A team member schedules my work, and within 24 to 48 hours they are on site. All workers are kind, professional, Timely on their arrival, and performs a good quality workmanship. When it comes to working with different companies to help us with our other service needs, I would say that LMS Building is probably the best.When it comes to timely communication, clear and simple communication, the experience is great. The best part is that they also go above and beyond.At our office, they had a dumpster placed for all the old material. Many in our neighborhood were dumping their trash, gardening, appliances, tires, mattresses in this same dumpster. Then, it caught on fire! LMS took the time to get the dumpster pulled, and they assisted in the clean up the parking lot, the driveway, the landscaping and they even had a person come out to power wash the area. That is top notch service. The fire was not their responsibility, but they went above and beyond.Also, our existing HVAC units that they were not yet handling, were not working. They were only doing some ducting and controls for us, not the actual big large rooftop units. However, they discovered things were not working, and simply went to the roof and took care of the issue as part of their service. How great is that!Great company, great service and you will have a great experience!

I work for a leasing office doing building maintenance For the property’s they own around Las Vegas. I had this HVAC issue that I just couldn’t figure out. I’m not doing into detail but had no cooling air to my building. I was able to call out a Trane technician to come out and look at. The scheduler was able to get me a technician out that day and he was on time and even called me when he arrived as per my request which was a lot of help for me. The technician was able to figure out my problem very quickly and was done with the job within the hour. I was told it was a proving switch that was not making contact and pulling in the contactors to engage power. After a twenty minutes of testing and running the system it worked great again.My building tenants where happy again and I was even able to learn more about hvac maintenance which helps me a lot.

We had 2 techs at our school changing out a motor . They spent more time on the phones than they did actually working on the replacement. We got charged 10 hours or labor for the whole 45 min to maybe a hour at most of work . They also took lunch break or what ever they did for about a hour and half I’m pretty sure I paid for that to . They are a joke . Don’t even bother calling this company . If I could give 0 stars I would .

They always have the right part for me and never give me after market junk that just doesnt work. If you need OEM parts for Trane or American Standard this is the place to go.

Having an open account for over 18 years, with Trane and AC Systems. It is without fail every-time we make a purchase at the So Valley View location location we are told there is no account on file and we will have to pay cash/credit card. Yet when we purchase over the the phone there are no account issues and our invoices are placed on Net 30 day terms. My reason for posting is primarily to make point of how lazy our society has become, a few simple questions from the sales clerk would have made a big difference. We are a company which when at all possible will purchase locally, to support our local businesses, however the lack of customer service we receive from this location will have our company seeking parts from other Trane service providers.Unsatisfied Customer

Fantastic service and price! We were told we couldnt get motor for weeks from other venders as it was on back order. Lawyer Trane had it in one day and installed. They called before installation keeping us updated on the arrival of parts and after to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. Their price was much better than the two other venders as well! We will use them for all our future needs.

Working as a contractor for LMS is a delightful experience!

These guys sold our night club a AC controls system and all it did was make our club worse. They installed a wiresless system that was supposed to be top quality. We never have connection to our units. We call to get it fixed and they just say There is nothing we can do until you sign a contract with us. Im sorry but why would we sign a contract when you never finished your install properly. If I were the one making the decisions I would tell them to take the controls back .
