Mike is the expert my wife and I needed as we sought to acquire the perfect A/V components and installation for our home. The Sony based system is breathtaking in 4k and not less so with normal streaming or with our Cox cable system. Mike also installed a blue ray player for us. As far as the installation went, including placing back speakers overhead, this could not have been done more professionally. Mike uses seprate contractors, experts themselves, for various aspects of installation, drywall if necessary, and painting if necessary. No would know or guess how the whole install was done, because nothing shows, and the background ambience is terrific. The systems sound is both powerful and pristine, with an ability to pick up the softest voices clearly as well as feel the largest sounds, the picture is amazing. Both visually and sonically, the system Mike chose for us is superb. I would recommend Mike and his people to anyone who wants a great system, one that should last many years and that would be a focus of the houses living area, a thing to enjoy daily and be proud to show off.

I found Mike knows Audio on Google. This is my experience…Selecting the system: Mike uses a very personalized approach in developing an audio system to match his customers’ wants. I told him “In a movie, when the dinosaur sneaks up behind me, I want to hear it breathing down the back of my neck.” He asked my budget and then he put a package together that was tailored specifically to me.Installation: Before the crew even started work, care was taken to protect the carpet, furniture, etc. Then the installation team cut holes in my ceiling and walls, they pulled wires here and there, they mounted lighting, speakers, the tv… yet when they were all done…the room looked as if it always had those new features. Simply flawless.Use: From opera to hip hop, Pixar to Mortal Kombat, and vintage games to Samurai Warriors 5…the sound quality of my new system is OUTSTANDING! The high tech remote makes selecting and adjusting super simple. Then after a couple months break-in period, Mike came back and did a final tuning. AND OMG!!! Now the sound quality is even better than before and I have a media room to enjoy for many years to come.

I was an employee of Mike Knows Audio Video for a while before I had to move away. Mike is a great boss. Hes energetic and task oriented and brings a great sense of humour to each job. The work environment at the shop is relaxed and comfortable, the other employees being friendly and helpful. Ill admit I really enjoyed installing custome home theaters but my favorite part, hands down, was always the customers reaction at the end of each job.

Set up an amazing sound system. Took time to set it up so that we could use it with the least amount of steps. Mike came to my home and offered me several choices in sound through my home and a theater system for my living room. I am not a technical person so I told Mike everything had to be easy and I didn’t know how to do it but i wanted to get rid of cable. Mike was awesome, not only is the system easy to use and sound amazing, Mike showed me how to use it and taught me how to use the app that got rid of cable and the high cable bill. I was like a small book when it came to knowing this stuff but Mike was like a library! I really appreciate everything he did and highly recommend him and his team. BTW Mike was never done after the sale, he is always there for me when I have a question or need help with anything!

Bought a home in NW LV and hired Mike to update the aging whole-home sound system and install a home theater system in the family room and master bed room. (We bought the outdoor TV from Mike) We couldnt be happier with the Yamaha equipment (lifetime warranty), the installation, and the ATTENTION to DETAIL to getting the job done right. Mike and his team seamlessly melded new Samsung TVs we purchased with his Yamaha audio equipment and Logitech TV remotes, along with our satellite package. It works great together! With just one touch of the remote we can control our smart TVs to stream our favorite Netflix moves, or dial up football with my NFL Sunday ticket on DirecTV. Heres what I like most about hiring Mikes company: Mike values customer service. He took good care of us. He was ALWAYS on time. He was safe, neat, and kept the job site cleaned up.
