Loved the Rolled Iced Cream, Until I tried Rolled Iced Cream Never ever in my life I thought we can add fruits and different flavour in the Plain Iced Cream and can be served Rolled. Amazing idea, loved it

We got the pre-rolled and theres a supposedly shorter line but, on Sunday, they lacked the staff so it wasnt really faster. We were in line about 20 minutes. We got a large for $7.50 and it had 7 flavors. Each flavor is filled separately. It was not hot when we went so ate them before they melted together. But id hate it if theyd melted together so would order differently in summer. The coffee, the mango, strawberry and the birthday cake flavors were the biggest hits (3 of us shared). All 3 thought mango was amazing. Two of us though the coffee was a close second. A 5 year old voted for the birthday cake. The concept is Cold Stone with rolled ice cream. For me, I liked that the flavors dont mix as much since I dont mix foods. But my husband still prefers cold stone. 3 stars instead of 4 is based on the fact that the counters were fully and sticky, the tables outside were also dirty. The ice cream is good but hey need managed better and to clean more.

My party tried the strawberry shortcake (shortcake, strawberries, graham crackers, and housemade cream) and strawberry banana (strawberries, bananas, and housemade cream) rolled ice cream for the first time. Both DELISH. Fresh ingredients you can taste. They mix, mash, and roll the ice cream by hand (hard labor!). Friendly staff (they had 4 workers working the ice slabs), clean parlor, located in a hip location. I will definitely visit again. $6.49 for a large. $5.99 for a small. I would definitely choose this place over Cold Stone and Dairy Queen considering the quality for price point. Enjoy!

The texture is so smooth, like frozen custard, and their flavor combos are plentiful. Id like it more if there were a little more ingredient in each confection, also if the servers put all the concoction into the bowl instead of trashing the last little strip of ice cream.

Was a little confusing walking in, they had a separate line which made for some grumpy people behind us but was definitely cool to see your ice cream rolled infront of you, very cool!!

I didnt understand when i first walked in. There are stations. That is where your creation comes to life! If you are at a loss because of all the different combos, the friendly staff will be more than happy to suggest something. Do not fret, it will come out good!It is cool and clean in there. The two things i would like to work on is the menu placement and i couldnt barely hear the staff. I had to walk back to where the menu was to read it. The glass was like a barrier between me and my creation co-pilot. Besides that, the set-up is pretty simple and flows well.Next time chimney cones. The only thing that kept me from getting that, was that they can only be filled with soft-serve.Everything we ordered came out beautiful and tasty! Our server was a star! We will be back!

This was a unique way to get ice cream (and they have fruits as well)...having it pounded flat and then sliced into rolls. You get to pick your flavor of ice cream, as well as toppings, and watch at a station as they make it into a flat sheet that turns into rolls of ice cream. I didnt feel like I ate too much ice cream (like you do at some places) when eating here, and this is a unique way to deliver it. Be kind and tip the employee who makes yours...as you watch this is pretty labor-intensive, and they arent messing around when making it for you!

Garbage, don’t even have all the items to make their “Flavor of the month”. Not going back. Go to Nelson’s in the same parking lot instead. Should be called half rolled ice cream.

I took my girlfriend here for her first Thai-styled rolled over cream experience. They have an express line where you can choose pre-rolled flavors and a separate line for freshly rolled and custom orders. These guys get pretty busy, but it is well worth the wait.

As you make your order the staff member will gather the items and they will mash it all up together on the cold plate.The cream is mixed in and the magic begins, the ice cream is spread thin and then scraped up into small little rolls hence the name rolled ice cream. I always get the small and it’s plenty enough to enjoy and portion control. We love rolled ice cream and will continue to return for the great experience and flavors.Pumpkin pie during the fall is a dream come true!Rolled ice cream earns five out of five stars.

Drove a long way to enjoy them for the first time. My regular location, Pop N Roll was closed. I keep it simple, I always get chocolate with marshmallows.They refused to put marshmallows in my order. I was shocked. 4 people standing around and not one would add marshmallows lol. It was as if it was contraband.Such a waste of time.

