I was there recently to purchase drinks for my wife and I. I had put my phone down by the cashier to give her the money and as turn around to leave out I noticed my phone missing. Not even 30 seconds later I rush back to the cashier to grab my phone but it was already gone. I promptly asked the cashier did she see my phone and her response was that she didnt take it when I never accused her. They eventually rushed me out the store so they could close up and as Im standing outside looking in calling my phone from my wifes phone I can see an employee grabbing for a phone and pressing the ignore button. I will be contacting the authorities to file report for stolen property.
Terrible. I waited in line for ten minutes and they told me i couldn’t use my card so i grabbed a different one then got denied service. Work on your customer service please. I can’t imagine how much money you lose with those terrible women at the cashier.
This souvenir shop is right in the middle of Fremont street and it was the best by far. The little hidden jewel inside this shop is the freezer right by the checkout. They have these flavored pops like Mem-Pops or Dipstickle here in Memphis. Some of the best flavors. Like cappuccino, pineapple coconut, pistachio, avocado. Creams and Fruit flavors. These are the cheapest treat on the Fremont strip. A little over a buck. And by the way We did buy some over the top actual souvenirs.
Some Loss Prevention guy accused me of shoplifting a cup a while ago, it was pretty funny.
Left my charger at home. They had one for 5.99It didnt work. Just got hot and didnt charge my itemThe lady at the counter pointed at a sign on the wall when I went to get it replaced. The sign reads no refunds no exchanges
Its a glorified 99 cent store.
Me and my boyfriend were buying some gifts there. My boyfriend put his phone on the cashier just to take his wallet to pay. He accidentally forgot the phone on the cashier, but before we leave the place he noticed and we came back, less than 1min later. When we came to ask to the saleswoman, she was extremely rude and aggressive and didnt try to help us. She started saying that wasnt her, but we didnt even suggested this, which seemed very suspicious. We just asked her if she saw and she turned VERY rude. We wanted to know if she saw something, because was weird because there wasnt nobody behind us at the line.Another saleswoman at the place said she was trying to reach out the guy that supposedly take care of the camera records at the place, and after some minutes she said that the guy wasnt replying her.Weve been to the police and they said we had to wait to go to Court and they have access to the cameras. How we were traveling, we couldnt wait.Of course each person is responsible for their belongings, but this Store was really helpless and one specifically saleswoman, at the cashier, the one who attended us, was VERY RUDE.I hope they can be more helpful with other tourists and more honest too.-Fui com meu namorado comprar alguns souvenirs e ele colocou o celular no Caixa enquanto tirava a carteira.
The best place to shop for gifts for your loved ones. They have everything there. I couldnt decide what to get. Great selection ans variety.
Mr Manager Ill come in to speak to your, employees are putting out bad info, and asking people what their medical issue is a HIPPA violation!
I would like to make a suggestion. When its hot out it would be great if you would sale cold water at the front door. Prices where great purchased a few things.
Very nice cashiers and very big location. Prices are also very reasonable for items there. Although, you have to spend $10. to use a credit card, however, it is well worth it. You will find plenty of deals and items that you cant get for cheap anywhere else.
I had a similar experience as the previous review. My husband and I were paying and my husband placed his wallet on the counter. We provided this cashier with 20 dollars and she was suppose to give us change. However I had received a phone call of an emergency so I stepped off for a second and my husband thought I grabbed the change and his wallet. But I didnt. Now the cashier had our change and his wallet and rather then yelling after him to come back and get it or hey you forgot ur change she just kept quiet and kept all to herself. I called the store to see if they found a wallet the female on the phone hesitated and then said no no nothing here.
Great pricing, larger selection than other gift stores (in fact its huge). The only problem I ran into was an incorrectly rung up sale item, so if you buy something from a clearance rack, make sure it gets entered into the register correctly.
Most horrifying experience in vegas EVER. **Update** Our rush to get downstairs was because my niece was bawling her eyes out at the bottom of the escalator...and apparently he was screaming obscenities at her for taking the escalator without us, when we were trying to figure out how to get my disabled mother downstairs.**My mother who recently suffered a stroke, wanted to take her grandkids souvenier shopping and as they were apparently closing (at 10:45 PM) we get stuck upstairs and everythin ng is blocked off so we had to walk down the escalator. I get to the bottom and try to explain that my disabled mother shouldnt have to walk down the escalator, the security guard Paul jumped off his stairs and screamed in my face in what appeared to be a drug fueled RAGE. A woman employee came and got him out of my face, and my mother, along with her grandchildren were traumatized and horrified. We couldnt believe we experienced such horrifying behavior by a security officer.
Ill be back had a awesome time
2 giant floors packed essentials and souvenirs at reasonable prices.
DO NOT SHOP HERE there are plenty of other gift shops on this strip that sale the same thing. I had a super bad experience here, the “security” followed me around the whole store and I didn’t even realize it till after the fact because I was genuinely shopping looking for souvenirs to take back home. My friend and I left out the store to see what other gift shops had with intentions on coming back if we didn’t find anything at the other ones. As we left out the store the security asked us to come back in the store and of course we were like “for what?” And he asked us to open up our WRISTLET wallet. Which we didn’t have to do but just wanted to see the stupid look on his face. I’ve NEVER felt so humnilated and judged in my life. I will NEVER return to this store again. They are racist and prejudice, spend your money anywhere but here.
