I’ve always wanted a Costco’s Membership! My husband surprised me a few weeks ago and got me one! I love how cleans Costco’s is! It has so much stuff and useful stuff! The process to get my membership card was so easy and simple! All the workers at the counter were so nice! There weren’t any long lines at all which is so nice! Fresh fish, fresh meat, great liquor deals! I’m in heaven! The only think I didn’t enjoy was that they don’t accept MasterCard! But I got over it quickly!!

I spend 78.27 for lobster tails at Costco, when I back home I feel it was lighter than what I get, then I put it on the scale, it’s half pound lighter. I thought it maybe my scale problem, then I try on my buttermilk powder, come out it’s right(10.37 pound). After all this, I bring back receipt and pictures that I post below. Manager come out, he was so mean, tell me they’re useing FDA scale, it’s my scale problem… and I show he the buttermilk 10 pound picture. And he’s yelling at me said it doesn’t matter, keep said it’s my scale problem… I don’t want argue with him, decide just walk away. So, Please everybody keep your eyes on your seafood purchasing, I know I’m not the only one having this problem! Very bad experience! 😡

I used to have membership for Costco for longest time but since the Covid, I didnt extend my membership because it ALWAYS TOO CROWDED and not feeling very safe.I went on Online today(11/3/21) to renew my membership so I can purchase the things I was looking for, but NONE of the Items I want is available :-(My friend in California recommended me about the items, but what she can find in California Costco, I can NOT find it Online or here at the Summerlin LAS VEGAS location. In my opinion, Costco shouldnt stock the items in the first place if you werent going to keep it up and have it available other locations as well.From my previous experiences of many many years,quite often, Costco NEVER seemed to have STOCK THE SAME ITEMS continuously, and the PRICES are keep getting HIGHER each time I was shopping there.Also, people who wants to purchase a fewer quantities or smaller amount, should have choice to do so and, SHORTER CHECK OUT LINEs for those with a fewer items instead of making them waiting line forever.People are paying HIGH MEMBERSHIP FEES to purchase quality items, availability, and good services but apparently NOT!From a VERY DISAPPOINTED customer.In Las Vegas

I love Costco, so I may be biased. Lived for 15 years in Seattle area and used the Costco next to their Corporate Headquarters as my sole store. It was always well cared for and clean, but the one here is even better. Always clean and organized. They do run out of regular items often, but the volume of customers here is very high. Staff is nice and I have never had an issue. Their return policy is best in the retail world!

Not sure what kind of idiots are giving this place five stars. First, forget about ever getting gas here unless you want to wait an hour. Second, forget about shopping here; the line for gas makes it impossible to even get in the parking lot. If Costco valued its customers they would build another location. I actually cancelled my membership today. I will say, at least they refunded me for the whole year.

As a store Costso is great no issues there. However, their optical department needs some customer service refreshers. Arliss who answered the phone was not very helpful. I wanted to ask about a contact brand and see if it was available to purchase at their location. I was out of them and I needed a pair ASAP. She really didn’t seem to care for my questions, was bothered by me having multiple questions (2), and proceeded to place me on hold without asking me if I could wait. She eventually comes back on the line and justifies her rudeness with “I’m helping you and two other customers. Is that it for questions.” I understand it’s busy and perhaps she’s overwhelmed, but there’s no need to be rude to someone who is simply asking two questions and will shortly leave you to tend to the other customers in front of you. Will continue to purchase everything online as their customer service skills continue to decline. Very unfortunate experience, I really liked going to Costco.

Costco is a great place to shop and a great company to work for and literally like a theme park for grown ups who wants some retail therapy!The only knock I can think of is that its too damn crowded! For all those above reasons....

My favorite store anywhere in the country. Youre staying with friends, its better to stock up on the Good foods at Costco and cook at home other than try to go out in most places these days

Always busy, but I love to shop at Costco every now and then. Im a browser when I go, which drives my husband crazy, but one needs to check for new items they may be carrying. Since there are certain things that I want to purchase there, I may even have to look for them. I think its Costcos game called Find Where We Put It!!! Like on this trip, I never found personal wipes! Now wouldnt you think they would still be in the toilet tissue/paper products area? Not this time, and I looked twice, plus in the aisles next to those. That is just one example.Well, we did find enough to spend $300+. My poor husband had to go to the food court as soon as we got there and get something to eat, a slice of pizza. Then when I was about 2/3 of the way through the store, he had quit and went to sit down. Finally, he just came and told me time to go! I was still looking for a couple things we needed, but oh well!!! I just went off to look for something, so then he got to pay. Never did find what I wanted either!Oh my, I do love Costco! ❤️🥰. So many things to look at and buy!

