Man, this guy Enrique is amazing. Came to the house right away, explained why and what happened. Gave me a list of options of what I should do and didnt cost an arm and a leg. Great service, great prices. What more can you ask for.

Horrible company horrible service. Had an appointment for 9:30. Guy showed up at 8:45. My Saturdays are planned out for a reason, the early arrival was not welcomed and disrespectful. He says his appointment was 8:45- 9 am. BS my wife knows the daily routines and wouldn’t schedule for that time. She also put in her calendar the time 9:30.Walks up and ask what’s the problem. I say did you not see the big dent in the garage door!? He says yes we have been approved to replace. I look at his tore up empty truck and ask “with what”. I could clearly see no door in his truck. He then tells me we have to make another appointment for the instillation. By now I’m pretty heated. (But still willing to use their device.) I say “ok”! Since you’re here could you “hold the button on the other door so I may program it to my car?”. He says he can’t. Ask him “what” (because I couldn’t believe my ears). He repeats “I can’t”. I then I just politely said get the F outta here. Gets in his truck sitting there for 5 plus minutes trying to be menacing. This feels like a threat. So I approach and he begins driving off slowly yelling Spanish profanity at the top of his lungs through my neighborhood! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! It’s a miracle they have a business license.
