Wow! They are incredible. I came to check to see if my hearing aid was under warranty and my manufacturer was out of service yet he changed my wire and now it works! I was not charged due to this problem but that just goes to show that they truly care about those who are hard of hearing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Will definitely come back again! Originally went to Hearing Associates of Las Vegas for repairs to my old hearing aids.The staff at Hearing Associates is very knowledgeable and easy going. The office is warm and inviting.The equipment and recommendations for treatment are common sense and the Dr. engages you concerning treatment options at all times. Upon coming in to Vegas for a three day trip from California, my Dads hearing aid started getting staticky, which made conversation and getting around difficult for him.I called The Hearing Associates since we were nearby on a whim to see if they could diagnose the hearing aid with issue last-minute appointment. I wasnt about to translate the entire trip for my dad, but I didnt think anyone would be able to see us on such short notice.To my great relief, Lionel amazingly took us 30-minutes later. He quickly figured out the static was due to a bad wire leading to the ear piece. Lionel generously provided us a replacement earpiece until we could get back to California and order a new custom molded earpiece.Lionel was patient, knowledgable, friendly, and fun! Without him, my Dad would have been deaf on our vacation—Lionel saved our trip!If you live in Las Vegas or are just stopping through, I highly suggest you give Lionel and Robyn a visit for the friendliest service in town.

The service I received from these people today was a 10 star rating!! Lyle repaired my hearing aid in about five minutes. AMAZING SERVICE!! I am a Veteran and the VA couldnt get it fixed for a month so I came here to pay for it myself. He told me no charge. Blew me away! Actually made me get emotional! Thankful for having my mask on! I did not have much luck with my first hearing aid. However a church member recommended Hearing Associates.Robyn Lofton spent ample time instructing and consulting me. Than wearing a trial aid for a week was all I need to feel totally comfortable with dealing with their recommendations.Since then I have been wearing my aids regularly for 2 months with no problems.Even an audiologist has concerns the first time wearing a hear aid. I am happy with this group and yes the daily chocolate cookies is a welcoming treat.

My in-laws were visiting from out of town and we need some assistance for my father in laws hearing aide. I checked the internet and found different companies I could take him for help. I moved here and didn’t have an audiologist. I had an emergency today and needed some new domes. My hearing aid manufacture gave me this practice as a local resource. I was desperate so I tried just stopping in. Wow! I have found my new audiologist practice. I walked in to the comfortable office and was warmly greeted. One of the owners took my hearing aids and cleaned them, gave me new wires, new sport clips, new domes, and fresh batteries. This is unheard of! Most practices won’t help you if you aren’t a client. But here, they had me relax with freshly baked cookies while they fixed my hearing aids at no charge! They even gave me a bunch more domes. And booked my for a check up to be sure all is going ok in the next couple of weeks.If you are even thinking about hearing aids go here! You will get amazing personalized customer service. And hearing aids are a game changer, so I highly recommend getting them if you have hearing concerns.

I have never had such an in depth appointment for any type of visit. Lionel greeted me and had me complete customary paperwork while enticing me with freshly made chocolate chip cookies. Robyn conducted a thorough check of my hearing and suggested hearing aids for both ears. I cannot believe the difference. It had been a while since I had my hearing checked and I was never fitted for hearing aids. The difference is amazing. Everything is crystal clear. Robyn never rushes through her evaluations and allows plenty of time for questions and concerns.

I went to the Hearing Associates of Las Vegas yesterday after finding them on the internet over the weekend. I completed a form and totally forgot about it until I received a voice message from Lionel I think the next day. He told a little information about my tinnitus, not a lot but just enough that I wanted to learn more and shared that his wife has it also. I scheduled an appointment and he followed-up with a confirmation call as promised. The office is conveniently located from where I live and I was professionally greeted with yummy cookies (yep I had 2) while completing my paperwork. Haven’t even left the parking lot but I had to write this review. I came in today to talk to Robyn regarding annoying ringing in my ear for the last 5 days. When I walked in with my brand new baby Lionel was there to open the door and greet me. He was so accommodating and nice. Once I finished with the paperwork I met with Robyn. She was amazing. She had a very calming personality and was very reassuring. She spend a great amount of time with me and hugged me at the end letting me know everything was going to be ok. We had a very good experience with my son. For longer than 2 weeks my son had a strong tinnitus in one ear, what made his life miserable, mine as well. We have been only 2 years in the USA and don’t know the medical system much, so we visited different clinics and quick care and everyone knows it’s not easy to make appointment. My son already started the therapy what made his condition a little bit better, but still wanted to talk with a tinnitus specialist in hearing associated.I was really happy to meet this amazing couple who is really willing to help people. Nearly 10 years ago, I sought a hearing assessment from an audiology group that had sent me a flyer that offered a discount on hearingn aids and a free evaluation.I met a vibrant young woman who not only led me to my first hearing aids, but worked with both my husband and I to provide the best possible solution with patience and compassion. The follow-ups became fun and successful each time.And then one day I learned that Robyn had moved on, but the organization would or could not tell me where. I continued to get my hearing adjustments with less satisfaction. The new aids worked well until adjustments were not made correctly, I was charge for things that I had not caused and on it goes through 3 or 4 practitioners and I stopped going.One day at church, I was sharing my frustration with a fellow parishioner who said, try my audiologist. her name is Robyn. I queried, with a Y? Talk about divine intervention!That was nearly 2 years ago.
