I came in to get my 10 Max fixed. My front and back screen were cracked really bad. Normally theywould make you replace the whole phone when you crack the back but I was able to get it fixed here for a fair price! Way cheaper then having to buya new phone. The staff was super nice and responsive on IG when we had questions. They have a huge wall of cases and other apple products that are really nice quality for all types of styles to look at. Omg!!! I am completely satisfied with how pleasant Edwin and Rami’s customer service was. I was freaking out because the touch was going out on my iPhone 11 from dropping it and getting minor cracks in the screen. My insurance wanted $300 for deductible to fox the errors and I would have to wait til Tuesday to receive the fixed phone. I called and this place told me $129 and ready in 15 min. So I came here right away. I pulled up and they got me started in less than 2 min and handed my fixed phone back to me in a total of 5 min!!!!!! :) I will be sending everyone I know to come here for fast, friendly, and quality service. DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICES HERE! Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in to receive a charger port replacement on my iPad 6th generation. went to pick up my iPad and they completely replaced my screen and now there is also glue where they glued it back together. I am highly disappointed.

I went in and had no clue about how long these fixes take, I have a iPhone XR and the back was completely cracked up, not the worst but definitely needed a good fix. I ended up coming in a little before 7:00 pm, and I didnt know it took so long, but the manager did it for me anyways, I really appreciate the consideration of that especially because its the last thing on my to do list before my baby comes! He was very kind, and was kind to all customers. His other employees too. They have such cute bags, and cases, and good prices on a lot of things. I would recommend.
