I bought my hat from this location about 2 weeks ago it got damage and costumer service was great send me new return label Taylor the manager send me the email and explain every part of the return policy great company to buy a hat from.

Nice enough people....but after 40 minutes, they tell me the Hat I chose, a Pork Pie....($150.00) did not come with a box. That was $15.00 extra. Now the Homburg, at $250.00, you got a box.Its the principal. I paid an Uber $34.00 round trip just to go there.How do you transport a nice hat (actually, there are much better quality hats, seriously) home? In a plastic bag?Oh well....

A good haberdashery in the middle of the strip. While the selection is a bit limited the choices for mens hats is acceptable. Great service.

I was the only customer in the shop Sunday night and wasnt even greeted by the clerk, who didnt look up from texting on his phone during my visit. They were low on stock in almost everything, and had nothing in my size. Very disappointed to have made the trek down to a hat store that doesnt evwn have stock of its own hats.

Worst experience I have ever had at a High Class (supposedly) retail shop. ( stay away if you are smart )My hat was defective and had some small splits in it. Mind you this was a $173 hat. I had worn it 5 times or so. Dont live near there so I called them up. Told it had a 1 year warranty. Sent pictures and then was told it was user error that warranty wouldnt cover that. Basically it was my fault for the way I held the hat or so they were guessing because they have no idea how I held my hat. Told the manager at the store who was not going to do anything that i needed to speak to someone else. She referred me to Customer Care. The manager was not unfriendly just matter of fact and said we arent going to replace your hat as it is your fault no matter what. Customer Care e mailed me with the same message. Told them that was not acceptable. (Colin) Asked for the manager. Colin said he was the manager. Asked to please call me I would like to discuss live. Colin said he was too busy but would get to it when he could. We exchanged a couple of other e mails and to this date weeks later I have never received a call. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Colin did offer a 50% off coupon which I had no interest in spending another $86.50 plus tax and shipping. Why would I . I might hold the hat wrong again. They told me that you may only hold the hats by the brim or they will crack. I believe I did that but will definitely not say it was never touched in the middle of it. I asked how was i supposed to know that as it didnt come with directions or a explanation. The answer was it says it on a sign in the shop. Look at the website online. No signs in the 10 pictures online. I was with 3 others and they did not see a sign. Now I bet it is there somewhere but this is ridiculous. With what other purchase in life am I responsible for reading every sign in the store to make sure I care for it correctly? I still dony believe I mishandled it however I am out a $178 and $2000 worth of aggravation and disappointment. I dont spend a lot of money and it was a one time deal because I was in Vegas and had won money. Clearly they do not care. STAY AWAY

Great little hat shop, the guys are awesome. Reasonably priced. I liked a couple different styles but settled on one. I would shop there again when looking for another hat.

It is a MUST stop for boyfriend during every visit to Vegas. He loves the straw hats and sometimes he gets a decorative feather for the brim. Those add to the personality of the hat. A must for any hat band!

Great little hat shop, the people working were really cool and helpful... Tons of good looking stuff, nothing was too terribly price either... So we really felt is was a great value.

This is the second Goorin Bros shop Ive attended, the other being in Nashville, TN. The spaces are very similar - both warm and woody and fixtured to best show head wear, but each had its own local vibe. Staff were familiar with the Nashville shop (good retail practice) and knew their product inside out - fit, fabric, finish, construction, care ..... Pricing was very reasonable for the piece I selected ($50 for best quality paperboy style cap) and I couldnt resist the shamrock Boston Hat Pin the salesman suggested, St Patricks Day in Vegas.
