Super yummy! First time there and it was a good time. Ordered the cotton candy burrito it was big. Glad we ordered one and split it and a couple ice cream rolls. The taco waffle was tasty too. Customer service was great amd very helpful. Will come back again. Good time.

While visiting Vegas we stopped by Creamberry. We wanted to try the Rocket which is the giant cotton candy, Halo Halo, Sunrise drink and the cotton candy burrito. Service was great, but the workers needed more than just 2 people there as there was a constant line of people. They worked as fast as the could and didnt wait too long. The sweets were well worth the visit.

Greatest place ever! A cotton candy lovers dream come true! I had the cotton candy burrito before and it is the best thing! This time I got the cotton candy rocket and whoa I was in heaven! If you love cotton candy as much as I do you have got to visit Creamberry! By the way they also have excellent ice cream and other sweet treats! Creamberry is awesome! 🙌

We went due to my wife seeing this place on social media.It was decent bit super pricey. It is definitely over rated and gimmicky. It taste like the ice cream I get from national chains, so if you are going there to experience unique taste, don’t.My kids had the rolled cotton candy thing. They said it was okay. I tried it, and it was not really good.Again, it’s a catchy cool looking gimmick.

The customer service was great and the creations are kind of insane. But theyre really good and will make you something thatll have no problem putting you in a sugar coma!

Wow what a variety of toppings, exotic ice cream flavors, smoothies and much more! When we went it was extremely busy. Everything is well put together. The atmosphere is nice and modern. A lot of art on the walls and ceiling. You maybe featured on their wall if you post a picture to Instagram and tag them. The staff was doing their best during the rush Im sure, but there were at least a few customers I witnessed who had wrong or missing orders. They were polite enough however and attempted to make things right for those that were not pleased right off. Our order was correct. Many families bring their children here so there tends to be a wait and big orders. Well worth it though. We will return. The Pitaya Smoothie Bowl is everything....it gave me life!

Great desserts, they mix up the order one time, and left out some ingredients when we asked for our order to go. Its pricey but in a great location and perfect for a hot day. They need to open their seating for patrons in the lobby to enjoy their desserts .

Loved the shave ice, it was large and had lots of good toppings and excellent flavor. The root beer float and wafo taco were disappointing, especially the wafo taco. It was small and didnt have nearly enough toppings or drizzle. The float was fine, just underwhelming. Staff was pleasant! Also, only two employees so there was quite a wait that having one more person could have eliminated. For $27 for three desserts, more staff and proper portions are a fair expectation.

My 13 year old daughter has been looking for a place that makes cotton candy ice cream burritos for almost 2 years. She was thrilled to find this place while we were in Las Vegas. She got the cotton candy burrito with cotton candy ice cream and sprinkles. It was great! Tasty and colorful. She gave half of her burrito to our 83 year old grandma and Grandma loved it. The store was filled with many other menu items that looked interesting and everything looked tempting.

We ordered our ice cream at 8 and didn’t receive the final order until 8:50!! They were unclear about the wait saying it was 20 minutes for rolled options and burritos making it seem that the other items had less wait. My order was wrong and they completely forget to make my daughters cotton candy until I finally said something 40 minutes later. There are 3 different menus which made ordering confusing. The food looks cool but it’s nothing s special and definitely not worth the wait

Second time coming here. The girl working the register was rude and curt with us AND the group that came in 20 minutes later. My boyfriend got the rolled ice cream and it took 30 minutes for us to get that and my two scoops of ice cream (the menu says it takes 15 minutes and there was a lull after we ordered). His smores rolled ice cream tasted completely bland and I had the same problem with my mint chip and cookie dough ice cream. For the first time ever, I didnt like the taste of the cookie dough and when my boyfriend tried it, he had to spit it into a napkin. I dont understand how they could mess up so many things but Im not coming back here.Tldr: Overpriced, bland ice cream, rude employees, long wait times.

The kids loved this experience! Pretty expensive though so definitely not a regular kid date. They got cotton candy burritos - only 1 flavor of ice cream & the cotton candy flavors are random. But they all finished their halfs!Would have given more stars if the kids got to pick more than 1 flavor ice cream (even if for an extra fee). Seems like a silly rule to never be allowed to put more than 1 flavor in.But the portions are huge!

