Bought a new HVAC unit from Sun Country a few months ago. They went over what unit would be best for our house and needs. After installation they scheduled for preventative maintenance before the cooler seasons when we would need the heater. They came out tested the system and worked on a duct that had low airflow. The technician Aaron was extremely helpful and explained what they were doing and why. Great company and employees.

Sun Country is a family owned business who I found to be very trustworthy. They were the only company that will come back to the home twice a year for five years to check on the new AC and furnace to ensure they are working properly. Their crew was very efficient and hard-working. They did a nice job of wearing shoe coverings and laying down tarps prior to the removal of the old system. I definitely recommend using Sun Country.

I needed both of my HVAC units replaced and contacted 4 different companies to give me prices to do the work. Sun Countrys price couldnt be beat!! Lowest price on the best equipment!!! Also, Sun Country was the only company that showed up and didnt bad mouth other companies, didnt bad mouth other equipment that other companies used, and they were the ONLY company that actually gave me a written proposal that included a list of the equipment being installed, the work being done, the warranty, and any service that was included. The other companies only showed me their price or gave me a verbal on what they were offering. Even after asking multiple times for them to email me their proposal, they still wouldnt and Im not sure why... Not cool! Sun Country customer service is top notch!!! Plus, they offer fantastic financing options to make this costly investment more affordable.

Two sets of TRANE HVAC units were purchased for a large ranch style home with vaulted ceilings at various heights, and open arches. The MB has different ceiling angles and height along with inset ledges, and vaulted area. The kitchen and family rooms also have vaulted ceilings.The salesperson allowed for 9’ ceilings in office, and bedrooms. The HVAC units are exceptional! TRANE IS built for desert climate.The home is 3600 sq ft and utilities are a bargain. Thermostats are electronic and inside temperature is always comfortable. HVAC fans run consistently to maintain temperature without being too expensive.Sun Country kept older units operational until the end of August as a courtesy. Sun Country’s customer service is excellent. They are the Best!

Cameron did a Great Job, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace a bad condenser fan. He took his time to explain what happened and what needed to be replaced. Sun country did a Great job in providing same dayService, even though it was on Sunday. CameronWas extremely professional and courteous. The price was very fair and they offered a senior discount. Every time I have ever had a/c issues, those fabulous office ladies have treated me like Im the only customer they have! Simply wonderful!! Fast response, no delays, the technicians are polite, very honest, and work like crazy to get the job done. I just had a complete split heat pump system replaced on the hottest day in 2021 so far, and they ran into and corrected issues from another companys prior install. Overall, pricing of the install was reasonable and I am absolutely satisfied!!! You guys (and gals) ROCK!!

Weve used Sun Country for the past few years for periodic check ups on our system. We have always found them to be reasonable and reliable.During the recent extreme heat wave, we thought that our thermostat - and possibly our AC unit - were not working properly. I called Sun Country and spoke to Cheryl, at length, about what was going on. She was wonderful! As busy as she was because of the heat wave, she took her time to listen to our issues and gave the best advice she could. Her strong desire to help customers is a quality we dont see much of anymore and its extremely appreciated!!We scheduled an appointment to have everything looked at and, as usual, the techs were right on time. They were, again, as always, very professional, knowledgeable and truly cared about the job they were doing. Jose, the main tech, asked a lot of questions so he was sure of what was happening. He knew right away and explained in detail, without rushing, why we were having the problems we were having. Markus, his assistant, spent most of the time inspecting our roof AC unit. He also took his time, did not rush, and made sure it was working to their satisfaction before leaving. It was so obvious that customer satisfaction was very important to them and again, that is so appreciated!!!Needless to say, we highly recommend Sun Country Cooling and Heating and we will continue to use them exclusively for all of our heating and cooling needs.

The representative shared how busy they were due to the power grid outage issues the night before due to the extreme high temps Las Vegas is experiencing. I explained my AC would not turn on & she added me to be seen that day. She did explain they were busy and as soon as someone could come out they would. Jose my technician, was professional and quickly identified the issue. He didn’t try to add any additional services and the pricing was unbelievable fair in my book. Once he was done I could feel the air blowing, although it took hours to cool down the house, I am extremely happy with their service.

