Minus three stars for the following.$600 to replace a door lock? They charge $158 to come out, plus bill you for $80 per half hour. The tech took two hours to do the work and cost us $600 to replace a LOCK! I was completely unaware of these charges when I mentioned we are a new client. I would have gone somewhere else.We will not use this company ever again! This was the first time and will be my last time!

We switched to using Vortex at my property after not being happy with the previous company. They have been great! All of our jobs are completed in a timely fashion, when ever we call in the customer service is always excellent. We look forward to continue using Vortex for all of our property needs!

Office staff and workers were knowledgeable and professional. I knew they couldnt quote an estimate until after inspecting the faulty door. However, cost to tighten/clean/lubricate the door springs, clean and grease rollers, and identify a broken pulley (1 hr, 15 mins work) was almost $500. This caught my checkbook by surprise! I probably wont use them again.

The problem with large Glass shops like Vortex is they do not have the best customer service. A customer wants to call a service company for help, wants answers. I took my business to a family owned shop. Vortex never gave me a return call.
