Took a design in from patches I had on the back of my vest and they did an awesome job... detail was spot on and price was great... definitely going back to get more done.

Horrible customer service I gave the lady my pictures for my sign and she told me itwas gonna be done the next day and it never got done to this day. She didn’t even call me or anything. I do not recommend going here bad bad service.

Staff here is friendly and very helpful. Had a complicated order and so had to go back a few times- from past experience, Im used to having to having to reintroduce myself and explaining things again. The woman who helped me the day I ordered the short didnt seem like she was happy to be there. I did want to look at several different fonts but I feel like if Im paying to have a custom shirt made it should be perfect in my eyes. The shirts for children they had were odd shaped and didnt seem like they could be comfortable so I ended up buying a shirt from another store. Picked it up the next day and the woman that was working had a great attitude. My order came out perfect too. In the pictures is the shirt I had made for my one year old daughter.

Talented and friendly staff with a great inventory of shirts and hats for your logo. They give the same attention to detail if youre ordering one or by the dozen.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid in college. They were a little shop at the swap meet, and now they have grown into a great business. Teresa the owner, no matter what I seem to throw st her last second they get it done. This place has always saved me and has always been great to me. I’ve gotten my karate belts, clothing, uniform almost everything they’ve done for me. I was there when they started and they have always treated me with respect, and I should’ve left a review years ago. But 15 years ago they were just a hole in the wall. They are detailed in thier work, the craftsmanship, detail in design, fair prices, and they always deliver on time. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else honestly. They are amazing, as people, friends, and knowledgeable in everything. You cab even do vinyl which I’ve done multiple times with clothing for my Martial Arts school.

They really are fantastic! The staff was friendly, helpful, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I called multiple embroidery locations in the Valley about a simple embroidery job on one item that needed to be done by the next day. A half dozen places said they couldn’t do a rush order faster than 2-3 days, and if they could there was usually an additional fee. When I called Fantastic Embroidery, they said the wait would be about 15-20 minutes, so that was that! I had no need to make further calls. I was very impressed with the staff and the quality of the stitching. I know where I’ll be referring friends, and I absolutely plan to be a return customer.

The prices were fair/comparable with other places in town... but the customer service is out of this world they respond quickly and actually read what you are trying to do... just everything was a pleasure... Then I went to go and pick up the hat I was having made.... IT WAS PERFECT. Great quality in the stitching. Centered perfectly. the perfect size for the hat... It was just fantastic... I get patches made a lot and this will be my go to place from now on!!!

Great work. They did matching shirts for my daughter and I for hubbys birthday.

Asked if they could do 50 shirts told me 3-4 weeks I asked how many they could do by closing next day she said it would be a rush order so 37 a shirt for there’s 27 for our own shirts when ordering that many shirts it’s typically 8 dollars a shirt so if your expecting to order shirts and go home or next day think again find an online bender cheaper anyways

Poorest customer service Ive seen in years. Was quoted by Teresa a price, went I next day and the price went up over 60% buyer beware. Plus they would rather talk to customers in the phone than people actually in the store.

I wasn’t impressed at all, the hat they embroider was not 100% good. There was a few discrepancies on the lettering & design. The man that did the work on the hat also appeared to have a bad attitude. Won’t be back at all they lost my business.