Great experience. They sent someone out to look at our A/C unit the same day we called. The technician arrived on time, he was friendly, and most importantly, he diagnosed the problem quickly and got to work immediately. The office went out of their way to assist us when our air conditioner went out in 117 degree weather. My mom, who is on O2 and myself who is disabled were having a hard time with the heat in the house. Cameron came out the same day we called, even though it was very late. Had an amazing experience with Sun Country Heating Cooling!! The weather has been nothing short of hellish these past couple of weeks, and Brian, our tech, is absolutely one of the unsung heroes of this battle to stay cool and safe. He came out very quickly, even when other techs were booked for many days out, quickly diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in absolutely no time. The AC unit kept freezing. I called this morning and they were able to get someone to my house today. I’m so grateful because the heat wave is intense and we have a 6 month old and 3 dogs. Service was great. The woman I talked to and made the appointment with was so helpful and caring. I highly recommend!

We had horrible fumes in the house and couldn’t get anyone to come out right away until I called Sun Country. Alexis was so friendly and was able to get Michael out to check our AC units in about an hour! He was very professional and knowledgeable, and he was able to rule out the AC right away. He still did a complete and thorough inspection to make sure and answered all my questions along the way. He was right- it was our dishwasher that had malfunctioned and melted all the plastic items inside, which caused the horrible smell and fumes. I will definitely use them again for regular issues or an emergency.

This company and employees are honest and so helpful. Two other big name AC companies told us we needed new AC units for $33,000 and $26,000. WHAT?Sun Country came out and gave a 2nd opinion and told us AC was in good shape for its 12 year age. Nothing needed at this time. Whew! Honesty rules! This company is truly great! I called in afternoon after our air went out in 110 degree weather they came the next day right on time the service took all of 30 min total he checked everything found only a burnt out capacitor replaced it in min and we were only charged for the part which was very reasonably cheap! My parents have used Sun Country for 20 years so when our down unit (24 years old) took a dive, after just being repaired a month prior and paying for R22 freon, I made the call to Sun Country for a full replacement. They were on time and installed our two new units and changed out everything. I was impressed with the team and how efficient they were. I also selected Sun Country as they have a great warranty! Our house feels like a new home and is very comfortable. The output at the vents is more noticeable and it takes minutes to cool each level. Our old units took 30 mins to cool each level. Sun Country is our only choice now for HVAC!

I called and within the hour they were here. I had already had a very expensive estimate to replace the entire HVAC unit from another company. But Martin said it only needed a new capacitor. !5 minutes and $250 and its blowing cold again...instead of $13,000. We are very happy and will use Sun Country from now on.

Quick, professional and courteous staff starting with office staff and service technician. Cheryl is a sweetheart. AC went down over weekend (highest temperature in LV history). Left recording Sunday asking for service. Cheryl called 7:30AM Monday morning and had technician at house by 10AM and got AC humming again. Cheryl and Sun Country are godsend!

They actually respond to voice mails even on a Saturday evening, provide weekend service, and the technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. When they couldnt complete one repair immediately, I was placed first in the queue for the next morning and they even discounted the repair cost for the inconvenience. My mother and I have both used their services, and will continue to call them for any issues we have with A/C or heating.

Sun Country has saved me on two separate occasions. I cannot overstate how grateful I am to have them in my city. They were able to run a new HVAC line set through my attic when the original line was leaking beneath my homes foundation. Several other companies were unable to help me and sent me away with little more than a good luck. On another occasion my fan motor died (on a 115 degree day). Sun City has outstanding customer service! 1 1/2 years ago we had them install two air conditioning units and two furnaces as ours were original, 27 years old. At that time they were awesome, very professional, on time and answered all our questions about what type of units to purchase. After they finished they told us they include the first two years of routine maintenance with the install.Today they came back to check the air conditioners as part of the routine maintenance. Just like before they promptly answered the phone, it was easy to make an appointment and two nice technicians came out right on time after first texting they were on their way and also sending the name and picture of who we should expect!Our experience with this company has been excellent and I would highly recommend them.