This is NOT ok Costco. The portions are dramatically shrinking and the prices rise every time I come back! Just look at the jar of mangos I buy here. An entire pound less for a higher price! Grrr. I used to buy avocados here for $4.99 a bag but after throwing them out twice because they never ripened and tasted AWFUL when they did, I really won’t buy them now at $7.99 a bag. Shopping elsewhere from now on.

An amazing wholesale warehouse for its club members… with almost everything you need for your household, like: produce, flowers, pharmacy, butcher, groceries, clothing, shoes, Jewlry, PC’s, season decor, furniture, gas pumps, … & much more … the only thing is missing is diesel at the gas pumps… they do not offer that yet… maybe soon!!

This place used to be great. Their staff was friendly and professional. Nowadays you arent even greeted nor thanked at the register. My cashier today looked like he was not having it (I was going to mention him by name but Im not that type of person)... and most of their staff is the same way. The only guy who keeps being amazing is Rick at the door. That guy is always attentive and professional. I hope management can show leadership and guidance to their team.. show them is about the customers too. Mostly about the customers

I just want to let the manager know that the old lady who took our order at the food court cashier is so mean and has a attitude. I respect her because shes old but i just want to let you know to fix your customer service miss, this old lady named AMANDA. And you guys working in food area please wear a good uniform.

I’m 8 months pregnant and shopping at a big box store can be difficult when walking and lifting is considered an Olympic event. The staff here is so helpful with helping me load items into my car and loading things into on checkout conveyor belt. I really appreciate the staff for being so accommodating and helpful during this last month of my pregnancy.

Love going to Costco. They always have the rarest items you cant find anywhere else. Plus their bakery selections are to die for!

Costco is my favorite store ever. It is hard to beat their prices and nobody has a better return policy. If you just need a little of something this is not the place to go.

It is always a nice experience buying at this location. Regardless its very busy you can go in and out in no time. They are very organized and fast.

Absolutely a great shopping experience. Literally you can pick up just about any and everything from food, clothes, wine/Spirits, household items, tech items, produce, cleaning, furniture, office, pharmacy, bakery and more...I love it and this is a great location.

I cannot help myself..I LOVE Cosco. Great gas prices, the quality of the food is amazing, the selection of random stuff is great and the staff is so nice. It is worth joining. I dont know why I waited so many years to join!!

Costco is great! The only downside, the only complaint I have about Costco, is the lines; lines to checkout and lines for gas. But it saves about 20¢per gallon on gas, so it’s worth it to me to wait in the line.

I went to Pharmacy and had to stand on the side because the cashier does not know Costco policy. A manager came down I guess cleared me for my purchase. The cashier then asked if I could buy two. Making my visit very uncomfortable. She called more managers three men came downstairs. Because she was losing her cool. . . It doesnt seem like she works well under pressure and honestly there was no pressure. . . I was able to make my purchase but I had a very uncomfortable time. . . Manager Buddy and Mark knows this

About two weeks back- I was at the checkout counter, I realized that I did not have my Costco card as my husband was using it for the gas . I told the clerk that I don’t have the card, can I use other Visa card or can you put it aside . She did it politely, when my husband approached me with card, the same clerk got my stuff back, with smiling face she checked me out, everything was smooth sailing . Great and pleasant experience at Costco.

Love coming to Costco! They always have the rarest items that no other stores sell but at a good price also.

Great store always fully stocked, slight issue with a cell phone but it wasnt Costcos fault a computer problem.

I’ve been an Executive Member for almost 3 years now. Apart from the fact that my membership pays for itself every year since; their return policy is excellent. It gives me confidence when purchasing big ticket items.Never have had an issue with customer service or any issue for that matter!! Clean store!!

I love shopping here but really looking for gallon Bestfoods mayonnaise and Aloha shoyu especially chocolate pandas and gallon. I hope it has to do with shipping and availability.

Very convenient location. Enough parking space. Gas station is busy but worth the points and occasional discounts. In the shop, they always have snacks as a promotion, you won’t be bored while shopping around. Customer service is very efficient. Refund for returns is fast and without a hustle in my experience.

