I have actually been interested in going here for a few weeks because of looking at Yelp, and we finally got to check this place out!The staff were super duper nice, and were really quick with getting our order! The vibe inside seemed very kid friendly, and chill, especially because of the Nickelodeon playing on the huge flat screem TV (I loved Spongebob as a kid, who doesnt?)Anyways as some know, I love food that look perfect in pictures, and from looking at the photos on Yelp, this place seemed to be perfect for that with their dole whip swirls. However I was a bit let down because the middle part of the machine that swirls the two flavors together was broken on the machine that had the two flavors I wanted which was the Mango and Strawberry. This wasnt that big of a problem though because I still got a gorgeous pic of the food of the two flavors side by side, and if Im being honest, I probably got more dole whip than if it was a swirl.I really loved every single flavor. All of the flavors were really bold and bright, and you could really taste each flavor as if a flavor bomb exploded in your mouth. The chocolate was creamy and rich, the strawberry was mild and lucious, the mango was smooth and tangy, and the cherry was nice and tart! Each flavor really was unique! They were slighlty on the sweet side though, but everything was still delicious.The one negative thing though that I really noticed and kind of bothered me was the cleanliness of the inside. To me, everything just seemed really dirty, like I didnt want to sit down in the neon green chairs because there was a lot of dirt and grime. I really dont know what it was though, but I just thought it was a little tol dirty for my liking, but overall everything was really good starting from the service to the dole whips!

An amazing Pineapple and Mango very fresh and smooth. Close to home it’s always a refreshing end to the day. The staff is quick and pleasant to deal with.

They have Dole Whip... That makes them awesome!They also have Thrifty ice cream... This makes them awesome!I dug it here! The young girl that helped me was named Robin & she was very friendly. She helped me to settle on the pineapple upside down which was terrific! It was pineapple Dole Whip, with tons of pineapple chunks, a bit of cherry juice & a cherry on top. It was fantastic!! She also gave me samples of the mango Dole Whip & the POG (passion fruit, orange, & guava) Dole Whip. That was fantastic as well!If you dig Dole Whip I would highly recommend this place!! For sure!! I will return!!

It’s hard to find Dole Whip that tastes as good as it does when you’re in Hawaii, but Pineapple Park has managed to knock it out of the, well, park! They have six different flavors of Dole Whip (including the delicious original pineapple), crepes, waffles, boba, and more. I had a pineapple and strawberry Dole Whip and my husband had an Island Cheesecake Crepe. Both were delicious! No need to wait for the weather to warm up, these delicious desserts hit the spot any time of year!

First time trying this place and loved it!! I got the mango sorbet and my boyfriend got the mango pineapple.

One of our favorite places in Vegas! We go regularly. The selection is great. All the Dole Whip flavors are delicious and have a great texture. The staff are friendly and kind.

I Love this place!!! Fabulously delicious with a variety of amazing goodies to choose from! Very cool hip trendy and adorable place! Customer service was impeccable too!!!! I had to share!!! Now this is one of my favorite hot spots!!!! It’s a must do!!!

Customer service was awesome. The server encouraged my daughter to try as many flavors she wanted until she chose her favorite. Ice cream was very good and the prices were very reasonable. There was a good selection of ice cream, dole whips, teas, and smoothies

Absolutely delicious!

With the Las Vegas heat this place is such a great treat. Location is in a nice shopping plaza with lots of parking. The dole whip is just like how it is in Disneyland minus the super long lines . They serve a variety of flavors for the dole soft serve items. They also carry dip n dots, thrifty ice cream and assorted crepes to order. Only thing that went wrong was my pineapple spear, I did not realize that I did not get one till after I was finished . Other than that super chill place to hang out .

This place was amazing! Robin at the front was so sweet and so helpful. Atmosphere was light and happy dessert is delicious and refreshing. I definitely found a new spot to visit when I’m in town!

Got good vegan ice cream soft serve. The positions have gotten smaller over the years and sometimes inconsistent but its still good. Just glad there is vegan soft serve somewhere!!

Is it ever open???The menu looks yummy and for 4 weeks now I have been very excited to go there. I can only allow myself to indulge once a week, which happens on Saturdays. So for 4 Saturdays in the row I have tried to visit your location. It was closed every time. Today I called to make sure that the store closes at 10 pm. I came over at 8pm and the store was shut down. There was a sign be back in 5. 30 min. Later there was no one there still. So I am wondering when are you actually open? Because I do want to visit and try your product. Also why do emploees feel the need to close down the shop? Do you not have restrooms there? Do all your employees take lunch at the same time? Do they really need to leave the establishment? Because in my experience unless its an emergency, you never close down the store. And this is literally happening every Saturday now. By the way there were 6 other women waiting for the employee to return. So you lost 8 customers today because your employee took it upon him/herself to leave.

Great desserts for a quick stop or those of us with a sweet tooth. Where else can you get Dole Whip and Thriftys ice cream all in the same place? Im from California, the only place I can get Dole whip is Disneyland, so this was a treat. They let us sample flavors before buying which really helped since they have tons of options! I love how they have boba, ice cream, crepes, toppings, and fruit/frozen fruit. Ill be coming back every time Im in town. Non-dairy options available, love it. Staff was helpful and friendly, which was the cherry on top.

I came in and waited in line behind two teenage girls. The teenage girl behind the counter was more concerned with friends that were hanging out in the back than helping customers. She helped the teenage girls. After acknowledging me as a customer she excused herself to go into the back. She stayed in the back to see friends. Even after the friends left the employee stayed in the back. I ended up leaving and the guy behind me in line ended up leaving.

BEWAREDaughter went with her best friend to enjoy a dole whip. She decided to get me my favorite ice cream, at the moment.....circus cookie. She ended getting a pint which I almost choked at what she paid. Yes its thriftys ice cream but they over charge for it. Especially when I get the same ice cream at a gas station up the street for half the price. When I went to eat it it had a old taste like its been sitting plus these nasty gooey clumps which is not part of this ice cream. Never had this problem from the other place I go. Bad experience.

Had a banana foster crepe, great favour, terrible crepe. The crepe was doughy and tough, maybe the griddle was cold when they started it? needs more whip cream,Wont be going back for a crepe!

Portions arent nearly what they used to be. They look like they are, but its a shell of swirl with nothing in the middle. Still, Dole Whip is awesome.

The service was real bad.. not once did I see the 2 girls behind counter wash there hands after serving and handling the money.. argued with my mother and I, cause they over charged us.. and for place like this to serve frozen yogurts etc was pretty much out of alot of stuff.. we will not be returning there

Real Dole soft serve, fruits and juices are used here so authentic is the word. They also have thrifty ice cream for other treats!

One of the only places in Vegas that I could find Dippin Dots! Unfortunately, they almost never answer their phones and service is a bit slow, but other than that everything is delicious, especially their crepes!
