Yasmin is extremely helpful and responsive. While it takes a bit to get your orders, they are a small family owned company so this is expected. They will design a patch for you based on what you want and will create one offs unlike other patch companies which require you to purchase large quantities in order to get them made. I order everything from them!

Patch quality is unmatched and prices are extremely fair. In a pile of patches you can pick out the ones made by reaper patches every time. I will agree with other reviewers in the fact that they are slow to ship, however, I think what makes them slower is the way they run their operation. It is very different from most patch companies where they make you order a minimum of 40-50 patches, they crank them out and to reorder that same patch you have to order another 40-50 patches again. With them making one off patches for a low price with no minimum order its naturally going to take longer. In my opinion its worth the wait.

Great quality patches. Customer service is decent at first but requires continual following up. I’ve made multiple larger orders for my squadron elsewhere due to lack of their follow through and poor communication.I received the wrong name tape on one of my orders a long time back, and they fixed it with no issues.

Very slow with shipping. Was two weeks late from what they originally told me. TERRIBLE customer service. Emailed them many time asking about my product, the times they did respond they were not very clear or helpful. Majority of the time they did not respond at all.

Ordered six standard (non-custom) patches a month ago.....still waiting for them to ship. I’d look elsewhere.
