The worker was kind and respectful, however, the item that I was looking at had a blemish on the leather that remained after an attempt to clean it and they still attempted to sell it for full price. Verified it was available online, will be buying direct from Coach. This location is owned and operated by a third-party and is licensed to use the Coach brand.

EXTREMELY rude gentleman working. I just left this store about 5 minutes ago and h ew REFUSED to acknowledge me.... even after I tried asking him a question! He looked at me, then just silently went back to doing whatever he was doing near the register. Hispanic guy with a black mustache and hair. AVOID THIS STORE
