Had brought my son here twice to get his hearing checked. The devices that they have to do this for children was such a great experience. They also have the friendliest staff. Worth the 30 minute drive

I have been going here for 10 years now. They are just so helpful and I cant recommend them highly enough. They have always always worked with any issues I have had.

I highly recommend this office. Very clean facility and friendly office staff. I needed to get my hearing tested after a long time of having issues. Courtney was a true professional and genuinely cared about helping me with my hearing problem. It was very easy to make the appointment and I felt comfortable with the experience. Many doctors don’t take time to explain everything but Courtney did and now I am finally going to get the help I needed for awhile.

I called for an appointment and was able to be seen that week. Heather greeted me with a warm smile. I only waited about 8 minutes to be seen and that included paperwork. Courtney Smith was wonderful. She clearly explained each step of the test. When we were finished we went over the results and she answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. Great office and fantastic service!

Super patient and even reordered my hearing aids when I wasnt happy with the color. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. I have seen Dr. Heppler for the past 5 years regarding a Workers Comp claim for bilateral hearing aids. I have had numerous follow-up hearing tests and the occasional repair/supply issues. I would not go anywhere else. The staff is efficient and well-informed and the office is smartly run.

We brought our infant son here to get his hearing screening redone because he kept failing it. Perhaps we caught Kathleen on a bad day, but she was impatient and not very helpful. I understand it may be difficult to test a crying and moving baby, but these results are important. She did not get accurate or significant results for his hearing test. She also said he had fluid in his ears and it was up to his pediatrician on what would be done next. Dissatisfied with this doctor, I contacted another audiology office to get him retested again. The doctor there said he had no fluid in his ears. They also had the patience to do all the necessary testing so we could send better results to his pediatrician. It is unfortunate for us that we had to pay out of pocket for this second opinion, but always get a second opinion!

Dr. Heppler treated my husband for hearing loss. He was very patient and let him try several hearing aids until he found one that worked best for him. I highly recommend Dr. Heppler and his staff!!

Dr. Smith is great person, professional and caring about her patients. I drive all the way from Lake Havasu City just to see her. She has helped me with my Cochlear Implant. I just had it put in and now hearing things I havent heard in years. For 16 years I thought I lived on a quite street. LOL! I e-mail her all the time about my progress. Then I thought I should stop since she is a busy lady. Last time I saw her she told me that she missed my updates on my progress. For me to keep in touch with her. I will see her again next month for a tune-up, I cant wait to see her.

After suffering with a hearing loss for over sixty years, Dr Heppler of Advanced Audiology Institute, has found a solution to my hearing problem using his knowledge and expertise. I have had a total hearing loss in my right ear and have never been able to carry on a conversation while I was driving or whenever someone was standing on my right side, without constantly asking them to repeat, speak louder, turning my head, the usual huh or what, or not even hearing them speak to me. That was in addition to not understanding what was spoken to me many times. As I got older, and having the hearing in my good ear deteriorate, I felt that the only way that I would ever be able to hear was through a Cochlear Implant, which was cost prohibitive. Dr Heppler suggested the PHONAK hearing system with Blue Tooth technology built into it. With this system I can hear sounds on my right side. It also allows me to use my cell phone, car phone, a remote microphone, and televisions through the hearing aid in my left ear. It is also a fraction of the cost of the Cochlear Implant. It has literally changed my life. I would recommend Dr Heppler to anyone who is suffering from a hearing impediment. His testing, analysis, care, and knowledge in this field is outstanding and is shown in the care that I received from him and his staff at Advanced Audiology Institute.