Come to Creamberry for the creativity and a fresh approach to cold desserts. It was a fun and interesting experience. The menu and overall decor is a little overwhelming at first so I’d suggest scoping out their instagram first to get a good idea of what you’re looking for.It was crowded with not much seating and service was a little slower a normal ice cream shop but I guess that’s to be expected with the products they are putting out.

The person who helped us tonight was very friendly. I got the halo halo and it was amazing! Whoever came up with adding rice crispies to shaved ice is a genius. There were so many different flavors and textures in the cup, plus the ube ice cream on top. Loved it!

First time here! Food gets 5 stars but customer service gets 3... so I split the difference. My wife and I loved our ice cream but the employees seem like they could care less. Very instagramable food for sure! And it tasted amazing. Definitely give it a try... just dont expect a warm welcome. Also, perfection takes time. Give yourself some.

Love this place! Have come quite a few times when friends come to Vegas to visit. I always take them here because its off the strip, free parking and a safe area! Their cotton candy is always a must have. Side note: if you are wanting the rocket cotton candy, be prepared to wait 40 plus minutes for them to spin it! Its huge but will be gone in a matter of 5 minutes or less! So delicious though!!!

This place was awesome, and has so much to choose from. Theres macaroons to ice cream, to pita bowls, drinks, rolled ice cream. Ice cream burritos,etc.. we ordered all kinds of items to try and they were all great, the kids had a blast. Definitely recommend this place. And prices are not high. I ordered the cotton candy burrito, best burrito Ive ever had. I am for sure coming back here on my birthday since you can get the same burrito but triple the size.

I always find myself wanting a Creamberry closer than this location. There are many snacks and things to get here that would satisfy the whole family, it is quite expensive though but if you go every once in a while it’s worth it. We had a lot of the things they have including the waffle cone thing, ice cream, the cotton candy burrito and the macarons. The macarons were very cute but they were overwhelmingly sweet and they weren’t quite the right texture, but everything else was delightful! The staff weren’t super excited or friendly but they were nice enough.

I give this one star because even though their desserts may be good, the process to acquire them was more difficultly that it needed to be. The menu has what seems like over 100 items with it being hard to figure out what you want. Then once you finally order I had to wait for 50 minutes! Many people before me have up or receive something they didn’t order. Improvement is needed...

Was drawn in by the cotton candy burrito. It it did not disappoint. It was a good size. The flavor was good. I also got the strawberry shaved ice, and that was also great. It was shaved ice topped off with ice cram surrounded by strawberry jello, boba burst, and strawberries. Everything came out very quickly. Even when I was quoted 15 minutes for the burrito.

So good. Recommend if you find yourself in Vegas and not overly busy and off the strip.

I never waited so long for ice-cream. I got my cone, then had to wait an additional 20 minutes before the person I went with got her ice-cream cone! I stood there waiting, watching my ice-cream melt, so we could enjoy our dessert together. Not worth the effort!

Fun ice cream place with crazy creative concoctions! Try the Halo Halo Sundae, which is the ice cream version of a sweet Filipino treat. Or, if you have about 30 mins to spare order and then watch them make a cotton candy burrito with ice cream.

Cream berry is an amazing place for everyone! Unfortunately their cotton candy machine isn’t working and they will have they’re new one arrives in a week. But I got the “puff waffle” ( it’s HUGE ) with cotton candy flavored ice cream and sour belts as the topping for $7.25 but extra chocolate chips costs $0.50 and my mom got “ Let That MANgo “ rolled ice cream and she thought it was ok but I tried it and I loved it. Hers costs $6.50I would totally recommend this place

Great place for ice cream lovers! I enjoyed my halo halo rolled ice cream so much! The service here was excellent as well. They let us know when ordering how long it would take to get our order, which at that time was 25 minutes... only took about 15, though (which is the right way to do things in my opinion - estimate high so I can make a “worst case” decision and then surprise me with faster)! The dessert was delicious!My partner also got their burrito which is rolled up in cotton candy! It was good too, but had the wrong choices for ingredients if you ask me - but they were perfect for my partner!We will definitely be back as we really enjoyed the experience and atmosphere along with delicious fresh ingredients. Loved it!