My husband usually does the Costco shopping for our family but I decided to do it today. As usual, the parking lot is a zoo and inside isnt much better. I appreciate that I get more bang for my buck at Costco and they generally have a good selection of the items I need. I found a few items that I had seen on Instagram and the ads so I was happy that they were available when I went in. The store was well stocked but it did seem as though they were pushing more product than usual leaving some areas of the store not as shoppable. Other than that, I wish they would accept more than just Visa.

The best Costco in Las Vegas…… Without question, and a staff that does not match to any COSTCO’s in all the Las Vegas. Way to go Summerlin COSTCO employees, you’re the best.

Costco has been my go to store for more than 30 years. I always buy my gas there while Im shopping for other things. I usually go there twice a month. They make me happy.

We really like this store. We visit about 4 times a year. Great prices on medicine. Lots of items not available anywhere else. Employees are so helpful. I lost a personal item and they located it for me.

Wow. Disneyland for the shopper .Best Prime beef in Las Vegas, fork tender. Gotta love the raw Cashews($20.89) for 2lb 8oz..Einstein bagels ( 2 for $5.99) 12 bagels, are you kidding meAnd a 3lb tub of Cream Cheese ($8.29) enough for 12 bagels and a cheesecake, oh YUM.. How bout those gaint crisp sweet green grapes ($5.29). Vine ripe tomatoes ($5.99) 4 lbs. untouched by the many thousands of their customers. Great for salads. BLTs or anything your heart desires. Are they delicious.

Well stocked but this Costco is ALWAYS jam packed no matter what day of the week.

As usual Costco is great for family size purchases. I would advise to go during the week early afternoon is not that busy and everything goes fast.

I purchase 2 pair of eye glasses. One for driving and one for computer/reading at an extreme value along with some soups I have been searching for. I am a very happy shopper

I must admit, the store looks great. I like the produce section and the bakery section. Not sure if its me, but it seemed at lot pricier than their competitors.

I have no idea where to begin. This is just one of the wise experiences. I legitimately would expect of lesser store but not from Costco. When I say this place was packed thats an understatement. It was so packed that first problem the bathroom was blocked. I would have had to walk all the way back outside and come in the other door just to get to the bathroom. I managed to get a team member to move so I could get through to go to the bathroom. Thats the first picture that you see there. Well the second one. Then you get into the bathroom and its just a nightmare. Theres literally toilet paper and paper towels every where. Format about navigating the store. The staff members were few and far between for actual assistance. Not to mention the food vendors were rude. One lady snapped at me go 6 grabbing some hummus. Fast forward to finally getting to check out and I find I cant even use self check out because I only have cash. Then I have to wait in some ridiculously long line. The only highlight was at the lady offered to bag my stuff. to be honest this location is the closest to me and the easiest to get to by bus but Id rather go out my way and take multiple buses to go somewhere else. It only takes me one bus to get there. I would advise going to any Costco but this one.

We bought a couch on July 3rd which required help from multiple employees. I apologize I did not think at the time to look at names, but everyone from the gentleman that came over to help us with the 2 HUGE boxes initially, however, there were no more on the floor. He took the time to locate it for us, since we had called prior to arriving to be sure that the location had it in stock. After a couple of minutes it had been found and required additional help...the HUGE boxes were high up, almost to the rafters in the back of the store. We went back by where the cases of water are and within a couple minutes, two employees had the area around the item blocked off and around the corner came a forklift. The 2 HUGE boxes were loaded onto our flat cart and to the front we went. Nice gentleman helped us our with the self scan (2nd checkout from the left, all the way at the end) and a supervisors signature. Upon exiting a very nice lady (name started with a T) asked if we needed help out with getting the boxes into the car. I replied Yes she rang a little bell and immediately 2 gentleman came over to help.The couch is great, we love it! I would like to give a BIG HUGE SHOUT OUT & THANK YOU to all the employees that helped with the process of our purchase...yall are rockstars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We love costco. Been going for about 20 years. I buy all my meat there, and many other staples. We even buy furniture and computers there. Great quality and affordable.

The gas line was quick and the prices of gas per gallon was cheaper by .50 cents than any other gas station.

This place has some of the rudest customers Ive EVER seen. The employees here handle it with amazing service and unflinching support. They deserve all the hugs, raises, medals, EVERYTHING! The place is clean, many great products, and the layout was effectively designed for mass crowds.

They have the best prices but their inventory sometimes is not complete.