The idea seemed like a strange concept, maybe a bit like Cold Stone, but we were pleasantly surprised by the finished product. Imagine, ice cream made fresh while you watch. Then rolled into a thin serving with goodies inside.

The ice cream is good! Just like advertised on social media, they make the ice cream in front of you, rolled, a d add whipped cream and toppings for you. The staff here was really helpful, too, as it was our first time.

My boyfriend and I went there a half hour before they closed and pretty much had everything cleaned up. It discouraged us to buy anything because we didnt know how long the premade ice cream was left out. Very underwhelmed for my first rolled ice cream experience.

Usually love this place..but the guy didnt put Carmel in my rolled ice cream like I requested. He took it upon himself to put it on top of my rolled icecream (not rolled in it) completely ruined the taste.

I go there often, and every time the experience is enjoyable and the ice cream is yummy! some of the staff are more obviously friendly than others, but regardless of the attitude, what i pay for is usually worth it. i’d highly recommend for a great treat after dinner or a hot summer afternoon.

Initially, youre impressed, but if you keep going you get disappointed and realize its not that great. All new things are amazing, but obviously this place is just a trend. The ingredients are mediocre and loaded with chemicals and besides the milk and fruits nothing is actually fresh. I went here a few times as a treat and always became sick. Something is in their rolled ice that they arent putting on a label. My guess is the preservatives and the artificial coloring...

My review is only for the customer service because I have not officially tried it yet. But on Monday September 25, me and my family went out to get some dinner so we decided to go to beach hut deli. As we were leaving I remembered that the rolled ice cream place was close by and Ive been wanting to try and see what this whole craze was about. Upon walking in, there was not a lot of people in there only 2 people in front of us watching their ice cream getting rolled. We werent greeted or no one acknowledged us that we were in there. There was only 2 workers that I could see, so 2 guys popped out from the back and rang the one girl who was in front me up. The girl who made her ice cream I guess stopped making ice creams and I dont know what she was doing. So theres 1 guy making ice cream for a couple who was also in front of us also. Then 3 people popped out from the back and were just walking back and forth from the front to the back, mind you no one still had acknowledged us, even saying hi we will be with you in a second. I could understand if that place was packed, but it was empty. Just a little disappointed because I really wanted to try it.

It is one of the few ice cream parlors that offers nondairy ice cream. Not only that but they turn the cream into ice cream right before your eyes. Watching them work is kinda like watching Hibachi.

I got an almond rocha rolled ice cream. I liked the experience. It was a clever idea. Overall, the ice cream wasnt the best Ive had or anything though. I found myself wishing it was a creamier ice cream as I was eating it. Maybe thats just not possible when you make ice cream this way and you have to wait for it to get a little melty?Overall, it wasnt bad or anything. It just wasnt something Ill go out of my way to back again for.

I have been to this establishment 3 times and this last experience left a sour taste in my mouth. This occurred on 11/26 around 9pm. The girl saw us walking in and instantly barked at my boyfriend and I that there is only one person that can make ice cream right now and that it will be a long wait. (We were the only ones who were there till a couple walked in.) I asked for a s’mores made with chocolate and the girl rolled her eyes and started making. Huffing and puffing. You could hear and see her annoyance. She tried handing it to me without toppings. When I asked for them she signed very loudly and rolled her eyes again. After finishing she asked if my bf wanted anything. He said no which was odd. I asked him when we were in the car and it was because he was extremely pissed. The customer service we received was absolutely terrible and she should really go through customer service training. Left very unsatisfied.

When I went here I noticed that one of the girls who worked there was under the influence of something. She was making my ice cream when I noticed she was high . It really made it feel like an unsanitary and uncomfortable place. She was a young white girl with reddish purple hair and a stud on her nose . Over all this place seems dirty and not so good .

Even though the line was long the employees were very fast probably waited 5 min with 10 people ahead of us. Delicious and great customer service!
