We use Innovative Access at the property I work at and whenever we have any issue they are always quick to respond. Delaney is especially helpful and quick to respond and get everything taken care of as soon as possible. Her customer service is always a welcome reprieve from a lot of the other vendors we work with on a daily basis.Again, always a pleasure and highly recommended!

Innovative access control is extremly responsive. The techs are great & Delaney is awesome with the programming requests.

These guya know their gates. Every question waa answered. And very nice. Great service techs. These are the guys to call for youre access control needs.

Used them to fix a gate at my home. When I called to inquire about service they told me a minimum fee of $85, what they did not tell me was that I would be charged for travel time to my home. Had they mentioned this I would have looked elsewhere for service. I have NEVER been charge for travel time from any service provider used. When I called to dispute the travel charge I was told there was nothing they could do. I am okay with paying for the time service was performed 1 1/4 hours but the 30 min travel time is BS!!!!!!!