The Summerlin Costco is a ZOO....So ridiculously busy...and the traffic around the Gas area is insane.Sorry, .....if you can go to the Decatur Costco....its soooooooo much nicer, of an experience on your nerves....its WAYYYYYYY worth the effort.🥴🧔🥴

I went to ask for a price adjustment and I didn’t realize I had purchased the item over 30 days ago. The supervisor rejected my return and spoke down to me as if I was trying to steal the item. I won’t be back to this Costco. It is unfortunate because I do the vast majority of my shopping here to support well paying jobs. But, I will just take my business to another Costco. Henderson Costco’s customer service has always treated me well.

Extremely crowded long wait for cashiers. Expect 30-45 min wait time. They desperately need two more stores to accommodate the customers to help with the overcrowding. Your hunt for parking is also time consuming. It is getting ridiculous.

Just picked up some flooring (48 boxes).. asked the nice door person at the greeter/door that we needed help loading flooring and she said grab a flatbed and someone will meet us back there.... very nice associate arrived a few minutes later. She loaded our 48, had another associate push to check out. Another nice associate helped load into the car. Seamless, kind, professional.... 10/10 experience!!! Wish they could have helped me at home to unload!!!

Perhaps the hardest to get into Costco on the planet . I will never complain about the one in Eastlake ca where I live again. Lines are long traffic is horrible and if I lived in Vegas I would never go . Took 30 minutes to check out .

At self-check out the lady came through and hand scanned our big items cause she had time. Store was very clean and organized. Staff seem to move with a safe and steady flow, even in heavy traffic areas! Quick visit for a busy store

I enjoy going to Costco. They have good products and a nice variety. You cant beat the gas prices either. You have to practice self control or youll have a $500 + shopping experience. We average about $200 per trip. The only issue is its too busy and that makes social distancing a bit challenging. As a side note the coffee grinder at the Henderson store is better than the one at the Summerlin store. Enjoy!

Costco is great. My parents owned a restaurant and an Asian grocery store. So Costco was a staple. Now I shop here for my household and I do have to be careful not to over shop. For many things Costco is great if you go through that kind of quantity. I lost buy fruits and meat here.

Always clean, stocked and well organized. Staff is friendly. Excellent imported cheese selection! Wine lovers get to choose from tons of labels & varieties.

Big store good selection be early when they open else you will have lots of fun trying to get a parking spot thats reasonably close.

Costco is awesome! If you can overlook the industrial/warehouse vibe, you will find a lot of great things. Hairdryers! Clothing! Fresh produce! Organic pasta! Enormous bags of chips! And my personal favorite -- RICE RAMEN. *Delicious* (and fancy). [A photo is below!]If you wear glasses or contacts, you can save A LOT of money in their Optical Department. Seriously, new glasses cost HALF of what they did elsewhere.And their computers/electronics/appliances are a really good deal.Costco - go for the adventure! Learn patience as people with zero sense of personal space navigate giant carts. Its all worth it. Really!! :)

Everyone loves costco. Indeed, I am the executive member for over a decade. I am so loyal that I even got their credit card for many years. I know that most of the staff there are rude, but costco has a lot of good deals. Therefore, I kept going. Today was the first time I bought large bulk items from costco. Assistant general manager Buddy was very rude and grumpy. Sales representative didnt give clear instructions as to how to load and make payment. It was a mess. Normally, we gave them a pass because they were busy and understaffed. But Buddy did not show any respect to his customer. If the manager is unhelpful, how can you make sure the rest of the team are? If need help for something, try to get Jenn. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She usually works in the back though. A big shoutout for the loading team in the back. Next time if I have a bulk order, I will definitely buy online and have it delivered. Another alternative will be free curbside pick up from Sams Club. I was never a fan of Sams Club, but they are wholesaler and treat customer like a person not like another sales number.

This is the best Costco in Vegas or at least tied with Saint Rose Pkwy. Massive selection, great staff and easy returns.

Womens bathroom had a smell they need to clean. No onions available at food court for hot dog. Other than that, good inventory and crowded just like other Costcos here in Vegas.

Weekdays between 9-5 are best times to go. It’s not busy. Weekends at this Costco are very busy and unless you really need something, best to avoid at that time.

Crazy busy parking lot, all the time! Gas was $.30/gallon cheaper than competitors, and worth the long wait. Great service! Great selection!

It was a surprise... Ive been looking for fresh halibut off and on for years, and finally found it here! Hard to believe no one else has it..

Lines moved quickly and got a really cool 5 speed fan. That moves up and down and side to side. So cool.