2018: The cuteness of everything in this shop distracted me for a good five minutes...But then the amount of time I had to wait just to be able to place an order almost turned our first experience into our one and only. The team of two were working on filling the orders for the other 3 tables currently waiting so they would not take our order 😒 I wanted to try their toast box and was informed it would take 15mins and was advised that most people call their order in prior to coming in which I wouldnt know since its our first trip 🤔 We ended up ordering a scoop of chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone, strawberry slush and ube ice cream with cream puff. They were delish! 😍 Definetely worth the wait...we will be coming again and I will call ahead to place our orders 👍🏻2021: Timing is everything! We came in (party of 14) and the place was empty. But as they were working on our order, the line quickly grew. Due to COVID, they are not allowing for dine in but do have a couple of tables and chairs set up outside. It was a Thursday night and they only had a team of two who were working as swiftly as possible to fill orders. I was able to order the Nutella Toast Box this time, yummy! Such a huge serving, meant to be shared by two.

Tried this for the first time with my wife and son, and I was very impressed. Extremely unique but delicious menu. So many things we wanted to try, but we went with a scoop of cotton candy and a taro snow with mochi and jelly. Definitely recommend this spot for a unique and delicious experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as well.

It was fun to go and get a treat. Lots of yummy sweet treats to choose from. You can order custom treats or pre-designed ones. Kind of small shop, it gets kind of squishy in there. Cashier gives you a warning of how long it will take to make certain items. For example he told us the burrito may take 25 minutes and the honey toast 15. We got everything in about 15 minutes. We werent in a rush anyways and we checked out the shop next door while we waited. We went on a Friday night around 9pm and it wasnt too busy, but Im assuming the wait times could be long during busier occasions.

My dessert look amazing when I first go it, but I spent over 50min just waiting for the rest of my childrens and wifes deserts (4 desserts total). After about 40min, I saw them grab my ticket order and just toss it out. Thats when I brought it up to the staff. I recommend placing an order on the phone or on postmates 30min before the expected time of arrival. That way you enjoy your sweet treat fresh and fast.

Unique ice cream place with endless options. There were a few table and chairs inside. Outside seating was also available. The table and chairs were clean and not sticky. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have an extensive menu which can be a little intimidating for your first visit. There were pictures of a few of the items on the wall from previous customers. The bathroom was stocked and clean as well. My kids loved it, so did our family from out of town. We tried everything from the regular scoops of ice-cream to the milkshakes, we even tried 3 different cotton candy burritos. I would definitely recommend this place for a completely unique ice-cream experience.

Cotton Candy Burrito. If you like cotton candy, you will love this. It’s a lot and you should probably share it. It’s really pricey, $14. Tons of ice cream flavors and toppings to choose from and add on.

This is one of my favorite desert places in LV. We didnt have a lot of this stuff in WA so Ive been dipping my toes in pretty hard here. Theres a lot of low grade stuff and there are always basic ice cream parlors like Baskin Robbins and Cold Stone. This place is several notches above those. My favorite is the puff waffle with chocolate ice cream and toppings. Its very good and probably horrible for my blood sugar. Their ice cream is a notch above and all of the toppings and other serving options are cool and delicious.

Waited an hour for a chocolate shake while three people behind me got their orders first. Then I got the bottom of the barrel chocolate ice cream which tasted sour. Worste experience ever! Teach your employees how to manage orders and get them out.

We love coming here simply because of their extremely unique offerings. If you just want plain ice cream, this wouldnt be my first choice, but if youre looking for out of the ordinary ice cream and dessert options, I would absolutely recommend this place.

There were 3 people in front of me. I should not have waited more than 30 minutes. The ice-cream wasnt even that good. Basket Ribbins has better ice-cream. Overall, i rate this experience 2 stars!

And IT WAS AMAZING!!!We ordered a few items, the burrito(with taro ice cream), the rocket, mango slush with strawberry boba, watermelon slush with kiwi, and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. And everything was amazing. The burrito I thought would be too sweet, and it wasn’t it was just right. I thought the rocket cotton candy would be too sweet, and it was not disappointing at all. It was very tasty.On their website it mentioned these items had a bit of a wait time. But we didn’t wait more than 10 mins to get our order.
