tell she loves her job and people. We were there celebrating my daughters 21st bday and this was the icing on the cake! The customer service at this location is the WORST service I have ever received at a LV Boutique, & I have had the pleasure of visiting several LVs worldwide. Such a poor experience trying to purchase a bag, I will NEVER step foot in this location again. Do yourself a favor and shop at one of the many boutiques anywhere else on the strip.

Made my first purchase tonight. I walked in the store very casually dressed and was greeted by Cesar who helped me from start to finish. I told him what I liked and he brought me 3 purses. He was patient and let me try them on and take my time thinking about it and he also helped me to make the decision about my monogram. He wasn’t the only member of the staff to speak with me. Several of them stopped to say hello or congratulate me on my bag. I felt very welcomed at this store!

Great customer service Jia and Brandi from the women and mens store. My husband and I purchased over $4,000 from these stores.When we went into the mens store, a fat white girl who we asked some questions was very rude and demeaning. My husband was interested in a bag, he pointed it out to her and asked for the price. This womans answer was oh its over $2k...with a look of, you cant afford it. We left the store, I was really offended with the attitude.My impression changed at the womens store, Jia was incredible, she was like a friend sharing her knowledge and doing everything to help, same with Brandi.

Louis Vuitton is supposed to be top quality, so how is it that this store messed up the custom initials that they offered as a free service? 2 our of the 3 initials on the wallet were a different font size than the last part of the wallet. I wish it wasnt noticeable, but it sticks out to me like a sore thumb. Oh well, I guess I just have to deal with it, wouldnt want to waste such a purchase.Before the initials, however, the service seemed very nice.

Extremely rude staff. I was on vacation wearing a t-shirt and flip flops and went to ask the staff about my wallet that is falling apart. I had to wait for the employees to finish talking to each other and butt in to get helped. Then when I showed my wallet (with my initials gold foil pressed in it) to the clerk, I was asked if it was real, then said they dont warranty second hand products. Couldn’t believe the way they treat customers.

Walked in to buy a belt nobody helped me for 10mins just sitting in the belt area looking around. Associates were just talking with each other and laying around. When she came over answered my question about the style and left to continue talking to her friend they were both asians. Decided to leave and comeback wasnt any better sales rep puts glasses away looks at me smiles and leaves what a joke. stay away from this store go to another Louis one. These reps need to stop acting like they are rich please Ended up getting mine at the Wynn they werent too bad.

The staff in this LV boutique are the most friendliest. This specific boutique is my go to when I want to purchase a more recent Louis Vuitton purse, along with the one in the Neiman Marcus store.

Absolutely the most friendly and helpful Louis Vuitton store I have been in. We have been to several stores including New York, Palo Alto, Bellagio etc. None of them made us feel as comfortable as this store with a good selection of bags. I love my new purse and wallet.

My wife and I visited this store for the first time in October 2021. The experience was great we chatted with the security guard before we went in. We were greeted by a LV associate who showed us different hand bags. My wife found the hand bag she wanted. We come to find out we didnt receive our receipt or a business card from her when we got returned home. The LV associate was suppose to make her a LV profile when she purchased the hand bag, but did not complete the process our purchase of the hand bag in there system now there is no reference of our purchase when we went to Louis Vuitton in our home state. There is no way to contact the Louis Vuitton Career Palace store we purchased at to even get a copy of our receipt no way to look it up through our bank card etc. This is unacceptable dealing with a high end Luxury store like Louis Vuitton a world wide brand.
