Chester, Rosa and Nikki are always very personable, fast and polite. Ive been coming to this pharmacy for years and always get great service from them. ( above mentioned)Theyve run out of my medications countless times but I understand supply and demand, etc w/ the epidemic.Whenever Im due for a refill, I get a text message reminding me which I really appreciate. And yes the phone lines are often busy but we have to realize that theres many many people calling and sometimes only one person trying to answer all the calls. Just gotta be patient and stay on hold or try again later. Anyways, Nikki really is great and extremely helpful and knows her stuff!

I am not sure how much the pharmacy clerks make. They are able to speak English, Spanish, Mandarin & Tagalog. 👍

Ive been going to this pharmacy for a few years, never had an issue with the staff or pharmacist. My prescriptions are always ready, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a good pharmacy, but opening at 9 AM and closing at 7 PM is not helpful. The CVS Pharmacy on W. Sahara is open until 9 PM.I think the Walmart Pharmacy should open no later than 8 AM every day if they really want to give good customer service.UPDATE: THIS WALMART PHARMACY HAS EXTENDED ITS HOURS. MUCH MORE CONVENIENT!

I have been going to Walmart/Walmart Pharmacy for many years and always had Excellent Service.

Ive never been disappointed with this place. My orders are always ready when they said they would be.

The staff are always helpful and perfessional. Ready with a smile. I feel cared for. I want to thank the whole staff for all they have done for me in the past six years. Its means so much to me especially when you can feel invinsadle at times. They make me feel special.

I used to go here for their lower pharmacy prices and convenience but the customer service has gotten a Lot worse. At least the Walgreens was a Lot better to their customers. So if price is not an issue then youre better off at a place where they at least Pretend to care about you as a customer

I’m traveling from out of town. I called Walmart pharmacy to let them know that I’m from out of town. And I needed to fill my prescription, they had me come all the way up to not be able to fill it. Stating my insurance does not work for this state... that was my entire point of calling before coming out in the middle of a pandemic and wasting gas highly disappointing in this Walmart Pharmacy.

Slow and grossly incompetent. I will steer clear of this pharmacy at all costs from now on and go to my local Walgreens instead. At least they know that the staff there understand that people’s time is not as expendable as their staff.

The pharmacist will judge you and lie about policies that dont even exist. Refused to sell me diabetic supplies for my grandfather! Went down to the other walmart & they gave it right to me no questions asked. Stuck up and rude.

I always get text notifications for refill of medication. After agreeing to refill, a few hours later Walmart text me that they are ready. One time I forgot to reply to the text notification and I went to the pharmacy counter to pick them up, but luckily Chester was there and he got my medications ASAP. My suggestion to Walmart Pharmacy is to add the pharmacy hour on the text when they are ready to be picked up.

I love this pharmacy! They always get my prescriptions on time.

The genetics I get from Walmart sometimes don’t feel as effective. It is simple to buy diabetic supplies here as opposed to Walgreens or cvs.

I gave them 2 stars instead of just one because at least they dont seem to profile patrons filling opiods, amphetamines, and benzodiazepines like CVS and Walgreens does, but overall this is a horrible pharmacy. All but I think two or three employees are indifferent and lack care. They frequently dont fill scripts on due dates, never actively contact doctors offices to correct issues, and always have insane lines and wait times, though honestly, that really isnt their fault.

Ive been going here for 2 years just because they were 5 mins away from my house. But i recently moved so now there 30 mins away from and i still come here. There service is so good

Super busy. Over all the store wasnt bad. Only thing that annoyed me is there was only three checkouts open and the store was packed.

Good customer service with the pharmacy and I love how they get to kno the customers by name!Since medication is in such High Demand, the employees try to work very hard & try to maintain giving speedy service to the people waiting on their medicines I think its great that they do a great job at keeping their customers happy! If you need a reliable pharmacy with a reliable pharmacist, please, go elsewhere. The day shift pharmacist on staff on 2/6/2017 at 12:15pm just refused to fill my husbands 2 seizure medications because he claimed They are both the same drug!! simply because they are both benzodiazepines. In point of fact, the two drugs are in different classes. Clonazepam is considered a long-acting benzodiazepine, with a rapid onset time of one to four hours and a half-life of approximately 34 hours, while lorazepam is a short-acting benzodiazepine with the same approximate onset time but a half-life of about 15 hours.I had my husband leave Walmart, and go across the street to CVS, where they actually KNOW their medications and filled his prescriptions without issue.Walmart needs to STOP TREATING SEIZURE PATIENTS LIKE DRUG SEEKERS AND FILL THEIR MEDICATIONS. My husband is a legitimate seizure patient, under the care of a respected Neurologist, not a drug addicted drug seeker.

Wow walmart is defently focus to a one stop shoping center, they now have fashion tips W.W.2.W (walmarts what to wear) this is discus while you pay and clients wait on cashier gave the right to take their time while given the fashion tips of the day. Busy signal every time I try and call. 20 minute wait in line. Two months in a row tried refill through the phone and days later they claim to never have gotten refill request. This place drops the ball left and right.
