Joanna was very helpful while I selected the embroidery I wanted for my hat. I changed my mind and she never seemed bothered by it, I appreciated that. The embroidery on the hat came out very nice, very legible. I wish I had this store closer to me. Definitely recommend this place.

Friendly staff got what i wanted and price is reasonable had it customized with my name on it. so many to choose from had to replace my original purchase because i found a better cap to suit my taste. Keanu is the man of the house very helpful and the go to guy for all your needs

This location has unprofessional workers. Would not buy anything here. Very poor customer service. I asked for a hat that was up high and worker straight walked away from me. Had to get another worker to help us and that person took forever to help js because these boys were too busy messing around with each other.

We were in Lids looking for a Saints hat when one of the sales associates asked us if he could help us find anything. We asked if they had a Saints hat with a normal bill not a flat one. This simply promted the sales associate to started taking about football with another employee and never ended up helping us. Needless to say we didnt end up buying a hat.
