My AC was having several problems and everywhere I looked online was really expensive to fix, but it was at such a good price here. My AC is now better then when it was brand new. Thank you so much.

Josh the owner/technician that came out was very professional, explained everything clearly and never pushed for any repairs that were not necessary. They took the time to carefully diagnose the system and did not push for any extra costly repairs. I am very happy with the work and would highly recommend Mr Cool to friends and family.

Highly recommend this company. Josh responded immediately to my Yelp message and had a tech on site in less than 30 min.The final cost ended up being less than the original estimate. They were out of stock on the unit he quoted me so they upgraded to the next size up for the same price.Their schedule was booked, but they still managed to fit me in the following day so we didnt have to go without air conditioning.Flawless service from start to finish!

Of Course my AC went out this past week when the whole city was burning up- looked on line -saw the good reviews- called them-from start to finish -they were friendly-professional and honest. The lady that answered the phone at 5:45 am -told me she would squeeze me in -when I explained that I have an elderly mom who lives with me The guy that came out Joshua I think was his name was polite -to the point- and DIDNT TRY TO UP SELL ME SOMETHING THAT I DIDNT NEED. 20 min and less than $200 later -mom -me -wife -kids- and dogs were all CHILLING Thanks guys I will certainly call you if i need you and recommend you to everyone

DON’T DO IT! SCAM!Mr Cool Heating & Air conditioning installed a wrong part and charged me $450.My AC unit was making loud noises, and the company sent a technician to check it out what was wrong. So the technician Antonio told me it was my fan motor needed to be replaced for $450. So I agreed to replace it. After I paid and changed the fan motor my AC was still making noises like before. Then I had other companies came out to take look at it. They told me it was something else needed to be fixed and it has nothing to do with my Fan Motor.I called the MR Cool Heating asking for my money back and willing to return the fan motor back to them. The Owner Josh with a horrible attitude called me Crazy and said I am on drugs. He told me he will not give my money back. So PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BE SCAMMED!!!

So grateful that I finally found an honest and knowledgeable AC company. I live in an older home and have been dealing with ac issues every summer for the past few years. Going from one rip off company to the next . I finally found Mr.Cool who gave me a great low price on a new AC and talked me through everything that was going wrong with the old ones so I knew I was making an informed decision . I have zero complaints. I got next day service, arrived on time, no BS got straight to work and fixed the problem. Price was more than fair and was a massive life saver. I have 2 babies in the house and if it was going to be a long wait for a service call I was going to need to get a hotel until the problem was solved. I own multiple properties throughout Vegas so we have worked with several AC companies. We are very familiar with pricing and repairs needed on AC units.Josh and Mr. Cool is THE most honest, responsive, reliable and cost effective company we have ever dealt with. Mr. Cool has saved us countless times during the blistering Vegas heat and not once has he tried to upcharge us. My experience is that they are focused on getting your AC repaired ASAP without any unnecessary BS that other AC companies try to sell us on. A good gauge of their work would be that they are rarely back to the same home to perform a different repair. That tells us they repair things right the first time! Pricing has always been great for us and we only wish other service companies were as great to work with as Mr. Cool.

Good pricing and good customer service. I’ve seen other reviews saying that this places prices are the best pricing you can get and it’s true, the best place to go to for any issues, big or small.

After sending out 2 techs. 3 times, they could not repair the unit, and they lied to our home warranty company about us being satisfied with the work. I spoke with Erica, who said there was no manager or owners available. She said the lived out of state, but further into our conversation she said that she was part owner. When I reminded her of what she said eariler about no owers or managers, there was no response. Whats so sad about all of this is; this was the second time we have had a major problem with mr. cool. I WOULD NOT reccommend this company to anyone. We live in Las Vegas, Nevada and a good working air conditioner is a necessity! We suffered for a full week in our home with sky rocking tempertures, to the point of having to go stay somewhere else for a fews days.BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

SCAM alert!! Had two services from Mr. Cool- first Antonio came out to just do a check on our 7.5 yr old system. Reported we just needed about a lb of Freon in the smaller unit ( we have two), since it could use some more. A recharge- is a scam- if you dont have enough freon- you have a leak and that needs to be addressed. So that was another charge of $85 on top of just maintenance check. Next- I just wanted AC, not heating checked in May- but was charged price for both and told he would just come out again in the Fall to check heater, but didnt indicate this anywhere in paperwork. Never mentioned that an AC check was simply $80 less for me with 2 units. Capacitor #1 was okay-ish, but Capacitor #2 was on its way out, but you can decide when you want to replace. Called back next week for replacement. - this new tech was even more of a shady character. He installed cap and then brought to my attention that my motor and fan must be bad because its rotating in the wrong direction. He had no idea what could have caused that. If he knew how to make the direction change, he would be a rich man he said. It will cause unit to fail to cool home once the temps get hot (it was in the 60s that day). TOTAL Scam- he switched the wires to change polariation and spin direction. He told me a new motor was about $500. DONT USE THEM!! THIS is so unethical and I am just lucky I had time to research his story and figure out he was lying to me.

Two thumbs way up for this company. When American Home Shield didnt contact us after several calls I decided to look for help outside the plan myself. The A/C was out and temps were in the 100s... Tolerated one evening of misery then called Mr Cool early Saturday morning. They were able to come give a Free estimate within 1 hr!After getting the okay from our landlord a new fan motor and capacitor were installed and the A/C was humming an hour or so later. Competitive price. Serviceman Antonio was friendly, professional and courteous. A very awesome experience all around.

Absolutely the best price for any repairs. I had one of the larger AC repair services do a tune up on my unit. Turns out my condenser fan motor was starting to go bad and overheat and not last much longer. They wanted an outrageous price to replace the aging motor. I called around and Mr Cool offered the lowest price (more than 50 percent less) than larger services. They were fast and extremely professional.

You can tell this company really cares about their reputation and customer satisfaction. They were quick to respond to my call and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had for the work I needed done. Work was finished in a quick and professional manner. It’s nice too because it seems that they are a smaller and more focuses business and things are handled in a direct manner versus having to talk to a bunch of different people in different departments. I would recommend to others and plan to use Mr. Cook for my future HVAC needs.

So, blower motor failed sometime during the night. We wake up to a slightly stuffy house and I start looking at the air conditioner. Notice all the lines are frozen, including the ones to the outside unit. Turn off unit and let it start thawing out, wife starts calling a/c repair people. Mr Cool has a same day opening, so we take it. 5 minutes of looking and they replace the blower motor for $650... It is a $150-200 part, so $400+ for 1.5 hrs of work seems a bit steep for hourly rate. On top of that, I come home from work and the floor around the air handler is all wet, so I pull apart all the tape that closes out the access panel to the coils and lo and behold the pan drain is clogged. I guess fixing the symptoms of a problem is easier than fixing the actual problem then the secondary effects of the problem. I wonder how long this new overpriced motor would have lasted in the rain coming from the pan above it. Would recommend for routine maintenance, not a troubleshooting/diagnosis type service.

If you need 5 star service you can depend on this guys, Antonio is the man to take care of your appliances look for him.

Mr. Cool installed my air conditioner on a short schedule at a fair price. We got a high quality Trane heat pump at the price some companies charged for lesser brands (and about HALF of what a national company wanted). Mr. Cool did not nickel-and-dime me with add-ons. We kept our existing thermostat and rooftop support frame. The installation was quick, competent, and easy.

We had some issues with our buildings ac system. I contacted Mr Cool air conditioning. Josh came to inspect the system they replaced both units. I was very pleased with their work and price.