We called Sun Country and explained to them that were selling the house and we need a quick fix with our compressor, just get us through the summer, asked if they can send somebody over to do just that that we were not going to buy into a new compressor or AC system because were moving. They sent over someone who went around the back of the house looked at the compressor came back inside and His outcome was that we buy a brand new unit that would cost a few thousand dollars. But, we originally explained to Sylvia and Cheryl over the phone that wasnt going to be an option for us. He didnt have a solution other than to buy a new costly unit. So we paid a $60 diag fee for absolutely nothing, of course...SMH.

I have used this company everytime after we bought our house. Michael and Bryan came this time after our unit stopped blowing cold air and Brian suggested that our AC unit needed to be replaced because R22 is no longer being produced and our unit was 25 years old. We decided to get a 16 seer TRANE 4 ton unit with a new thermostat and the difference is amazing. Ray and Alexis were very helpful with everything and answered all my questions. Jose Mendoza and the crew that installed my unit only took a few hours and they did an amazing job. I will definitely continue to use Sun Country Heating and Cooling for all my services. I called them because our AC was not getting cold had no idea why. Cameron and Aaron took a last minute call and was on their way immediately. They showed up with great attitude and was listening to me of what was going on. Within 5 minutes of being here they detected the issue and went to work. Apparently my puppy decided to chew the wiring from the AC unit. They rewired the unit and covered it up with tape. So fast they were in and out within 20 minutes. Even during this crazy time of pandemic affecting supplies, they were able to set up an install date for my A/C, Furnace & Thermostat within two weeks of my first inquiry.

Sun Country was very professional and Aaron and Carlos did a very profession job of determining what the problem was with the AC and my client would use Sun Country but we are waiting on to hear back from the Home Warranty Company as to how we can proceed. Their technician Martin Rodriguez was very courteous and knowledgeable with HVAC. Martin answered my questions and concerns while maintaining professionalism. He fixed and replaced all the mistakes the other HVAC companies did to my air ducts such as tears, rips, etc with his two new 25 ft, 10 in diameter air ducts and couplers. When Martin completed the job he vacuumed the work areas so they are nice and clean now. One of their reps, Sylvia Guzman was patient and nice to me as I am an elderly 72 years old. Thank you, Martin and Sylvia for everything. Cheryl A. Rayburn, was not kind to me over the phone since she showed hostilities towards me by raising her voice and threatening to pull out of the job which made me fell slightly uncomfortable but the company as a whole provided great service. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Two thumbs way up!

They came in and did a Thorough diagnostics of my heating system, and was honest that this could last a lot longer with the proper care. I will continue to use your services from now on. Highly recommend services of Sun Country Heating & Cooling....Replaced my HVAC system a few years ago. Other companies said job would take 2+ days. Sun Country installed my entire HV/AC system in 6 hours...! Crew did great work, friendly and answered all my questions. I use Sun Country for annual maintenance twice yearly for cooling & heating units. You cant go wrong with Sun Country Heating & Cooling.

I had Sun Country replace two Goodman heat pumps and air handlers (terrible quality equipment) with matching Trane XV20i heat pumps, TAM9 air handlers, and XL1050 thermostats (top quality equipment). I also had them install a Trane zoning system upstairs to keep the temperature consistent everywhere because there was up to a 6 degree difference between rooms depending on the time of day. The entire crew was timely, cleanly, friendly, and overly accommodating to my hovering and endless questions about everything and anything. I love all things related to technology and they were amazing about answering everything I could think of to ask. They took all appropriate COVID-19 precautions, covered the floors where they were walking and working, and even vacuumed the floor after. 5 star service. I would recommend them, have recommended them to others already, and will certainly be using them again when the other units need to be replaced.

When I was 17 I had all the answers. I’m 62 now and most of life remains a mystery to me. But whenever an opportunity comes forth to learn something about one thing or another, I’m eager to at least try to understand what’s going on which usually means I’m asking questions upon questions upon more questions until I’ve satisfied my curiosity for the time being. More often than not this results in frustration for the individual/s whom I’m bombarding with my incessant inquiries and they tend to run away. But not this time. Mike and Ray at Sun City Heating and Cooling were more than gracious in allowing me to do my questioning thing through the entire process of installing a new American Standard HVAC system in my small humble abode here in Sun City Summerlin. So while I could certainly go into great detail about my HVAC install adventure I will go with the principle that less is more and just say if you’re looking to hire a quality professional and customer service oriented establishment for an HVAC install, look no further.
