The staff here was fabulous! When spending a lot for a purse you want to feel special! I adore my new purse and they were so patient as I toiled over all my options!

Went to purchase a birthday gift for myself at this location. The employees were nice and attentive. Store was very clean and displays were immaculate. I plan to return when I’m in Vegas again!

The ladies in the North Premium Outlet Mall store are wonderful! So kind and helpful. I try to give my business to the brick and mortar stores. Theres nothing like picking up one of their gorgeous leather bags to see it in person!

I always got to this Dooney & Bourne Location its always been easy to drive to for me.And I visited December 11th (Friday)I walked in asking for help to find something similar to the cheap bag I currently had bought @Ross and the strap broke off within 3 days!.So I have always been a Fan of Dooney, I decided I wanted to invest in a Great Bag made to last.So the Manager from store Claudine and the other employees Greeted me KindlyAs I walked in to the store.I immediately asked them for help and they all gave me tips and showed me all sorts of Bags.Claudine made relatavle conversation with me directly.And I felt completely Welcomed & cared for by these employees.I chose my purse & loved that I wasnt hurried nor ignored.They were on top of what I mentioned & my likings.I purchased my Beautiful Purse and went on my way.Claudine did give me her business card from Dooney store.I give this Location 5 Stars 🌟I would give 10 if I could!God bless 🙌🏽these workers 💕I will 100% be Back to purchase soon ✌🏽

I have been here several times and each time I have been blown away at the prices. Admittedly, I do only visit during sales, but their purses and wallets are just as good as the other brand names in this mall while being far more reasonable in price. I especially like their cross-body purses.

I visited the store recently & found it & the staff to be very inviting; made great purchases. I usually purchase my Dooney & Bourke purses, etc. on-line, because of the vast selection and lack of hassle, but after visiting the store at 785 Grand Central Pkwy #2163, Ill be visiting the store more often; after all this is my new home.

Good selection of the various Dooney lines... and has frequent sales. I always check here first if I have a particular bag in mind and usually save 30% or more compared to department stores or online retailers.

I love the selection but the girls need to be faster and have more sense of what they are doing.

We called the outlet store to order purses for my nieces and grandkids and called first so we can give them the details for we are on our way to the store. I dont even want to give that one star because your customer service suck! The worst ever! They kept putting me on hold cause they are helping a customer! Am i not a customer???

The bags are okay but the two lady were laughing at us while we speak our own language(not english). So when you go to this store, watch your language. So unprofessional. September 3, 2018 @ around 3:30pm.
